Great restaurant on the 2nd level you have to try the burger. Even better spa/sauna/relaxing lounge! Room was fantastic and clean, comfy bed and good amenities. Front desk was extremely helpful in gathering and subsequently emailing information pertain to Christine markets or covid swiss vaccination certs etc. Highly recommended and will stay here again if passing by Basels!

Hotel is in its opening weeks. Rooms are brand new, well designed and very much welcoming the guests, higher floors with a great view over the city. Great hotel, super friendly staff, very nice rooms. May be the quietest hotel I've ever stayed in. The breakfast buffet is amazing and is included with the room. I also found that they were able to convert dollars to francs at a good rate, so that was very convenient as well. Thanks for giving us such a great start to our vacation!

This is a brilliant hotel. The staff is outstanding in the service. I stayed here for 3 nights. The reception staff and the security staff are very kind and helpful. This property has nice luxurious rooms with very good amenities that a traveller would need, including a bathrobe a comfortable bed, choice of pillows etc. there is a 55 inch led screen tv in the room and the breakfast buffet is lavish...

Really old hotel with old facilities. The room was pretty clean, but I had to clean bath to use it. Free Wi-Fi was really slow, bed was small and uncomfortable. Breakfast wasn't so good, I had just a few vegan options there, seems like everything else had pork. The thing I liked the most was sauna. Didn't like the location as well. Overall, I wouldn't stay here next time.

This is my number 1 choice for hotels when staying in Basel. Rooms are clean and a good size. Pluses include the onsite restaurant and bar and the fitness center. This hotel is within walking distance of much of historic Basel, and close to the trains, which you can board free with the included Basel Card.

Massive place for events / seminars. I have been to an Hublot event in this facilities. Catering was extraordinary!

We didn't stay here, but came here to have the culinary experience of a life time. And we were not disappointed. We had a drink a the veranda overlooking the Rhine before our dinner at the Brasserie, and the sunset was beautiful. The hotel is just amazing, there are real flowers everywhere. Everything from the bar to the lobby was just another class of its own. We would love to stay here if we visit...

Got this resort for a terrific rate at ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ I like this resort and I'm extremely grateful I stayed at my favorite place much cheaper than what I usually spend. Went there for brunch. Great experience, amazing food. Worth it despite the price tag! Will definitely go there again.

Nice 3 night experience in Basel. New hotel, convenient location for the tram stop, a few minutes from the centre. Clean and well organized room. I would definitely return to this hotel on a future trip.

We stayed a night on B&B hotel and was a pleasant experience. Located 10 minutes away from city center by tram, the only minus is the hotel is next to a very busy road and train line but the windows cover the noise easily. Top benefit is the public transportation ticket for all Basel is included on the reservation which is huge in Basel. City is full of options in terms of transport. Expensive city...

I arrived late, and the desk was staffed. Checking in was not a problem at all. The doors are keypaded rather than card. On arrival, I was given a Basel Card, which gave me access to free travel during my stay. I thought that was really cool. My room was fit for purpose, I needed somewhere to sleep and be comfortable, which it was. The only thing was there are no kettles in the rooms, so if you do...

Very decent and modern hotel with good value for money. The room was clean and the bed comfy. Check-in and checkout were efficient and staff friendly. Location is a bit of a walk out of the center, but there is a tram stop around the corner and they offer you a free tram card. Will consider next time I visit Basel.

It’s a bit confusing but entrance is through Hotel Euler (who bought Metropol and City Inn). The room was nice and spacious, though when I entered it was a bit musty as if it hadn’t been aired out in a while. Opened window to air out room wishing hotel had thought of this beforehand before giving a room that had been empty for a while. The mattress and pillow were comfortable. However, shower left...

The hotel is well located, allowing easy access on foot to the city center. It is also located near a train and metro station. The staff is very friendly and attentive, both at the reception and in the care in tidying the room. The room was always clean. The acoustic and thermal insulation is quite good. The breakfast on the top floor, allows a unique panoramic view of the city.

The hotel has large rooms, with basic amenities. It is surely not a 4 star hotel, but rather a good 3-star. Staff were nice and helpful.

Arrived late with a group after a long journey, reception had sorted rooms out and everything was very fast and extremely helpful. Just two minutes from the station. Leaving early and hotel are providing an early breakfast just for us. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel.

Easy digital check-in and check-out. Perfect location very close to Basel SBB. The capsule was larger than other capsule I have tried. It's also relatively clean. However, there was not enough airflow inside the locked capsule and it could get hot and stuffy fast. They also sent a lot of emails from the time of booking until check out, but it perfectly explained what to expect from the accomodation...

Nice capsule hotel with super polite and friendly staff. My only complaint is that it was hot and humid in a capsule itself, you can't sleep with door closed. But other than that everything was perfect!

Close to the railway station and some restaurants and bio/veggie lunch places. They have their own co-working space. In short you can consider it luxury hipster dorms with private sleeping. Checkin and the rooms are all automatic. 247. Easy. The capsules are large enough and cosy. The products in the shower are good, they aren't supermarket brands but decent. I stayed at a Hyve Capsule, and had mixed experience. The positives: great location, close to the train station but in a nice and quiet neighbourhood. You can access the airport in 30mn. Checkin/out is all automated and working super well. Breakfast is great, and staff super friendly. Rooms, toilets, showers are clean. The can-do better: the capsule concept didn’t work for me. Capsule size was ok...

I give my opinion for the capsule rooms. More than expected, super comfy, big space and no claustrophobic. All the building, including the bathrooms, toilets and rooms are super super clean. The check in is very easy. Modern place, with a lot of activities, kitchen available, laundry... 100% good. 2 minutes walking from the station, good restaurants around. I can't say nothinn wrong because it's excellent...

Super nice hostel! Awesome location. 5 min walk from main train station. They had a well equipped and spacious kitchen. I had a studio apartment with only 35 per night. Definitely better than usual cheap hotel. The people in the reception was nice and helpful. Clean room, clean toilet. Can not ask more!

The room was very clean and the staff super friendly. But if you're a light sleeper like me I wouldn't recommend; you could easily hear the noise of the street and the rooms next to you. Also I found it quite irritating that the room wasn't darkened. Great breakfast choices also for vegans, loved the huge muesli bar 🫶🏽

5 minutes walk to Messe Basel and Basel congress center. Stayed for 1 week for business. 3 minutes to tram station. The service was great and friendly.

Very nice staff. Clean and near room in the lift. 2mins walk to the tram, 5mins walkable to the cafes, shops. 10mins to the mall and river. 10mins from train station by car. Very accessible to everything you need.

We didn't stay long but it was a nice hotel (we stayed in an apartment) and got such lovely service when we arrived. Good wifi. Expensive parking and they add city tax when you leave so be prepared for that. We loved that there was a washer in the apartment!

Went there for a conference and stayed in their appartments for 6 people. They are very spacious, clean and fully equipped. There's a washing machine, regular cleaning, dining table ect. Perfect for a group of people who knows each other as 4 out of the 6 beds are in the living room with only 1 separate double.

Not so beautiful area, far from the centre but well served by tram/bus.

Clean, dog friendly, and excellent location by the Rhein. Maintenance is poor. The hotel is on floor 5 and 6 with three lifts. One is permanently out of order, another failed, and was told that it wouldn't be fixed until the next day. With so many rooms, one small lift is inadequate.

Wow so surprised by the hotel. It was just for one night during our road trip but I actually want to stay longer 🫣 very spacious large room (3 people), amazing view, great service, clean.

We stayed only one night but it felt as an eternity. The staff were really kind and accommodating. The first room that we were assigned was really nice, big, smelled really good and clean but while I was in the shower the water stopped working because of a malfunction and I couldn’t even wash away the soap. We had to change to another room at night. This second room was ok but it smelled really bad...

Finding the hotel was a bit of a pain from the mall parking. We happened to bump into 2 other families who were going round in circles in the mall parking trying to find the hotel entrance and it still took us some time to find the hotel reception. Once you find the place, things start looking up - fast check in, decent food at the restaurant and I thought the place was good value for money.

Wow! Great hotel, very nice rooms. Is really suggest the room with the kitchen! Staff is normal, they are happy to help you but they are not really looking happy…. Breakfast is also good, simple but good. Bathroom is great also! Water flow is also good. Parking space enough! Elevators everywhere to bring you to the right level. Parking is also free.

Keep in mind that the hotel is under restoration. There is no noise but when I was there one elevator wasn't working. And there was very crowded group staying in the same hotel. You have to wait minimum 10 min for the elevator or walk by stairs 4 or 5 floors.

A nice place for a short stay, let down only by the need for a really good deep clean and freshen up. Quite a good location, near to town centre, pubs and restaurants. The breakfast is good, with good service and friendly staff. Rooms are pretty good. There's a 'damp' smell around the building, which is odd. Overall good for a short stay in Basel.

Nick and his staff was amazing the entire five weeks of our stay. Jean Fontanyi was just outstanding at the breakfast restaurant, not only did he deliver a fantastic personal service his everyday wonderful happy spirit was a delight!

Rarely have we experienced such a fine and hospitable hotel. Swiss hospitality runs as smoothly as the famous Swiss watches. Everything about this hotel exudes quality and comfort that makes any business traveller feel instantly at ease. Now it was the case that we stayed here with children.... And the surprise was great to see how good and warm the welcome was for the young travellers! (9 and 2)...

Good hotel in central area of Basel. Having close tram stop for transport, Sightseeing spots nearby like Basel Theater & Burfurzzaplatz ; shopping areas like Marktplatz and claraplatz. Good to stay and another reason is having breakfast facility and dining options in Filini Restaurant.

Overall a good experience but the autocheckin is frankly annoying. However you can do it in the Hotel Euler reception around the corner which is part of the same group.

The location is excellent, next to the train station and close to the city center. The room is clean and nice. The price is reasonable for the Swiss standards. The staff was also nice. The only drawback is that the room was a bit far...and one has to use stairs.

About nailed it. The only issue we had was that our room on the 5th floor got really warm at night. Somewhat uncomfortable to sleep in. The control didn't seem to do anything. Else was a great place to stay before our river cruise. Easy to get to from main train station.

I want to edit my review because the hotel staff went completely out of their way to make my stay here better than it initially began Beds are queen size but comforters used are 2 small bed ones, one on the left one on the right and they meet in the middle. This is there signature bedding. I travel the world for my work and I have never seen anything like it. If you are a bit picky on your bedding...

The Pullman is an exceptionally well run hotel with professionally staff who are fluent in English. The rooms were cozy and beds comfy. They were modern and attractive. I'd return on my next trip to Basel. The buffet breakfast was delicious yet expensive

Great hotel, If you select the business option, you get to use the business suite which has Beer, wine, soft drinks, snacks, fruit, bread, coffee and more. The desk personnel were extremely helpful, sorry I only got to stay one night.

Sadly, we just spent one night at the hotel, but loved it, the comfort and the high tech side, too. Normally, we like more historical buildings. The bedroom are very comfortable, the free mini bar a plus and the breakfast 👌 perfect.

We've stayed in this Hotel for 2 nights with 2 children in 2 separate rooms. The rooms in general are small but some are a little bigger. It's OK for a short stay. Centrally and beautifully located at the Rhein river promenade, Hotel Krafft is a charming place to stay. I booked a riverside single room for a night sleep-over and the view on a sunny January day made my day. Room is functional and flawless. Relatively old hotel in the 3 country city, Weil am Rhein. Friendly staff and nice rooms, only downside is that the airco isn't working well (it starts only after 20 minutes with the cold airflow and is not able to cool the room at maximum capacity). Nice staff but Illmaintained rooms. No fridge, no USB ports, missing bed lamp, broken radio. However, good for the price, but I wouldn't pay more. Clean. Dog-tollerant.

Great location near the highway and just at the border with Switzerland but still on the German side. Prices are much better than in Switzerland and they have 24/7 desk do no issue when we drive through to go to italy also if we arrive at night. Room is clean and the bed comfortable. Given the price the hotel rooms are out of date and tv had no extra channels than the regional german ones, but no issue...

Working in Basel so booked into a superior room on 9th floor. Very spacious with a table of 4 chairs so easy to work and have dinner. Fan included so no air conditioning unit but comfortable. Nice large windows so lots of breeze. Shower is high pressure so amazing to use and overall very comfortable. Breakfast was continental and lots of options to choose from. Will defo book again! Uber is difficult...

Not that far from the boarder but the service is not that good. Asked for a taxi at the reception and they said we dont have taxi. I was expecting a little more proactivity and help. Rooms are good!

We had a wonderful stay in December of 2023. The bed was comfortable, room warm but had a standing fan for some circulation. Rooms are dated but clean and fine for a couple night stay. Hotel staff very nice and helpful and the best part of all was the breakfast. By far our best hotel breakfast in a 16 day trip across 4 countries and 8 different hotels.

An exclusive customer care, great breakfast, good parking area in the basement, small or moderate gym. Great outside view, reduced noise from outside. A great facelift to the hotel recently, more options for the rooms. A trial will convince you.

I was here for breakfast. It was delicious, and the service was quick and friendly. Of course it is very busy and often not easy to get a table without a reservation. But it's a popular spot, and rightly so! Highly recommended for brunch.

Everything was perfect the staff in front desk and in the restaurant except the supervisor or the manger of the restaurant. She was tension, stress and she make the environment uncomfortable. However the staff hows making the service were extremely excellent. Such as Alejandro, Jose, and Balla.
