Manager at reception was very helpful and friendly. My room booking via booking.com was for a wrong date (my mistake) and he fixed it. Amazing and very much appreciated.

A 4 star hotel that feels more like a 3 star. No coffee machine in the room (only a cattle with instant coffee), undersized television, shower water temperature fluctuations, no drinking water in the gym. Overall the hotel feels outdated. Room size and service are decent. Location is very good.

Come on Mövenpick, 32 Euros for breakfast now? That is neither reasonable nor acceptable, just strip off. I hope you will do better in the future.

Clean , nice bedroom, not enough pillows if you don’t like the height. Generally everything was fine and clean . Location is full of people outside in front of main station so depending on why you are there , its ok and not really necessary safe outside area! Love the lobby look old library style area, great to chill

I found a great deal directly from their website to get 3 nights for the price of 2. The room was clean and welcoming after a long day of walking around the city. The staff were friendly and had the patience for my poor German skills. They can speak English well if you would prefer to speak it.

The rooms are quite small, the bed was not that comfortable...I don't know, maybe only my room was like that. As it's centrally located the noise from the street can be heard with open windows. However the spa area is amazing and recommended!

The hotel is very nice, it even had a library! Which is a nice touch. The staff is friendly and hotel is clean. The noise level is not so bad. it does have air conditioning. Didn't have chance to use their spa or sport facilities. But would love to go back again.

So-so, felt more like a 3 star hotel than a 4-star. Good location and good AC which was a blessing on the hottest day of the year. Expensive parking (just let me park for free…) but friendly and helpful staff.

We stayed to attend a show at Skaters Palace. For this, the location was perfect — less than 1km walk to venue. Parking was free, but EV charging required a membership to SW Münster, so we weren’t able to charge our car, which was annoying. Breakfast was very good. Very nice, big showers. Clean rooms. Not the quietest as it’s right next to the Kongresszentrum. Rooms on the parking lot side are worse...

No air condition in the room, but outside it´s on the weekend nights very noisy, so you can´t really open a window to the front.

Average, get a room away from the main road! Plenty of parking space at E 5, not too bad. Modern hotel in good shape.A 20 min walk to the city centre, but the harbour area was close. Cleaning was not good, dust here and dust there. In standar room you have no fridge, no coffee/tea possibilites, and no ventilation. That means you have to open the window facing tha main street, with lots of traffic noise...

The room was great. There was a kettle, a coffee machine and a fridge in the room. I had a small problem and reported it to reception; a solution was found immediately. The breakfast was very good and there was something for every taste.

Great room and breakfast, Skybar staff wanted to go home and kicked us out quite early, not great.

The hotel breakfast was fantastic. The double bed I asked for was a full bed. They attender me fast and clear in the reception. Definetly want to go again.

The hotel was in a good area, close to the city center, very walkable. The room wasn't large but it was clean and laid out very well. Lots of well planned storage options with built-in drawers and cupboards. The parking was convenient, under the hotel, tight spaces and entry/exit if you have a larger vehicle, otherwise clean and safe. It was very quiet and comfortable stay.

Good hotel, location parking breakfast... Good hotel. Friendly staff, but there was a problem with the food when, contrary to the information I received, the Kleiner Kiepenkerl kitchen was closing at 9 pm and not at 10 pm. It's a shame, especially when I asked about it.

Great hotel in a lovely city Lovely hotel with great service. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was comfy and spacious and bathroom had plenty of space for toiletries with a good shower. The location is really central.

Muenster Stadthotel Great location, close to the downtown core, as well as a nice walk to the Schloss and the University. I did not park a car here. The breakfast was very good, lots of choices, and fully functional both when crowded and uncrowded. (In the elevator they have an expected timetable for breakfast busyness.) I took advantage of the quite nice sauna a couple of times. Would recommend.

A somewhat dated hotel with a great location on the lake. Top staff, good breakfast, regional minibar, clean, good beds. TV, Nespresso machine, pad for surfing, online services for check-in & out... We would book again.

Hotel is in relatively good shape and our room was spacious. Location near playground, lake trail, and public pool complex is great. Restaurant staff were friendly and professional. Check-in process was not great (staff checked us into 1 room then had to do process all over again when we pointed out we had booked 2 rooms) nor was check-out (I paid minibar and room, my wife came down a few minutes later...

A charming hotel in a fantastic location, with great view, more than friendly staff, top notch restaurant and a relaxing wellness area. The room was clean and fully equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. We have been the last guest who left befote the seond lock down started today. We can highly recommend this hotel and will definately return in the future.

A very quaint, old-world, classy property with a nice breakfast. Our family suite was spacious and comfortable, perfect for traveling with kids. The only downside was the WiFi - the signal was either very weak or didn’t work at all. Otherwise, a pleasant and peaceful stay.

We just stayed overnight as we were travelling by car from Paris to Stockholm. The hotel was very comfortable and the surroundings are fantastic. A very good breakfast - one of the best I've had. My daughter and family have also booked Parkhotel Hohenfeld in Munster when they travel to Sweden.

Easy connection to busses to the altstadt (city center) of Münster.

Munster weekend Stayed last year and was looking forward to a return visit. Came with my bike to cycle along the canal. The hotel, food, pool area and especially the service is superb. Will return. The hotel is set in peaceful grounds and that radiates across the whole experience.

The hotel has a sauna and pool for guests. Very clean, friendly staff, great service and good food.

It is OK, rooms are clean, the reception was helpful but it is at the end of the day a train station hotel. Stay there if not more than one night.

The most adorable thing about Hotel Conti is its retro feel: the 90s decor, the hefty room keys that you leave at the front desk, the tiny Euro-shower that leaks water through the door seal. It is clean, and functional, and very well situated just across from the Bahnhof. Could be loud if facing the road, but my room faced the back and was very quiet.

The guy at the front desk could not have been nicer. He was just absolutely lovely. We arrived at c. 9:30pm. He was chipper and checked us in quickly. He noticed we had brought restaurant food and offered to get us cutlery and napkins. When we got to the room, we noticed it was fitted out with linens for only 1 person. We called him. He had them sent up immediately. The room was huge. My only complaint...

Great service , and great rooms just a bit far outside of the town centre

The hotel looks new and clean. My room was very large, as was the double bed and the TV. The bathroom was standard for a new hotel. I didn't have breakfast, as more than €20 was beyond my reach! The staff was friendly.

I visited one of the conference rooms. The service was pretty good. We did not lack food and beverages. The hotel staff was helpful, and my stay there was great. The Panorama restaurant on the 4th floor was breathtaking. The menu’s dishes there were not expensive. I enjoyed the time there. Thank you

It was convenient to the sights we were interested in visiting. The breakfast was good. When checking in, there was no one to help us. We had to search for the reception area (on fourth floor). The room was very small.

An okay and no-noncense Hotel. Bit old fouurnature but good beds and everything okay. Street is very noisy at night but by closing all windows you dont hear it. Hotel is close to station and to city center so for us it was perfect. breakfast buffet was simpel but mondays till saturdays there are a lot of bakeries which offer breakfast.

When traveling on a budget in Münster you should really consider the Windhorst Hotel. Less then a 5 minute walk from the Hauptbahnhof it's in a great location. The staff is fantastic and the rooms are quiet and clean. The young man why works the from desk, Gerde (please forgive my spelling if that's incorrect) is very helpful and quick with suggestions. If you've chosen to rent a car there is a parking...

Overall is satisfied, the location is near to train station, nearby 10mins walk can go to Lidl and nearby have several restaurants

Good hotel and pretty much what you can expect from a 3-star ibis. Very friendly staff and clean room. Quite simple but ok for the night!

Very nice experience. Modern rooms with small kitchen. Comfortable beds. Good air conditioning. Very clean. Automatic vacuum cleaner made a lot of noice and beeping in the hallway in the morning, which was enough to wake me up. Staff was mostly very friendly, but one staff member was little rude. Maybe due to language barrier.

The room was a bit old. The bathroom was very small. I'm 2m tall and could barely stand upright. But otherwise it was great. Clean and tidy.
