Although the room was fairly comfortable with all the amenities, the windows on the rooms fave people on the street a direct view into the room. The curtain had to remain closed and therefore the room was always dark.
The stay was comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, but the check-in process was a bit longer than expected.
The Wi-fi wasn't the greatest and could be better.

Rooms a bit old, breakfast was good with big variety, staff very friendly and very clean the hotel

The hotel looks fairly new and well organised in quite green area , located no far from the airport ,maybe 10 min from business park ( tk maxx, supermarket,other stores , meeting centre) The have underground parking

Breakfast: 10/10 everyone will find something for themselves, there is a lot of different type of bread ( the only in hire I would suggest to give a gloves or something what you can use while cutting a bread,there was nothing so I could not try ),hot,cold meals, drinks fruits,veg,gluten free option, diary free option ,sweets ..etc
Service: helpful staff, very professional and polite were staff in a breakfast area .

I want to express my opinion on the service that I got on your hotel last week. I was very surprised with such a hospility. Mr Pawel was very nice and had very positive attitude towards me, a hotel guest, both during check in and check out. He explained me everything about hotel facilities and also helped with with recommendations what to do in the city. I was really glad for that because I had really best time. I found him very professional. However, the hotel needs some renovation. You can feel that it's not that new. On pipes under the sink there was mold or something similar. It's very dark in the room even though all lamps are on. Shower curtain was old and dirty with yellow stains. Overall, first impression was good due to staff who was very nice and helpful but rooms are outdated and affects guests satisfaction and experience during stay in that hotel.

There is no laundry service even though it is listed on booking. The mattresses are not really comfortable, you can feel the springs poking into your back when sleeping on them.
On the plus side, the rooms were clean and the breakfast was very good.
