My brother and I were supposed to switch trains in Magdeburg on our way to Frankfurt. Unfortunately we lost the train. We're not from Germany and we didn't know the city, it was dawn and the employees of this hotel were the only ones who were receptive to us and showed us some compassion. Besides that, the accomodations are great. Great bathroom with great shower and a nice bed. Also it's very close to the city center and the main station.

The hotel may be a bit dated, but the location is truly unbeatable – right next to the train station and therefore perfect for travelers.

Very disappointed with the hotel/ room 415.
The bed was more of a torture machine body ache guarantee.
Was definitely the smallest bathroom we had ever seen in an hotel room !

Good location, good service, but old renovation inside, poor cleanliness in the rooms, the price does not justify it

The hotel is right next to the train station and is a good starting point for a city trip. However, the hotel is a bit old and the facilities are accordingly older and leave something to be desired. The bathroom is not that clean and the bedding/curtains are also full of stains. The breakfast was OK. The staff was very nice, friendly and accommodating.
