Location: Central and within walking distance of the train station.
All other characteristics are negative.
There was a single receptionist who was away most of the time. I was given a room on the 1st floor which seemed to have been closed for many weeks. The window and balcony were full of bird droppings (photo attached).
The bed linen was unkempt.
The wifi did not work and the connection was very weak. (screenshot attached).

Good hotel and pretty much what you can expect from a 3-star ibis.
Very friendly staff and clean room. Quite simple but ok for the night!

Very nice experience.
Modern rooms with small kitchen. Comfortable beds. Good air conditioning.
Very clean.
Automatic vacuum cleaner made a lot of noice and beeping in the hallway in the morning, which was enough to wake me up.
Staff was mostly very friendly, but one staff member was little rude. Maybe due to language barrier.

Stayed here for a night as a part of a large group. All as usually expected from Ibis.
Had some issues with hair on bedsheets but the hotel replaced them rather quickly.
The shower pressure is magnificent, but unfortunately the shower cannot drain it quickly enough.
Breakfast is not huge but has everything you expect and need.
No kettle in rooms is a huge minus for us

Very basic room. But for that price you would expect just a little more comfort. And there was an awful sewer smell every time we used the bathroom sink.
Too bad the hotel doesn't have a parking place. So we had to park in the parking garage next to the hotel. That cost us 18euro for 24 hours.
The breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly.

Amazing, super clean hotel very centrally located. The service and staff are super friendly and you can rely on high level Ibis standards. Highly recommend.

Vert Nice ans clean bathroom. Bed was also confortable. Btw, I had to turn off A/C because if its noise.

The room we stayed was clean but was small for two people. It is close to city center.

The room was fine, but I honestly hate hotels that lie about their wifi service. Their wifi doesn't reach anywhere but the lobby, and they knew it and didn't care. Our room was only on the first floor, but the wifi wouldn't even reach that far. It doesn't cost much to get a better router.

In response to the reply, we did notify the reception. They said there was nothing they could do about the signal. So 10 others in our group had to sit in the lobby to utilize wifi. It wasn't just our room. It was several other rooms that also wasn't able to connect to the wifi from the rooms. We appreciate the response, but the reception took no steps to fix the situation during our stay.
