Hotel-Hofbrau am Stadtring

The local hotel located in a beautiful town.
Hotel staffs are so kind to the guest.
Facility is a little bit old but every thing feels so comfortable.
Specially big market is very near maybe about 200m?

I do travel once a month to once a quarter for business in Ireland, Germany, Switzerland, Austria and Germany.

Based on this I have been in situations when a credit card does not work, you are short on time or stressed out where a good hotel and service can really change whether your life goes into a bit of turmoil or you just get the right help, at the right time, at the right spot.

The staff at Hotel am Stadtring always paid attention to details , delivered an outstanding service and live the motto of the house which is "think positive". A lot of the fancier establishments like the Hilton, Radisson or four seasons could learn from the openness and attentiveness from the staff in the Hotel am Stadtring looking beyond the credit card number to the person right in front of you.

This brought them additional revenue of an extended stay in their hotel, extra wine being drunk and paid out for them on a business level as well once I got my things sorted again.

Yes, the rooms could be a bit larger compared to standards in other hotels as some other reviewers mentioned, but that is something they can hardly change as that would require a complete restructuring. What management and staff can influence is outstanding.

Service was Great, they were Great at helping in english. The Food was very good! The room were Okay, a bit Small, but Okay for a single overnight.

Nice rooms, very kind staff, good restaurant and wide offer for the breakfasr buffet.

Just perfect

I have been stayed in this hotel twice. Rooms are big enough, very clean, personnel are mostly young but smiley and some rooms have balcony where you can have your German Beer with the view of the street. I have really enjoyed it. I hope you would too.

We stayed in the hotel for a business trip and were mostly happy with the hotel and the services. All was clean and spacious, just the bathrooms could use an update. We definetly recommend the sauna also. Great after a long day!
