Had a one night stop over and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Ivan was especially understanding and couldn’t have been more accommodating as my child was unwell and made us feel a lot less frantic which we really appreciate. Thank you again!

Always friendly rooms are good not the Ritz-Carlton but clean and adequate and the best part is the breakfast starts at 6

Really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Pirsch, our room was clean, they have a fan on the closet, plenty of space for my family, the staff was very friendly. Nice breakfast spread and the jams are delicious. Would happily stay again!

Stayed at Hotel Pirsch for 10 days. April 1-10.
The Staff at the front desk went above and beyond from their friendly welcome to their daily assistance. Ute was amazing and Very helpful and always smiling, a10 out of 10 for her. Samuel also needs a mention for his pleasantness and he was very helpful as well the other front desk staff.
They have a great diverse breakfast every morning, which we enjoyed.
We were on the second floor and found our room to be quiet. Other than the occasional guest talking in the hallway later at night.
Beds were very comfortable.
there is a restaurant/bar attached to the hotel, which was also amazing plus just a walk away is “big Emma’s “with the best service and food. Ramstein AF base is 5 minutes away.
With all the positive things to mention about this quaint hotel filled with character.
i only have one negative. There is a sign in the room that you can put on your door if you want your room cleaned, and towels & sheets changed . We went away overnight, left the note and they never cleaned the room at all , this was after 6 days. We told the front desk and they took care of it Immediately.
Sometimes, it just takes a minute to ask someone. We will Definitely be staying here again when we come back to Germany.

Came in with my 3 dogs, on line the price stated 10 Euro for dogs. It does not state that this is per dog, so make sure you plan on paying 10 Euros for each dog for each day. The room I was in was fairly nice, with the exception that some of the curtains were falling down and were very dirty full of dust. The cleaning is awful, went to use the microwave, I couldn't eat my food when I took it out. I had to ask the next day again if they could please clean it. One of the nice staff members allowed me to use the kitchen microwave. The ladies at the front counter are nice and pleasant however there are some that are just rude. My compliments to " Ute", she makes the best breakfast and is a super employee.

The hotel accepts pets and has very nice astetics. It is located close to Ramstein Air base and the resteraunt is very good

Horrible. Paid 95 Euros for an under the roof room, barely space with an 3x3 bath, and tilted ceilings like in the attic. Stayed here before in a regular room for which I paid the same, but this one had old furniture. Felt like a student dorm. All but two TV channels said they are all locked. Called front desk from my cell and they said " oh I guess it has to be reprogrammed". Rip off, no guest services, disgusted.

I stayed in this hotel three times and loved it. Outstanding service and was made to feel at home. I'll be back!
