Very bad attitude from the Receptionist,internet connection very poor ,many things not ok there

The property is showing its age and is not well maintained. Unfortunately, the cleanliness wasn't as expected, especially in the public areas. The room was okay, but the dust level could be improved. The service didn't handle complaints and reports of defects in a customer-friendly manner. In the end, a room was swapped, but only after an unnecessary discussion. The location is quiet and directly on the Rhine.

False advertisement from *******.
Booked this hotel only because of the on site electric car charger.
Only found out both car charger (two) are out of service.
If arriving property with the believe that there is a working electric car charger would have result in having to tow the car to an another charger if you run out of battery.
Poor communication between the property and ******* and no notification to visitor in advance when the car charger is out of order.
Message was sent to hotel to request info to check on the availability of electric car charger but no reponse and the staff even blame the electric car charger provider for not fixing it.
Poor hotel condition overall.

Our stay for the show
The manager charged $15/night parking free without caring about our argument. However, other guests parking on the other side don’t pay for parking. He also grab our instant noodles, which is not professional behavior.

Very, very good accommodation. Only thing: for our dinner we had to drive to the city, roughly 8 kilometers and back 8 kilometers.

Stay at this German hotel for an extraordinary experience! From the moment you step into the lobby, you are attracted by its elegant decoration and warm atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, bright, well-equipped and well-maintained, making you feel comfortable. The breakfast is rich and varied, and the taste is amazing. In particular, the hotel's service staff are friendly and attentive, making you feel at home. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay and highly recommended! "

Beautiful hotel right on the Rhine. All rooms have been renovated. Enough parking spaces. Friendly staff.

Nice place right at the Rhine river. Breakfast has a good selection.
The rooms are a bit dated, but have some free beverages. Some of the staff is nice, but some of them have a less charming attitude.
You can rent some Biker, but they are not really sportive and just two types of bikes which are mostly unfit for taller people.

My mother and I were looking for a peaceful and relaxing break for a couple of days, and we sure got it: two very comfortable rooms, friendly and helpful staff, and excellent food. We particularly enjoyed our breakfasts on the lovely terrace overlooking the river. One small point for improvement: most of the times I closed my cell phone or laptop I had to logon to wifi again. It should be possible for the system to remember the device so that one logon suffices.
