Location is a bit awkward, as the shuttle stops exactly when the last FlixBus arrives at the airport, so arriving late is only possible by taxi. The location of the hotel will be convenient for those who want to live near the airport. The hotel is very simple, the room is quite modest and small in area. It was disappointing that there was no clean drinking water in the rooms. The metro station is very far away, taxis are expensive. Otherwise, it will do for a couple of nights.

There's a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel, but you might have to wait a bit. The front desk was great; even though check-in isn't until 3 PM, I told them I was exhausted after a 12-hour flight, and they managed to check me in. Thumbs up!

Decent, affordable place to sleep if you need to be in Frankfurt, travel from Frankfurt Airport and travel by car. Free parking, great service 24/7, big room and good shower. Skip the breakfast though and go to the supermarklet next door or the bakery across the street instead.

This Sunset Hotel is located near Frankfurt Airport, with a nearby bus stop that can take you to the airport. Although it's not in the city center, there are supermarkets and restaurants nearby. It's quite a peaceful place.

Perfect for an overnight stay by the airport. The morning breakfast was a big highlight. They have chefs preparing everything in the buffet. It was well done and delicious. There was no clear directions to get to the hotel after luggage claim but that is the airport management. But it is about 2 minutes walk from the departure floor to cross over the bridge and get to the lobby. The airport has a mall also on the departure floor so it is easy to get food and basic items. The gym is at the ground floor and is a quite a walk to get there.

Good choice for coming concert

Hotel staff is nice and the location is sitting closed to a nice river. Parking is available but it was full for me. I easily find a free of charge parking space along the river side very closed to the hotel which is nice.

The rooms I felt a bit outdated. Lounge area and common areas are good. Breakfast was nice. rooms definitely need updating or refreshing.

The night shift receptionist gave me access to another room (536) to shower, but then without proper communication or handover to the day shift, they automatically switched me to a different room. We were visiting in Frankfurt and had booked a double room. The room was simple but clean and sufficient for a couple of days. At Breakfast there was a good selection. We are driven a lot by train-the station is only 2min. Overall, the Hotel is highly recommended, as the restaurant is connected to. There we were happy with the food.

Super clean, affordable, and everything you need was available. There was an iron, kettle, microwave, and a small refrigerator, along with glasses and plates. We stayed here because a delayed Lufthansa flight caused us to miss our connecting flight. Lufthansa may have a deal with this hotel. This modern hotel has a great location with only a short walk to the subway. The restaurant is ho-hum. It’s a self-serve basic restaurant. Asked too many information during check in such as email, home full address and phone number etc, it’s too much to handle after delayed flights at midnight. No basic amenities in room except all in one type of soap. Only plus was spacious room. Breakfast was less than average in terms of choice. Got my coffee and some eggs with deep-frozen kind of bread bum.

The room was clean. Good insulation as well from outside noise. Bathroom was clean. Stayed there for 1 night to be close to the airport and I thought the hotel was good. It is right outside S train stop so makes it convenient if you want to venture out. My biggest gripe is the early check in fee. Most hotels these days offer early check-in to travelers but this one charged me 30.

First time encountered double charged. The hotel hold my preauthorization amount at check-in as deposit and direct charged me right upon check-out! It was not found until I saw my bank statement and now, I received 0 response from the hotel.

They had an issue with the room’s shower which they didn’t tell me about before hand. Instead of compensating me they tried to make me accountable for it. This is honestly Unacceptably by any standards let alone a brand such as Hyatt brand.
