Nice hotel, located at the heart of the city. Walkable from the cable car and water front. Staff was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was good.
One thing to note is that there was no coffee machine or kettle in the room, which would have been better. Parking was available at a charge. There are good options to charge your car.

It was definitely a room. Very basic. Parking is very limited, and it is hard to drive to. I had to park a ways away and pay for it. The breakfast was ok, nothing to write home about.

Good breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff.
Would be nice with a small fridge if you stay for several days and a bench for suitcase.

Room 415 was great. Clean enough, interior spacing, air cooler functional and works in keeping the room cool during warmer days.

Seamless check-in. Polite and courteous staff. Lovely comfortable room. Loved the multiple pillows and great shower. Parking is very limited though we were directed to a place not too far from the hotel.

The staff is very kindly if you need any help. The breakfast also varied, and rooms are very comfortable and looks like natural modern design. Location in the city center, so everything very near by walk.

Well located, clean, modern hotel with accommodating staff. It was perfect for an overnight stop as we were driving from Amsterdam to Zurich. We arrived late afternoon and because the location was so great, it allowed us to go and explore Koblenz by foot for a few hours after a long days drive. Before we left, a friend who owns a deli, packed us some food. We asked the staff in the restaurant if we could only order a couple of glasses of wine and eat our food that we brought on the beautiful terrace. They were very nice and not only allowed us to do that, but when we complimented them on the local wine, we had a nice conversation about it. The next morning someone else in the restaurant was just as kind and accommodating when I asked if I could buy a little ice for our cooler. The rooms are small, but worked well for us.
