Where to stay in Lorrach

I loved my stay in the hotel. The rooms are large and modern. Service was top class nad the staff very friendly and helpful. Strongly recommend

Nice hotel, great breakfast, very kind and friendly staff. And a really great view. I didn't like the bathroom, situated IN the bedroom. The toilet was literally next to the bed, and only a glass sliding door (which didn't close tightly enough) separated them.

We had stayed in this hotel twice when we visited our family in Lörrach. Good location: right in front of the train station and downtown. Good service: they are very friendly and clean the room well every day. Breakfast is great. A lot of options. The AC is not working well even though we setup the temperature to 17 degrees. The room was still very warm. So, we had to open the windows. However...

I have stayed between the dates 13.06.2021-.17.06.2021 at this lovely hotel. Room's are perfect, bathroom is wide and comfortable, reception guys are very friendly, they always smile and very helpful. This is the most beatiful hotel I have ever stayed at Germany. Thanks everything. I hope to stay there in future.

Great to reach from the train station, nice rooms and the nicest hotel staff I've seen in a long time. Even good if you have something to do in Basel and surrounding because of the included train Ticket.

Great hotel very centrally place near a train station with good access links. Limited choice of food on the menu in the restaurant.

Are you going to Basel? Stay in a hotel in Lörrach :) Clean, quiet room. Very comfortable bed. Tasty breakfasts, great coffee. When staying in a hotel, ask for free transport tickets. This gives you the opportunity to travel around Lörrach, but also to Basel or Freiburg, free of charge. Underground parking is available for an additional fee of EUR 50 per week.

Nice hotel in a lovely town. Not the most modern rooms, but it's clean, and has a mini fridge and air-conditioning. Staff is very nice

Comfortable rooms. Slightly old fashioned, but very good price. We had a very early leave the following morning to catch our flight (5am) and there was no staff to be found, which was slightly frustrating but not the end of the world.

We stayed in the 4 person hotel - it was well furnished and had coffee and tea in the room. A/C was good. Parking garage was in the building but not free, breakfast was included and excellent - multiple jams, meat and cheese plates. Good service.

A wonderful, charming main house, full of well picked details, you feel that it’s a family run business. I loved the terrace on the ceiling. The staff is super friendly, the rooms are clean and with a kind of “feel at home” atmosphere, the breakfast is rich and leaves you with no wish unfulfilled. An absolute recommendation!

This little gem is nestled within a quiet neighborhood in Lorrach. The grounds are well kept and lit in the evening. Staff is courteous and helpful. Take a look inside the wonderful old building. Room was spacious and clean. I would recommend people to stay here.

Beautiful structure and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are cleaned and tided, even though mine was a bit cold probably because I was in the corner room. The surrounding environment is quite and green.

Great place, great staff, great breakfast and great everything else ;-) First, when I entered the building, it looked to me a little bit strange. Narrow stairs and corridor, small reception desk but it changed completely as soon as I met the receptionist. Professional manners of all the staff, clean bathroom and bedroom with a small balcony leading to a court yard, bottle of mineral water everyday...

Good, clean rooms, localization in center, silence. Delicious breakfasts, but every day the same. Good hotel for few days. Be Careful! Very tight parking!

Nice rooms with proper service and friendly staff, even at late night arrival. I stay often and was never let down. It's a low-price hotel which does not pretend to be more than it is. Nice and easy.

Nice little hotel that is more like a guesthouse. Very clean and good price for value with uncomplicated and friendly hosts. Bus stop to Weil am Rhein nearby, and the castle is just a short walk uphill away.

We eat at the restaurant and it was a very delightful surprise. The food was great and the personnel friendly and to our request, we were served very fast. Thank you for your hospitality!

Excellent location, personnel, food and drinks. The price is not cheap but the rooms are very generous, clean and people are very friendly. Be aware of the clock of the church tower that bells at each quarter, so please, close the windows

Schwanen is my favouritest stopping place in SW Germany. My nomination for the best hotel between my destinations of Brussels and Malta. This is a delightful family-owned hotel. The location is tucked back in a sleepy residential area of this small town. It was an easy walk to town center. The facility is charming and the rooms are surprisingly spacious. It is worth paying 10 € extra to get a newly-renovated room. I had second-level quarters with a balcony replete with table and chairs to facilitate enjoyment of the late summer weather...

Very clean, friendly staff. A very simple breakfast included, but we were very satisfied with it. Free WiFi. The Chinese restaurant had not opened when we we're there, but we found a lovely cosy restaurant 750m away that served delicious German food, Stettemer Wiikeller. I recommend the cordon bleu with spätzle.

Wonderful staff, very convenient location (right next to the Swiss border and a short drive from Basel), clean and offers an excellent breakfast buffet. Child and pet friendly. Spacious parking in front. Also has a conference room and a bar. 👌

This review is about the cafe/restaurant. This occasion was a spring festival on Sunday afternoon with a variety of music and other attractions. The outdoor seating at Drei König is exactly in the center of the pedestrian zone and a perfect location to sit, eat and have a drink or coffee. I'm reviewing the hotel here, not the bar. Comfy room, ok wifi, but there is a significant lack of light.

The hotel and its surrounding area are clean, people are very friendly. The restaurant was busy in the evening which is usually a good sign and indeed the food was excellent. Same goes for breakfast (buffet-style): excellent quality. Affordable gas station in the nearby town Weil, check your fuel prices-app

The scissors between service and price/ quality is not good. Old Hotel, minimal room, old furniture. Top point the garden restaurant ( expensive!!! ) to be in Germany , and positin very close to the borders

The dishes we had were above average, even if a little more expensive than you are used to from anderen Greek restaurants.

Hotel was tidy and "as expected". Nice and helpful staff, and convenient free parking outside. The Greek restaurant was really great, with some of the best Greek food I've ever had and really nice staff as well. Would recommend both, but the restaurant especially.

Fun time there. You can go bowling and other things. The food is good and the drinks are too. Its close to a park if you like to go for a walk after food.

We visited the Freizeitcenter for a game of bowling and we combined with drinks and dinner. The bowling area is nice and spacy, however a bit old and looks like it needs a renovation. The most negative aspect is the lack of automatic bumpers for children. There are some sort of long pipes that block the edges, however this way you cannot combine a game of children and adults. We just needed a place to rest a night on our way from the Netherlands to Italy. This cosy hotel was a much better choice than staying at a large hotel. The family room is spacious, nicely furnished and comfortable. Amazing view from the roof window and from the restaurant. Both dinner and breakfast were fresh and abundant.

Good local cuisine at rather steep / Swiss prices. Nothing really adventurous on the menu. The right place to go for lunch with your nana and enjoy the panoramic views.

Well designed place with a 'ship' theme. The rooms are also designed to look like they are rooms on a ship. The feel is very vibrant, ambiance is good. The schnapps are yummy.

Spent a night there on a business trip and was positively thrilled with the accommodations. Very modern rooms with a lot of comforts and an attentive and caring service personnel. I liked it very much.
