The receptionist was courteous and welcoming, however, the housekeeping services were severely lacking. Upon entering our assigned room, we were met with an unpleasant odor and discovered that the toilet was in an unsanitary condition, and the overall state of the room was unkempt. I promptly voiced my concerns and requested a room change, which resulted in a marginally improved accommodation. However, the toilet in the new room exhibited stains from previous usage, indicating inadequate cleaning practices. Regrettably, this experience fell short of satisfactory standards.

The rooms are a little small but the woman at reception is the sweetest. Her english is perfect.

Old and overrated

Hotel room is not to bad, its okey clean not to bad! Do not serve breakfast, has to go 100m to a small cafe and pay for breakfast. Also the reception is not open after 22 so one has to use a key to come in. Inatead of having one keycard you have 3 diffrent keys. Also walls are thin so can hear people talk in other rooms.

Rooms may be not on the newest level but clean and big. No one disturbe and no noise from other rooms. Only sad there is no restaurant in the hotel

I accidentally booked the wrong date and wanted to switch. The hotel has a zero cancellation policy and I was not allowed to switch the date of my stay (even though there were identical rooms available!) without paying for BOTH days. What a greedy, dishonest hotel.
