Travel Charme Strandhotel

First of all: the location is amazing! The hotel is overlooking the Baltic Sea and has a very beautiful beach just in front of the building. Also the pool area is really nice, offering views of the ocean while swimming. But the rest should be improved. The service is really bad. It starts with the check-in and continuous throughout the stay. For example I had to wait almost half an hour for a fried egg at breakfast. The Hotel world also require a serious makeover as it looks really outdated in many parts. Last but not least the WiFi is so slow that I deactivated it again on my phone. Although the location is superb, overall this place is just not worth the money, sorry.

A company that is not able to treat there staff, at the very least(!!!!!),
right and according to the law.
Should not try to make money of there costomers.
Human rights do not only aply the Managment !!
