It is a nice and tidy hotel for holiday, close to historical place. The new building has modern setting in the rooms. Deluxe room provide a separate mini sitting room. The facilities are also quite impressive, gym and bar etc.

My husband and I stayed at this Hyatt location during our honeymoon. The staff greeted us and were so kind. I appreciate that the staff spoke English to make our stay even more comfortable. The hotel is near the airport, as well as in walking distance of the Rewe, a few restaurants, and transport areas for your convenience. They had an issue with the room’s shower which they didn’t tell me about before hand. Instead of compensating me they tried to make me accountable for it. This is honestly Unacceptably by any standards let alone a brand such as Hyatt brand.

It's a simple hotel, but it was close to the Frankfurt Messe, which is exactly what I needed. The food for breakfast is decent, but when there are a lot of people it's a bit slow to get enough food out. They also only have one coffee machine, so there is always a line. Dinner is okay at their downstairs restaurant; nothing too fancy. They need more servers, though.

Although the Hotel itself is technically only rated two stars but when I was there, it gives me good access to public transport especially I was in a hurry, the wifi might not work that great but mobile data works well, the rooms overall are quite clean though.

Was extremely hot and sweating in my room along with my friend in the adjoining room. They have the air set by the outdoor temperature and it only turns on automatically. Just here for a quick stop before an early morning flight. The price is good, the facilities are good in the room for a budget hotel, the staff were really friendly. However the bed was not comfortable, our toilet was not clean and the conditioner bottle pump was broken. The room generally could do with being better maintained and better cleaning.

The most important thing about any hotel is can you sleep. The room is dark and quiet, so it does well there. However the bed is incredibly firm, if you like firm and hard mattresses you'll be very happy with this hotel. Nice place but misleading statements

Solid option for the business traveler, but honestly there are other, better priced and with bigger nicer rooms around the corner. Not the best motel One. Personal was very friendly. As I said not bad at all, but 3 minutes away by car is my usual favorite Hotel for FFM Airport. So just an option for me if the other ones are full.

Good hotel for business trips to the area. There is however no restaurant in the hotel and not much around!

All praises for location, ambience, prices, service quality.... It's a delight being here. Although for a vegetarian, food choices are quite limited. With first lovely impression and elating stay experience MotelOne has now become my first preference hotels chains to look for in next stay.
