Modern hotel, situated in the centre of Düsseldorf. It has a 24 hour reception. A elevator is also available. Also very specious rooms. Well cleaned and with all you need. The breakfast was also wide and delicious. From different

Nice hotel in very good location - heart of the Japanese area. Staff was very kind and helpful, they treated us with sweets!
Room overall was nice and cosy. Bed was very comfortable, bathroom clean and the view is really pretty. Rooms also have very good tv with HDMI port, so we could watch movies from our personal laptop. Big plus for bio soap in the bathroom (though please add different scents than mint!).

One star is missing because we were missing towels, cover in our bed was really small - like for single person and pillows smelled old and dusty. Shower in the bathroom also smelled bad even if it was clean. We also had one cockroach in our room.

Went to the bar today, Antonio has been very helpful in introducing great Gin!
He is the best!

Could not comment on rooms as we were there for coffee with friends at the lobby. Fast service and friendly lobby a lounge staff.

Good clean Hotel. Nice friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast is in order. Unfortunately, here, too, parbaked rolls, as is now almost everywhere.

Rooms were clean and tidy, staff was super friendly, performance is more than ok.

Excellent location. A few meters from the central station and 10 min walk from the shopping street. The hotel is very nicely decorated although rooms are somewhat small. We had No closet, only a rod for hanging coats and a few shelves to leave the rest of the clothes. The bathroom is spacious and modern, everything new and very clean. Very good choice to spend a few days.

Can't complain. Only the room was a little small (very tight) and sometimes you miss a trash can, which is not bad just in the bathroom, but otherwise very comfortable beds, great view in the 6. Floor & nice decor. Breakfast was also good. .

At the time of booking in this Hotel, and am from a Low-Budget level, and am therefore without all too large expectations traveled. But I was more than surprised! The Motel One at the main station is simply the best!

Most of all I would like to highlight the friendliness of the staff. Already at the reception I was greeted with a Smile and very accommodating. And unlike many other Hotels it came totally honest over there and not rehearsed, as required by the business line by a guide. The whole continued in the evening at the Hotel Bar, and was confirmed the next Morning at Breakfast. It was during my two-day stay in an unfriendly or unmotivated employees in this house.

The Breakfast was delicious and the selection more than adequate. The ambience in the Breakfast room (Bar) is simply cozy. As I stand up, even as a late sleeper in the morning.

The room was very well maintained and tastefully decorated. It is a lot of storage opportunity. Especially the bathroom was super!

All in all, it is probably already clear that I am from the Motel One at the main station completely thrilled. The price-performance ratio is super! Here I come gladly again! Mainly because of the friendly staff! Kudos to the staff at the 12. and 13.4. Service!
