As expected, close to the airport far from the city center. Has a convenient shuttle service. Unfortunately for a hotel situated in the outskirts of a city, charging for parking is disappointing.

It's okay to spend the night when your flight does not connect on the same day. Shuttle free and with regular frequency. Quite close to the airport of frankfurt

Airport Hotel of the middle class. Quite ok for a night or a conference hotel with good accessibility. Free bus transfers to the Terminal
Very good Restaurant Breakfast lunch evening

Great food, great staff and nice location. The rooms were quite small, and fairly dated, but for a quick stay whilst on a business trip it did the job perfectly.

A bit dated. Lobby and bar looks a bit sad. Rooms are clean, but rather old and tired.
To be honest, the Ibis down the road is almost more comfortable.
Service was always friendly though.
Bed was comfortable. Low noise levels too.
Free shuttle provided, but no timetable attached to my booking confirmation email or their website.

Comfortable bed.
Hot shower.
Low noise.
Friendly service.
Free airport shuttle.
Bar open till midnight.
All the basics for an airport hotel. However the hotel seems old and dated.
The schedule for the shuttle was not attached to my reservation email or their website.

It was a great stay. It's not as modern and kinda old looking but hence that the bed was amazingly soft. And everything in the room was clean. The staff spoke several languages and the best thing was the free shuttle service to the Frankfurt international airport.

This hotel is ideally suited for business use and has a conference room and is located next door to IBM. Kelsterbach is a small business focused area, so the closest eatery is about half a km away. The inhouse prices for food are steep but are in line with standard hotel prices. It's just problematic here because there are few local alternatives. There is a pool, gym and sauna but they are very small.
Breakfast is available at $19€ and it's reasonable, with hot and continental options available. Coffee is fine but getting tea at breakfast is quite a challenge though.
The hotel provides a free shuttle to and from Frankfurt airport which is particularly handy if you want to visit the city as the nearest railway station is 3km away and the local bus stops (half a km walk) provide only slow meandering options. We initially experienced problems with the shuttle and had to get a cab which cost 35€ (for 5 passengers and luggage). The shuttle bus was fine every other time.
The rooms are comfortable but the televisions are locked to German-only channels and the input selection is disabled so that we can't access USB drives. Bathroom facilities are clean.
The wi-fi in the hotel is flaky and doesn't reach all of the rooms. In our room for example, wifi worked only in the bathroom.
The hotel provides a great room for people with low mobility on the ground floor.
The expertise of the staff varies considerably and we found that the dining room staff were particularly untrained. The hotel manager however had much better people skills.
An important note for people on holidays; This is NOT the hotel used by Trafalgar tours. We met several people during our stay who had confused this with the Mecure in Neu Isenberg.

Ok hotel If you need a place to stay for the night. There is a free shuttle bus to/from Frankfurt airport. It leaves from arrivals terminal one, exit B between door 5 and 6.
If you are leaving in early flights remember did tell the reception to add you on the list for the bus.
Hotel has a pool and sauna. Ok standard but nothing more. The restaurant Zum Treffpunkt is nearby (4 minutes walk), and serves ok food.

We checked into this hotel the night before our early AM departure from the Frankfurt am Main airport. This place was dated and dirty. I am glad we did not pay the 320€ per night rate for a double room listed on the wall behind the front desk. I feel that at $60 per night I was cheated.
First, you have to pay for parking just to get into the parking lot in front of the hotel. My initial thought was to check in and return the rental car that night, then take the shuttle to the airport in the morning. Since I had to pay to park long enough to unload the luggage and the airport shuttle wasn't free (the front desk clerk stated "the only free service we offer is my check-in service and the Wi-Fi") I decided to pay the 15€ to park overnight instead of 7€ per person for the shuttle.
When we got to the room, the walls were dirty and stained, there was mildew in the bathroom. We found several hairs (probably public hairs) in the tub/shower, and a few longer hairs on the towels and bedding. There was a small amount of relatively fresh blood on one pillow and I had to take that to the front desk to be exchanged for a new pillow. The bathroom smelled like urine. Oh, and if you are traveling with children, DO NOT let them operate the TV remote. Two channels away from Kika (a popular children's channel in Germany) there was some VERY adult programming.
The New Yorker restaurant downstairs offered expensive, but bland fair. I ordered penne bolognaise (14,50€) and got a small portion of just that, with very little flavor. My wife ordered tortellini (12.50€) and got much the same. The kids meals were actually larger than the adult meals (7.50€ each) and the pasta with tomato sauce was bland and VERY al dente, while the fish sticks were Vandekamps stile frozen fish sticks. There was a fair generous portion of fries. Water to drink for two adults was 7,80€. The whole meal was just shy of 50,00€ and left us all wanting.
The room had maintenance issues as well. The inner door looked as if someone had tried to kick it in at some point. There were fractures around the hinges and door catch. If you are showering there and someone flushes the toilet or turns on the sink you WILL get scalded, as the water goes from luke warm to hot to instantly leave deep red marks in less than two seconds. I, unfortunately, experienced this personally - twice.
There are a few snacks in the room. These are NOT complimentary and the markup is very high. Again, they are after parting you with your money and not interested in providing quality or a decent service in doing so.
Bottom line, stay somewhere else. Especially if you have to pay their retail rates.
