Amazing hotel with wonderful staff. Breakfast was delicious. Dinner was incredible. The steak was flawless. Gabriel and Johannes are incredible human and great bar tenders. Great conversations. If I ever come back to this area, this is where I will stay.

Hotel Merkur in Ramstein-Miesenbach was a fantastic stay! The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the service was excellent. A special thanks to the team for accommodating us with an early check-in after our long drive—it made such a difference. Highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and pleasant stay!

Stayed here for a month. Excellent all around: clean rooms, wonderful food (breakfast and especially the wide dinner menu), and absolutely great staff. Highly recommend!

The Hotel Merkur is a wonderful place. The staff is amazing, the food was great, and the bar was always hopping. I highly recommend it to anyone traveling to the Ramstein area.

Great place to stay, you won’t be disappointed! From here it’s a short 15 minute walk into Landstuhl where you’ll find other great restaurants. They have a wonderful staff and great rooms. The complimentary breakfast was very good but the dinner menu was some of the best food I’ve had in Germany yet! I highly recommend the Argentinian NY Steak, Jägerschnitzel and the Deer fillet. I had a better experience in this hotel than other 5 star hotels I’ve stayed in the past. Do yourself a favor and book this hotel.

Our room was clean, and a lot of space, with very good beds! The bathroom was nice and clean, with a perfect shower. The airco on the room, the extra terras outside... The room was perfect!!!
When we came at the hotel, the personel was very friendly and helpfull. They did everything they could, to let us enjoy our stay!
The breakfast was great! We had a lot of choice, and everything tasted great!
We were there to visit a dogshow, most of the time, we don't really mind comfort (or the lack of comfort! ;) )This hotel was a little higher priced than the hotels we used to book. But it was worth every cent! If we come back to this area, we will surely try to get a room in this hotel!

I stayed at this Hotel Merkur for 3 weeks. Excellent service, excellent facility, the German and American breakfast buffet was great. I dined there most nights and dinner selections were always delicious. I am a noise bug, and it was quiet and peaceful there. It was so restful and comfortable that I didn't want to leave!

Rooms are nice, modern, and comfortable. Showers work well. Breakfast is good. Staff has been friendly and accommodating. Altogether I have no complaints.

The Elevator doesn't go all the way up. I was put on the second floor which was actually the third floor so I had to lug a 50 lbs suitcase up and down the stairs. When the Wi-Fi was available, it was not accessible on the 3rd (2nd) floor. Most of the guests were American so the Company was great. The breakfast was awesome!! Better selection than what you would find in the states at a Hotel that offers a Continental breakfast. Dinner menu was good. Hotel staff was really pleasant. Hotel room looked as though nothing was changed since the mid 90's but was really clean, which is all that really matters. USB ports not available.

Great staff, breakfast, and rooms. If you're working on Ramstein this is the place to be. On your off time, check out the trails on the hills nearby. Only downside here is the spotty wireless internet. If they fixed that it'd be perfect.
