The hotel has great location and is very convenient, close to the city center and the lake. The room and food is very good as well. Unfortunately the staff at the reception was very unfriendly even rude. Both check in and check out were not very nice. At check out I found out that I have to pay city tax on top of the already paid price. The booking was made through the Accor All app and it was saying that the price is including all taxes and fees. I have tried to explain this but a lady named Malina even didn’t wanted to listen and acted really rude, talking to me from the office behind the reception. It was very disrespectful.

The best hotel to sleep over before the flight.
Be ready to pay for the parking in the garage. The parking outside is limited.

Manager at reception was very helpful and friendly. My room booking via booking.com was for a wrong date (my mistake) and he fixed it. Amazing and very much appreciated.

A 4 star hotel that feels more like a 3 star. No coffee machine in the room (only a cattle with instant coffee), undersized television, shower water temperature fluctuations, no drinking water in the gym.
Overall the hotel feels outdated. Room size and service are decent. Location is very good.

Stated here for 2 nights, booked separately. The rooms are very good (clean and well serviced). My only complaint was (in one room) the kettle leaked; not only inconvenient but also dangerous! The breakfast that i had was really good and very good value. There were many choices, omelette cooked to order, cakes, cereals, different milks (gluten / lactose), fruit, breads, cheeses and hot/cold drinks. All very good & actually not paeticukarly expensive. Thanks
