Room was ok, hotel’s location was good (near the station). The air conditioning was a bit on the weak side, one of the pillows was too soft, there were no hand towels. The room's lock stopped working (allegedly ran out of battery), and the reception guy had to let us in manually twice (he was also the only staff member on the premises, but very helpful).

Only worry is the cleaners aren’t working for the hotel. They are a separate entity. Any issues and from desk tells you to
Email them about it. My lap top was damaged. Was covered by my apple care….but what a night mare if not.

It's close to the Hauptbahnhof. Stayed here for 2 nights. Room smelled funky. But apart from that , yeah everything you would expect of a hotel with these many stars.

Ashley and everyone else were very helpful. Not yet eaten breakfast or slept but I'm confident everything will be fine. We'll come back here again.

Air con is noisy and very weak, so had to open the window which was even louder. Rooms are tiny and the shower/toilet is dated (more room in a motor home). Very disappointed,
Holiday Inn is 100% better.

The room is suitable, clean, and not too noisy. I asked the front desk to move from the first floor to the third floor. The facilities are simple, there is no drawer paper, especially the lack of a kettle, which is very inconvenient. The price is a bit expensive

The level and price are not quite matched

Stayed one night with the family in this central hotel. Room was clean and spacious enough for an extra bed. We didn’t try their breakfast why we can’t speak for it. There was a few visitors in the bar a night which looked more like locals. We are happy to sleep there again

I discovered after checking in that I had paid for my room twice. The manager was apologetic and said he would sort it with "head office". He didn't. I complained sent bank statements Nothing happened.' Complained again Then it was escalated to head office. Great. But having made all the right noises, still nothing. My last email has gone unacknowledged. Suspect that's it. I am out of pocket by £78 approx. This is Accor by the way who run hotels in conjunction with the Orien Express. I am a pensioner. The overpayment is clear. They just don't want to refund me.
