Probably the best hotel in town! Nice staff! Great saunas!!!

All round nice and easy stay with great rooms, staff, comfort and breakfast buffet.

Lovely town centre hotel, ideal for business trips and short stop overs.

Our second visit here, because we enjoyed it so much the first time. Balcony room leads out to a nice well-maintained space. Bathroom has an excellent shower, bed is comfortable and sizeable. Easy walking distance to the town centre, and a couple of excellent restaurants and pubs close by. Only slight downsides are that a bath would be nice, and even though there is a substantial breakfast buffet there...

From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every detail of my stay was perfect. The room was spotless, spacious, and tastefully decorated, with all the amenities I could need for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable.

If in Lingen, probably the best hotel, regarding the service and location. Garage costs extra. Breakfast is fenomenal!

Room a bit outdated, great service and location.

Good overall, would stay again Really good stay. Room was huge, staff very friendly. Only drawback was the mattress sank below the bed frame making it hard to get in and out. Breakfast was fantastic

A accessible hotel. The rooms are slightly old, lacking air conditioning, a safe, or a fridge, but still cozy. Free parking. The Spa is nice.

I'm visiting Lingen every year in march and last 5 years I'm using the Hotel am Wasserfall. A very nice hotel on a very special place. The Wehr (waterfall) is making some noise, but it is a nice noice of falling water. There is a lot of nature around and you can make very nice, long and interesting walks through the neighborhood. The hotel has a brand new breakfast room, very nice, clean and modern...

Great experience, great team, great service and great food !

Had an all-around good stay. The rate was competitive, the room large, bright and clean, and the breakfast buffet was great - and inexpensive. There was enough parking at the hotel. You can walk to disturb downtown in half an hour.

Good price for location. Excellent breakfast.

Need nore staff. Room had two single beds but in two different parts segregated by a wall. Could not watch telly from the bed and there were no seating in front of the telly. Dinner (one ourse each) took more rhan two hours to order and eat. Rest totally overloaded and 7nderstaffed. Food good. Breakfast excellent..incl service.

A nice place to stay. Unfortunately, it was really hot weather so I missed air conditioning in the room - while it might not be required usually. Parking and WiFi with great signal quality in room was included. I'd strongly recommend breakfast, since they offer scrambled eggs freshly prepared on demand and a broad variety of bread rolls. Staff was very friendly.

Stayed here with my wife & daughter overnight on our road trip together. Very well run, friendly & accommodating traditional hotel. Lovely grounds & biergarten .We had dinner here and all the meals were well prepared, as was the included breakfast the next morning. The hosts were attentive & welcoming.

First of all, the hotel makes a nice impression. My room, however, was rather barren and uncomfortable and faced the street. That wasn't so ideal. But it was neat and tidy. Very friendly staff. Hotel was undergoing renovations but didn’t affect our stay. Restaurant was good value and typical German fare. Beds were a bit hard but overall good value and pleasant stay

We stayed here when we visited the christmas market of Lingen. It was a good location as the Christmas market is like 2 minute walk from the hotel however we did not hear any noise from the xmas market. It is in a shopping street with some nice local stores. The hotel is in a very quiet location, right in the historic center of Lingen. Everything is clean and tidy, the rooms are very tastefully decorated. It shouldn't bother you that only a small number of the rooms are in the historic building. The majority are in a successful new building.

The hotel is beautifully furnished, very modern and chic! We just found the toilets to be too high (even though we are 1.70 and 1.80 tall) and the shower cubicles are difficult to close, which meant that our bathroom flooded. The hotel is very nicely located and close to the center - we didn't find it particularly quiet... because it's in an alley, it might echo a bit more!

We felt very comfortable! The rooms are clean and modern. The location is great. The breakfast buffet is sufficient. The free parking is about a two-minute walk away. A visit to Lingen and an overnight stay in the castle hotel are worth every trip.

Fine hotel with clean rooms, not to spacious but clean as a wisle. Remarkable good service and great hospitality of the staff, with Osman as the perfect example of a great host. Surprisingly high class hotel! Friendly staff, speaking some English and having fun with my German (we had really funny situations when I was trying to express myself in German) ; very clean and renovated rooms, good speed and coverage of the Wi-Fi (free provided everywhere in the hotel), free parking, descent room prices, breakfast included. Friendly staff. Great location, 3 min walk from centrum. Rooms are spacious, clean and the beds are simply good to great. A visit to the sauna is included. The hotel restaurant even has a Michelin recommendation. The breakfast is very good and the time frame for breakfast especially in the weekend is very relaxed. Advise aside, if you want to enjoy a diner in one of the center restaurant make a reservation...

Staying as a couple in this hotel for visiting family nearby. For the price range it is lacking attention for detail (only cheap shower gel, furniture getting worn out, breakfast tables not cleaned up) - a disaster was the bed - after 3 hours i woke up with back pain. I reported this to the reception next morning when it was staffed and they only thanked me for informing them. Only positive aspect...

The hotel is located just outside the city center (10 min walk to the city center). nice located on a lake and little park (walk around the lake is 2KM). There is a restaurant next door. Breakfast was until 12! and very good incl warm food as well. Room was spacious and get a room with lake view.

We had a Kapitänszimmer on the top floor, nice room with nice view, but very warm. The sauna was directly opposite us, but it already started in the hallway, where it was more than 30 degrees. Luckily the air con worked in the room so we were able to get it cool. We don't think it had been vacuumed because there was dirt and hair on the floor. Kitchen was also nice, bathroom also fine. superb little hotel with friendly staff

This is a great little restaurant in downtown meppen. super friendly staff and there were 10 of us that got in with no problem. Seems to be fairly authentic local cuisine with very good flavor. This is my second time to this restaurant and I will be back again.

Wunderbar! Great service, with excellent cooking and ingredients. You shouldn't by no means lose their "Rumpsteak aus Uruguay". Simply perfect. I do also recommend their "Grosse Grillplatte nach Art des Hauses", for three people at least.

Went there with a group of 8 from US. This place was awesome! The people were all very friendly The food was the best on our 5 city tour. It is a great little town to visit.

Surprising good restaurant for super good pricing. We ended up here from Groningen, didn't expect much but were happy surprised with a creative dish for super good price. Buckwheat Blini (pancake) with fresh Norwegian Lacks and cream cheese and salade for about 10 euro's. You will not find this where we live ;~)

Great hotel in the meppen area. It is family-owned and has a great breakfast. Spend a few nights at the bar with friends downstairs and they told me the restaurant there was good as well. Very close to the town center and the staff is super friendly. It seems to be the only place I stay when I'm in Meppen

If you are looking for a peaceful place to stay in Meppen, don't have a second thought. A well maintained hotel with a tinge of antiquity. The service is also commentable. The main market is also nearby.

Very tasty, very friendly staff, definitely good value and fresh. The staff acts quickly and you are served quickly and the food comes fresh to the table accordingly. There are also many possibilities for celebrations such as a large hall and a bowling alley. There is also a beer garden and plenty of seating either outside or inside (even right at the bar), always with a nice atmosphere.

We only stayed one night, we did not use any of the facilities on offer but was still shown and informed about them. they looked good and in very good order, would stay there again.

Nothing spectacular. Good for a night sleep. The beds zould use an upgrade as the wood is painful for getting out of bed.

We stayed here on the way back from Netherlands. Very close to Netherland border. Hotel is away from city center and other restaurants. The hotel and the room were very clean and looks new. Kids has fin in the bunk beds in the room. Free parking and very cloce to tierpark nordhann. Breakfast was ok.

This was a very brief overnight stop off so we didn't get to know the hotel well. But the check-in was swift and easy, the lady at breakfast was really helpful as we 'grabbed and went', and the hotel is nicely laid out and clean. Clearly used a lot by tradesmen on overnight journeys. and I'd say it was ideal for them

Quite nice big place, although full of contrasts- as if they weren't able to decide for old or modern style. Room was spacious, however, it smelled little bit old despite the modern furniture. What I also don't understand is a massive bathroom with only a tiny shower. Staff is super friendly though and breakfast was pretty good. Arrival is confusing since they have no Parking signs from the street

Pretty interesting how they make salt(Salz) here. You can actually buy the salts produced from here. There is a small souvenir shop in the corner where you can buy the salt. Very quiet and close to the nature park.

Quiet place in the nature, great for relaxing and taking long walks

It is maybe the best park in Rheine. I usually ride a bike along the EMS, then take a walk here.

We had a lovely stay at the TaT hotel. The room was clean (maintained daily),the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was lovely. It was equipped with a blow dryer, ventilation, radiator, and a lovely mirror. There is a desk and two chairs, a TV, a closet, and a small kitchen area with a fridge, sink, and stovetop. Unfortunately, there isn’t any kitchenware. There are only two wine glasses and two...

We have just came at he middle of the night and wasn't any problem with it. Also we were traveling with large dog and a cat and that hotel was very friendly for them. Inside the room was modern and clean. I would recommend it and next time have a break at the same place! Love it!

Nice, clean and cosy place, good restaurant, rich breakfast. Clean quiet rooms, only lift is missing (was carrying heavy stuff). Located in a quiet place, close to woods and local castle. Nice place to stay.

Very nice the rooms are excelent and clean but the only misfortune was that at this time it was very hot and the rooms are not catered with ACs so you can imagine how one can have a good sleep.
