Maybe Hotel is little bit old but personal was really kind they are all days smile and try to help and breakfast was really good..

Quite dissapointing. 1) The hotel was undergoing construction work (mid august 2020). So workmen could, and did, pass our window at any time during the day. There was no mention of this on the website, nor on booking.com (it would have made us choose a different hotel) 2) Our bad for expecting airconditioning in a fairly new 4 star hotel. We won't make this mistake again. We were there in the middle...

The cockroaches you're not exactly a meet, but high purity, this place does not Shine. Noticed features: if you want to connect to WI-FI, go for the code at reception. If you want to eat quietly in the morning, get up early. For a small fee, you can send a postcard (straight from the reception), a card in the room on the table.

It's an alright business hotel - bed factory. Not as bad as I thought it will be so I was happy. Location is good at the channel harbour.

No Air Conditioner. Fan, Iron, Toothpaste, Comb, bicycle provided if required. Enough space in the rooms. Cleaning staff was ok.. Overall professional staff.

This was so far the best hotel I have ever stayed in Germany. Period. The room was spacious and clean. I could sleep well at night, thanks to the comfortable and warm bed, too. Friendly receptionists and workers, which always greeted us with smiles and respect. The location is also central, and we did not have to stroll so far to reach the hotel from the train station. Charming hotel, cozy and very clean, a gem near the old city center of Munster! The rooms are perfectly done with a very comfortable mattress and excellent pillows, where we can sleep well and dream. Manuel from the reception is a very polite and helpful person, we thank him for all attention he gave us. It is always a pleasure to be in a hotel where the staff is very attentive! What an amazing place for German standards;) Manager just too good to be true, environment is safe and calm and makes sense visually. Great selection of books! In Munster for a business trip and stayed there for 3 nights between Jan 15 and Jan 18, 2023. Truly enjoyed our stay. The room was perfect, the staff was very friendly, the breakfast was first class and the California themed restaurant was very impressed. The location by itself derserves a 5-Star, close to everywhere!

Great accommodation, though for the family room, a closet and normal bed in the extra room would have been nice touches. The accompanying restaurant is outstanding.

Of all the breakfast offerings and buffets in Münster this is definitely the top. Live cooking station and a huge selection of delicious meats, a huge smoked fish section and very attentive and friendly service. The only down side- because of this it was packed. So definitely make a reservation.

Unforgettable moments when I and my family stayed here long ago in 1997 for the DAAD Annual Meeting. A large modern building with sparkly clean rooms, artistic architecture, complete facilities. We loved the breakfast, especially the egg omelette, the juices and the German bread.

I had called this Hotel to get 3 rooms and Annika helped me with reservations, I called that I was gonna check in around 1800 and Lina answered and couldn’t find my reservation, I sent the email but missed a letter 🤣, when I came to the Hotel; Lina was very professional and helped me with our issue and also with the rooms that I needed. Good, quiet hotel. Excellent service, friendly and helpful staff. For breakfast, a large selection of freshly prepared omelettes or fried eggs. Clean and very pleasant rooms. With pleasure again.

Great hotel next to the lake. Super service! Always helpful and friendly. Even if you forget something, it is sent to your home. You can hardly get a better breakfast and the bar is a popular meeting place in the evenings. The drinks are delicious and the bartender knows what he is doing. You can reach the city along the lake... on foot, by bike, by electric scooter or by public transport - no problem...

We were happy to return to Factory Hotel after a year. It is on route for us travelling through Europe and a great place to stay. This time we couldn't park in the underground car park as we had a roof box and we were disappointed that we had to run around looking for a way to pay for parking to get out of the car park. We are returning again this week and hope that the situation will not be repeated

A wonderful hotel with interesting architecture, away from the mainstream. Extremely friendly and service-oriented staff. A good selection of dishes and despite of COVID-19 a good breakfast buffet. Very recommendable!

Perfect hotel in the middle of the city, the parking area is easy to access, friendly staff and good breakfast. The price to amenities ratio is excellent. Perfect for a few days in the middle of town.

Booked conference room for a training program. Walkable from Münster train station. Good facilities. The snacks provided was also excellent. Only improvement can be in the lunch. The rice provided was not cooked properly. Overall good experience.

The hotel covers most of the basics but does not have a safe for valuables and no bathtub. The rooms are quite small and little room for movement in the bathroom. It also lacks the modern Schick feel which I have become accustomed to in German hotel rooms. Friendly staff and breakfast and small bar area available.

Standard rooms are very small for a 4 star hotel, bathroom is a joke (like student accommodation). The bed was too hard for me and I could feel the springs in the bed. wonderfull building, good WIFI at the reception, sweet country side people: All in all this was an average experience. I really liked to sit in the entrance area on a huge couch to do my business on my Sony SGP 521 tablet. The country side ladies working there are sweet and innocent. The bar is not my cup of tea. Very decent hotel. We booked through a 'outlet' - bookingsite and got a fair discount. Rooms are a bit small, especially the bathrooms, but quite nice and tidy. We slept very well, with a great view on the park behind the hotel. Great breakfast

Clean , nice bedroom, not enough pillows if you don’t like the height. Generally everything was fine and clean . Location is full of people outside in front of main station so depending on why you are there , its ok and not really necessary safe outside area! I found a great deal directly from their website to get 3 nights for the price of 2. The room was clean and welcoming after a long day of walking around the city. The staff were friendly and had the patience for my poor German skills. They can speak English well if you would prefer to speak it.

The rooms are quite small, the bed was not that comfortable...I don't know, maybe only my room was like that. As it's centrally located the noise from the street can be heard with open windows. However the spa area is amazing and recommended!

The hotel is very nice, it even had a library! Which is a nice touch. The staff is friendly and hotel is clean. The noise level is not so bad. it does have air conditioning. Didn't have chance to use their spa or sport facilities. But would love to go back again.

Great service, great location, what more could you ask for....well maybe better free wifi. Wifi only free for first 24 hours and it's limited otherwise you have to pay for more and higher speeds. Otherwise, can't complain. Room service was my favorite part Soo yummy😋, best in house restaurant I've had.

Good hotel! We had booked a room with a kitchennete sadly this room was not available the first night of our stay. They decided to give us a higher class room for a lower price than our original room. This was a good solution! Very happy with our stay at Hotel Conti!

I was in the Hotel for 2 months during COVID19 time, due to a job stage, and I must say I was treated from everyone so nicely. Rooms were clean, very well lit, and there was no problem giving me an upgrade. Absolutely recommended.

The rooms are very big and everything was really clean. The furniture was very simple though and the beds and pillows were not comfortable. The buildings look more like a hospital than a hotel. Breakfast was the highlight of the stay, a lot of choice of different kinds of food.

Stayed for 2 nights .Mdern hotel which was't far from the train station . Staff very friendly and breakfast was great,if a bit pricey but it would set you up for the day.Would definitely stay again.

Comfy homey hotel in a quiet peaceful neighbourhood. It’s not right in the centre of town, so if that’s what you’re after, this hotel isn’t for you. Slightly out of town in a quiet residential neighborhood with spacious sparsely decorated rooms. Beer garden restaurant is very pleasant with friendly service.

Automatic vacuum cleaner made a lot of noice and beeping in the hallway in the morning, which was enough to wake me up. Staff was mostly very friendly, but one staff member was little rude. Stayed here for a night as a part of a large group. All as usually expected from Ibis. Had some issues with hair on bedsheets but the hotel replaced them rather quickly. The shower pressure is magnificent, but unfortunately the shower cannot drain it quickly enough. Breakfast is not huge but has everything you expect and need. No kettle in rooms is a huge minus for us

Very basic room. But for that price you would expect just a little more comfort. And there was an awful sewer smell every time we used the bathroom sink. Too bad the hotel doesn't have a parking place. So we had to park in the parking garage next to the hotel. That cost us 18euro for 24 hours. The breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly.

This hotel has comfortable beds, a good breakfast and clean rooms. Our room did get quite hot due to the lack of air conditioning. There was also a loud ventilation unit right outside our window.

A nice hotel close to the city center of munster. If you are up for it you can walk (around 30 minutes) or take the bus (make sure you have a card or coins with you). The staff is friendly and they employ people with a disability. The rooms are very clean and the bathrooms are spacious and comfortable. Enough parking space as well. Definitely a recommendation!

Nice and clean, has all the amenities you need. My only criticism is that each room has its own small boiler in the bathroom. Not a problem as such but if you don't turn it up to full and shower quickly you will run out of hot water. My partner and I could not shower at the same time because of this. Had to leave a break of at least half an hour to make sure the water was hot again for the next one...
