The worst part is that they charged a €25 deposit to my card and never refunded it. This is outright fraud. I have already reported this case to my bank and I am considering legal action.
This behavior makes one seriously question if the hotel (and perhaps Germany as a whole) has become so desperate that it resorts to scamming guests just to afford a beer. Absolutely unacceptable experience!
We arrived late at night and had to move our luggage three times to change rooms, but the staff offered no help or apology. This was very disappointing and made our arrival experience quite unpleasant.
That’s unacceptable for an airport hotel.
Clean and extremely comfortable rooms. Toiletries provided. The rooms are well insulated against sound so you barely notice the aircraft noise.
The staff were wonderfully helpful and polite. Breakfast bar is excellent.
I stayed on outbound and return layover and would happily do so again.
Not thrilled about the inhouse restaurant, but luckily there are good choices within walking distance.
The rap music blaring pop up gocart course across the street did not enhance the experience.
