Location is very convenient.
Receptionist was friendly and helpful, fulfilling all our requests in time.
Room is modern, warm, no need to turn on heater while it is 10 outside. Had very nice view over the river.

It was a Great time at Ibis, as expected, the room was very clean. I have meet some really interesting people at the reception that were very friendly and helpful in every aspect. I will definitely book there when am back. Thanks a lot!

Just wanted to give an excellent review to the young man at front desk named Edward. He was so friendly, genuine and helpful to us. He was the best part of our stay.

Excellent location! Underground parking right by the hotel, with a direct entrance - for 13EUR not bad in my opinion. Good breakfast, decent rooms (for an ibis!), perfect location for visiting the old town or walking (or running) by the lake. The only downside we experienced were some of the staff - who came across as unfriendly, or even rude (especially one lady with glasses at the reception). I even saw her arguing with her boss in front of guests… This was a shame as otherwise there would be nothing to complain about whatsoever.

Firstly, upon my arrival at the hotel for check-in, I was kept waiting at the reception for more than ten minutes without being attended to. The receptionist on duty appeared to ignore me completely, which was both frustrating and unprofessional. As a guest, I expect to be acknowledged and assisted promptly.
Secondly, I was not informed upon my initial check-in that my stay included a complimentary bus ride within Konstanz town. It was only on the second day, during another check-in process, that I was made aware of this benefit. By that time, it was too late for me to take advantage of the free bus rides, as I had checked in late and my plans were already set.
The lack of timely information and the poor service at the reception greatly diminished my experience at your hotel. As a paying guest, I believe it is essential to receive courteous and efficient service as well as complete information about the benefits included with my stay.
I hope you understand the inconvenience and disappointment this caused me. I would appreciate it if you could take the necessary steps to ensure that future guests do not encounter similar issues. Additionally, I would like to request appropriate compensation for the inconveniences I faced during my stay.

Staff was very helpful and kind. The room was really nice. Even the extra bed we asked for was very comfy. Great location, everything perfect.

Hotel was clean, quiet. Very good location: easy to walk all over the old city. Good restaurants nearby. Best thing about the Hotel was the staff who were all so kind and caring.

Wonderful place to stay if you are ever in Konstanz Germany quiet, clean, friendly and the breakfast buffet is soo nice neat and set up so different from the regular buffet every dish is so neatly covered that you get your own personal dish and the servers are so sweet and kind of I ever come back to Germany this the place I will be staying again. Continue to do well!!!

Walkable distance to family, the Rhein and trails. The bed is large enough to accommodate a 2 meters person. Great shower and the open storage makes it easier to not forget belongings.

Good place to stay, if you're in the area. Located close to University, Hospital, and downtown, with a minute's walk to the river and five to the lake.
