Overall I would say hotel is not bad. Good location, all sanitary measures are taken, and rooms are medium sized with tv and basic needs.
But there are couple of problems I would like to address.
1) Confusion of double bed room and twin room.
I will attach screen from trip advisor, but manager seems to have different opinion about that.
Basically, all the rooms are same here with 2 different beds and two separate mattress. And those are not the best of comfort, especially if u plan to stay longer.
2) Breakfast buffet, doesn't worth it money, very limited options and limited food, did not seem like buffet to me. Maybe corona idk
3) Last but not least and reason why I gave 1 star, is stuff. Manager seem to be very very rude and arguing with us about bed confusion, and telling basically that it is all our fault. Idk wise manger would just be calm and say that it will under considered, not being rude and stating why didn't you change hotel then? C'mon corona times no one want extra hussle.
So, please consider all of those. And if hotel management is also interested in their reviews, consider your attitude please and maybe some improvements in facility like mattress.

The hotel was clean, comfortabel and the hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating to my friends gluten allergy. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I was with the club from 11-13 Oct at The Hotel hamm, protect a guest.
We found a very nice, clean & quiet rooms.
The Breakfast was very good & plentiful.
The staff was super friendly & knowledgeable.
All in all, a successful weekend

Good Hotel, a little noisy, very friendly staff, very good and rich Breakfast buffet.
I had different rooms, the first one I liked as well (the bathroom smelled musty). The second one was ok. On my request, I got the second room in the next few weeks.

This hotel with a very good functional team is a pleasure to be.
We stayed 10 days and felt sorry to leave. The staff and in particular front desk manager Mr. Lateit is perfect. for me it was over 50 years ago I was last in Koblenz but he `updated` me and was a great herlp.
The room was good, clean and so was the bathroom. This was however little small, but with all you wanted and is needed is a bathroom.
We did already made the decision that we definitely want to go back later in the year. Therefore to ALL, thanks for your help and all the best for the future.

We've been there only for the night but the room was welcoming with water and some candy on arrival, quite spacious and neat looking. The beds where perfect. If I go to Koblenz I will go back to this hotel

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is fresh and definitely worth the money. Beds are somewhat soft so you sink in a bit.

Room was quite small but for one night stay was more than enough. Breakfast was delicious.
If you decide to park in hotel parking there is limited space there and the entrance is 1.9m high.

The photos I've seen before scared me somehow everything looked really old. But when we got there everything was much better. The rooms and especially the bathroom were clean and just renovated. The stuff was friendly and we got breakfast after 10am(usually it's just till 10). Also I really liked the beds they really comfortable.
