Definetely not great for families with children. Seems like a hush-and-be-quiet senior retreat. My kids were hushed in the pool for laughing and playing. And the food was only so-so.

Spend 2 nights here in August, area is quiet, Hotel owns a golf parcour, little pond and a bigger lake are close by (many mosquitos).
Room itself was spacious, bed was comfortable, but air vent was noisy inside the walk-in closet which had no door. Slippers needed to be asked for from the friendly reception staff.
A strange smell came from the bathroom which got worse when the door was kept shut, so I had to leave it open. Balcony door needed to be kept open over night to control the temperature inside the room due to no installed A/C.
Sauna area was smaller than expected and other guests using the pool walked through the quiet/resting area, so not too much relaxation possible unfortunately.
Food in the external located restaurant was ok, prices are higher than average. Breakfast buffet was super, great value for money and everything you could wanted. Overall it was a nice getaway but I would not come back here for another vacation.

wor haben 1 woche hier verbracht; treffen mit freunden. hotel liegt am rande des golfplatzes, den man beim frühstück beobachten kann - ein quell der entspannung !! gute bufett-auswahl, espresso/latte/cappuccino auf bestellung. zimmer mit balkon im 1.og, geräumig, mit blick auf den parkplatz (ruhig), in gutem pflegezustand. die bar war vorhanden, jedoch eher zweckmässig als gemütlich. das beste waren die matratzen - selten haben wir in der ersten hotel-nacht so gut geschlafen.

3 night's family trip. The hotel is nicely located at a golf course a little outside Ahlbeck. The room was clean and fresh. Breakfast and service was as expected and held typical Dorint class. Regarding the pool and the sauna area there is improvement potential. The maintenance of the sauna area was not complete. However, the pool was nice.

Wir haben drei wundervolle Tage im Dorint Resort Baltic Hills auf Usedom verbracht. Das Eckzimmer, eine Junior Suite mit Blick auf den Golfplatz und einen kleinen See war großzügig und modern gestaltet . Auch kulinarisch wurden wir verwöhnt. Vom reichhaltigen Frühstück bis hin zu einem gelungenen Abendessen im Hotelrestaurant. Alle Mitarbeitenden waren jederzeit nett und zuvorkommend. Der Spa-Aufenthalt mit den verschiedenen Saunen und dem Aussenpool wurde von einer Wellnessanwendung (tolle Massage von Marlena) gekrönt. Der Hoteldirektor war präsent und hat uns u.a. mit guten Tipps weitergeholfen. Preis Leistung generell sehr gut. Gerne empfehlen wir das Haus weiter und freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt.

Komplett unfreundliches Kinder Hotel ! Wir kommen NIE wieder ! Beim Abend essen wurden wir weg geschickt, da wir zwei Kinder dabei hatten die 1 Jahr & 4 Jahre alt waren . Die Service Kellnerin am 11.3.24 ihren Dienst hatte meinte wir sollen lieber gehen da die Kinder im Restaurant bisschen rum liefen, das es die Kellner stört & behindert deren Arbeit zu machen. Sowas haben wir noch nie erlebt, wir mussten unseren Haupteingang abbrechen . Meine Frau hat drauf bestanden das unser bestelltes Dessert auf Zimmer gebracht werden soll, auch dieses wurde nicht gemacht. Hat meine Frau im Restaurant selbst abgeholt. Ich muss sagen sowas haben wir noch nie erlebt ! Vllt kann das Hotel nichts dafür aber diese Aussage der Kellner gehört sich einfach nicht ! Wir kommen NIE WIEDER & werden das Hotel auch keinen weiter empfehlen ! Das ist eine bodenlose Frechheit vom Personal so mit Gästen umzugehen.

Wir, 2 Personen, hatten in dem Hotel eine schöne Woche. Frühstück sehr gut. Personal sehr freundlich. Gerne wieder. Parkplatz für 7,50 € p. T. finde ich etwas übertrieben. Golfplatz Baltic Hills - der Name ist Programm - hügelige, aber schön zu spielen.

The hotel is I bit remote from the main tourist towns at the sea which makes the stay quite relaxing. We rented a bike and used it every day. We had a big room, breakfast was served quite late and was great, nice spa area, big pool, and I had the best massage ever!

Smoking neighbors can ruin your vacation.
I don't know what is wrong with the hotel, the planning, ventilation, or something else, but our room smelled like an ashtray after a couple of days.
