Great restaurant on the 2nd level you have to try the burger. Even better spa/sauna/relaxing lounge! Room was fantastic and clean, comfy bed and good amenities. Front desk was extremely helpful in gathering and subsequently emailing information pertain to Christine markets or covid swiss vaccination certs etc. Highly recommended and will stay here again if passing by Basels!

Hotel is in its opening weeks. Rooms are brand new, well designed and very much welcoming the guests, higher floors with a great view over the city. Great hotel, super friendly staff, very nice rooms. May be the quietest hotel I've ever stayed in. The breakfast buffet is amazing and is included with the room. I also found that they were able to convert dollars to francs at a good rate, so that was very convenient as well. Thanks for giving us such a great start to our vacation!

This is a brilliant hotel. The staff is outstanding in the service. I stayed here for 3 nights. The reception staff and the security staff are very kind and helpful. This property has nice luxurious rooms with very good amenities that a traveller would need, including a bathrobe a comfortable bed, choice of pillows etc. there is a 55 inch led screen tv in the room and the breakfast buffet is lavish...

Really old hotel with old facilities. The room was pretty clean, but I had to clean bath to use it. Free Wi-Fi was really slow, bed was small and uncomfortable. Breakfast wasn't so good, I had just a few vegan options there, seems like everything else had pork. The thing I liked the most was sauna. Didn't like the location as well. Overall, I wouldn't stay here next time.

This is my number 1 choice for hotels when staying in Basel. Rooms are clean and a good size. Pluses include the onsite restaurant and bar and the fitness center. This hotel is within walking distance of much of historic Basel, and close to the trains, which you can board free with the included Basel Card.

Massive place for events / seminars. I have been to an Hublot event in this facilities. Catering was extraordinary!

About nailed it. The only issue we had was that our room on the 5th floor got really warm at night. Somewhat uncomfortable to sleep in. The control didn't seem to do anything. Else was a great place to stay before our river cruise. Easy to get to from main train station.

I want to edit my review because the hotel staff went completely out of their way to make my stay here better than it initially began Beds are queen size but comforters used are 2 small bed ones, one on the left one on the right and they meet in the middle. The Pullman is an exceptionally well run hotel with professionally staff who are fluent in English. The rooms were cozy and beds comfy. They were modern and attractive. I'd return on my next trip to Basel. The buffet breakfast was delicious yet expensive

Nice, no frills place to stay on a budget. The staff were nice and very helpful and there's a self-service check in if arriving out of hours. The area didn't feel the most safe, although we didn't have any safety issues.

We arrived at this hotel in Basel Switzerland and had no prior booking. The automatic sign in is so simple to use this idea is the future for hotels. You follow the instructions with reservation or without reservation. Only 114 Chf per night. A room with separate shower an bathroom refrigerator. The hotel is close to city centre. Aldi around the corner. Will recommend to anyone.

Nice 3 night experience in Basel. New hotel, convenient location for the tram stop, a few minutes from the centre. Clean and well organized room. I would definitely return to this hotel on a future trip.

We stayed a night on B&B hotel and was a pleasant experience. Located 10 minutes away from city center by tram, the only minus is the hotel is next to a very busy road and train line but the windows cover the noise easily. Top benefit is the public transportation ticket for all Basel is included on the reservation which is huge in Basel. City is full of options in terms of transport. Expensive city...

I arrived late, and the desk was staffed. Checking in was not a problem at all. The doors are keypaded rather than card. On arrival, I was given a Basel Card, which gave me access to free travel during my stay. I thought that was really cool. Very decent and modern hotel with good value for money. The room was clean and the bed comfy. Check-in and checkout were efficient and staff friendly. Location is a bit of a walk out of the center, but there is a tram stop around the corner and they offer you a free tram card. Will consider next time I visit Basel.

Very reasonabe rates, rooms have a great view of the river. Great location. There is complimentay coffee, fruit, and wonderful croissants in the morning. You can take trams or walk nearly anywhere in Basel. Don't miss the Lackerli store in the building.

I have rented an office for the afternoon. A very nice room with a view on the river. The fishermen room. Beautiful with good wifi. The staff was cery friendly especially the managimg director. I could work there prefectly. The tram and bus stop in the street, so you’re well connected.

Self check-in The location is good, in the center of the old city, next to the river. You can walk around the old town! The disadvantage is that there are many people in the bar at night and it is noisy.

We have stayed here a few times and only just realised that I have never left a review. Always a friendly and efficient check-in/out. This stay we were arriving after reception closed, however they very generously offered to come and open up for us when we arrived, all it took was a phone call once we were a few minutes away. Perfect for a quick stop. Free Parking, WiFi (although bit slow). And breakfast for Just 5euro (buffet). Room had TV, fan, hairdryer and a small table where you can sit and work. You can't move the two single beds to make a double bed so make sure you specifically say what bed you want when you book. :) Even if you book for multiple days, you only get tiny shampoo packet and no toothpaste. No problem...

Clean and pleasant service, spacious room and the best is the shower

Rooms are okay and clean, I was unable to regulate the shower temp because of cheap mixer! Restaurant is great and good service, food is delicious and a lot. Breakfast was okay, sausage was cooled and meatballs is not meatballs!

We enjoyed our stay with two small kids. Hotel has connected rooms which was great. All our small problems were solved by the hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is nice. Rooms are clean, beds and pillows are comfortable.

Clean, dog friendly, and excellent location by the Rhein. Maintenance is poor. The hotel is on floor 5 and 6 with three lifts. One is permanently out of order, another failed, and was told that it wouldn't be fixed until the next day. With so many rooms, one small lift is inadequate.

Wow so surprised by the hotel. It was just for one night during our road trip but I actually want to stay longer 🫣 very spacious large room (3 people), amazing view, great service, clean.

We stayed only one night but it felt as an eternity. The staff were really kind and accommodating. The first room that we were assigned was really nice, big, smelled really good and clean but while I was in the shower the water stopped working because of a malfunction and I couldn’t even wash away the soap. We had to change to another room at night. This second room was ok but it smelled really bad...

Clean no frills hotel. Nice clean room with good size bathroom and shower. In room tea and coffee making facilities. No evening meal in hotel but I'd does have a bar. Breakfast is good and best cuppicino I have ever had from a machine. You are given a free pass to use the local transport which is excellent (this might happen in all hotels).

Excellent service and attention to our needs. We arrived with one extra person than they were expecting as my booking for 5 didn't match theirs for 4. No issues though, an extra bed was put in our apartment shortly after we checked in. Apartment was well equipped and any extra supplies of coffee or tea we quickly delivered to us. The hotel is located in a really good location right in the centre of Basel, The rooms where very modern and stylish. I slept really well in a very clean bed. The hotel also gives you free public transport tickets and free WiFi is available everywhere in the hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would happily stay there again.

Easy digital check-in and check-out. Perfect location very close to Basel SBB. The capsule was larger than other capsule I have tried. It's also relatively clean. However, there was not enough airflow inside the locked capsule and it could get hot and stuffy fast. They also sent a lot of emails from the time of booking until check out, but it perfectly explained what to expect from the accomodation...

Nice capsule hotel with super polite and friendly staff. My only complaint is that it was hot and humid in a capsule itself, you can't sleep with door closed. But other than that everything was perfect!

I stayed at a Hyve Capsule, and had mixed experience. The positives: great location, close to the train station but in a nice and quiet neighbourhood. You can access the airport in 30mn. I give my opinion for the capsule rooms. More than expected, super comfy, big space and no claustrophobic. All the building, including the bathrooms, toilets and rooms are super super clean. The check in is very easy. Modern place, with a lot of activities, kitchen available, laundry... 100% good. 2 minutes walking from the station, good restaurants around. I can't say nothinn wrong because it's excellent...

Super nice hostel! Awesome location. 5 min walk from main train station. They had a well equipped and spacious kitchen. I had a studio apartment with only 35 per night. Definitely better than usual cheap hotel. The people in the reception was nice and helpful. Clean room, clean toilet. Can not ask more!

Clean and simple city hotel. Nearby to tram, and have basement parking lots. Worth staying for a night to transit from Zurich Airport to Montreux to Zermatt.

Near the border of Switzerland. Very nice hotel to make a Pitt stop. Breakfast is very good. The restaurant serves Mexican food besides the well known Wiener Schnitzel.

Rooms are basic, but clean and comfortable. Ideal if you're looking for a comfy bed and filling breakfast (with many choices) when on the road. Close to the highway, big parking lot and all in all, great value for money. The takeaway coffee in the lounge is a nice touch

Friendly staff and nice rooms, only downside is that the airco isn't working well (it starts only after 20 minutes with the cold airflow and is not able to cool the room at maximum capacity). Great location near the highway and just at the border with Switzerland but still on the German side. Prices are much better than in Switzerland and they have 24/7 desk do no issue when we drive through to go to italy also if we arrive at night. Room is clean and the bed comfortable. Working in Basel so booked into a superior room on 9th floor. Very spacious with a table of 4 chairs so easy to work and have dinner. Fan included so no air conditioning unit but comfortable. Nice large windows so lots of breeze. Shower is high pressure so amazing to use and overall very comfortable. Breakfast was continental and lots of options to choose from. Will defo book again! Uber is difficult...

An exclusive customer care, great breakfast, good parking area in the basement, small or moderate gym. Great outside view, reduced noise from outside. A great facelift to the hotel recently, more options for the rooms. A trial will convince you.

Claustrofobic hot room. The windows do not open and the air refreshing system only blows very hot air. So even in fall, oktober 2021, we had a very hot night and trouble sleeping. The breakfast, service and style were nice though. And the location was good for a city trip.

Stayed here over Christmas after my original plans were wrecked by Covid. Very nice, spatious rooms, including a coffee maker. Breakfast was really great and had a larger variety of cooked items than usual, including potatoes, grilled vegetables and even chicken nuggets. The hotel was quiet, although it's quite popular with young families. A nice touch is the Basel Card, which gives unlimited travel...

We had a restful time here with our children. Breakfast was ready and great at 6 am.

Limited parking but, comfortable rooms (though in need of maintenance) sturdy mattresses and feathered pillows. Working air-conditioning and quite silent. Breakfast spread is vast, with various cold cuts, yogurt and cereal, fresh breads, toast, scrambled eggs, coffee, sausages bacon, vegetables etc.

Perfect like all the Novotels we stayed in.

We didn't stay here, but came here to have the culinary experience of a life time. And we were not disappointed. We had a drink a the veranda overlooking the Rhine before our dinner at the Brasserie, and the sunset was beautiful. The hotel is just amazing, there are real flowers everywhere. Everything from the bar to the lobby was just another class of its own. We would love to stay here if we visit...

Got this resort for a terrific rate at ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ I like this resort and I'm extremely grateful I stayed at my favorite place much cheaper than what I usually spend. Went there for brunch. Great experience, amazing food. Worth it despite the price tag! Will definitely go there again.
