I spend a night at the Sheraton Frankfurt Airport Hotel just to have the convenience that I won't have to rush myself in the morning for going to the airport. Nice, easy walk to/from Terminal 1. My only criticism is that some bathrooms still have "high wall" tubs, with no handholds. I am an older guy with balance issues and almost fell getting in and out. On my next stay, they provided me with a room having a safer, walkin shower. Breakfast is great, both in lounge and restaurant. Staff were great. Definitely, would stay again.

Perfect location! Easy access to many places to eat and the train station. On site, there's 3 places you can eat without even leaving the hotel. The rooms are clean and secure. Great location and grateful for the free shuttle. Check in was fairly quick although there was only one counter open when we got there. The room is on the smaller side but it's ok for one night. Air conditioner is not very efficient and it's quite warm and stuffy in the room although everything seems to be clean. I got booked into this hotel when my flight was canceled. The room was comfortable, the location is very good. Not walking distance to terminals but there is a shuttle 24/7 every 20 mins 00, 20 and 40s. The service and staff was in general good, but some were a bit slow. Proximity to the airport is perfect! On the other hand, I am disappointed that this 4-star hotel doesn’t offer shampoo/conditioner. As you can see in the attached picture, they only offer “hand and body wash” - usually it should be “Hair” and Body - making it more convenient. Our flight got delayed due to weather so we missed our connection in Frankfurt. Lufthansa put us and many others up in this nearby hotel. There was a bus load of us when we went I'm sure there was more! The staff was great at handling our situation and made sure we were all taken care of. Pretty decent hotel for layovers. Love that they give you two pillows one big one small so you can select which is best for you. Bed is also comfortable! PS breakfast ends at 10am so if you want food make sure to come before hand.

We loved the hotel. I can't get over the fact that you can set the water temperature in the shower and in the bathtub also! It was awesome! The view was amazing, we got room service and it was fast and delicious! The crew is super helpful, they even booked train tickets for us so I would give it more stars if I could!

Overall great hotel and the location is very convenient. We found the staff very cheerful and helpful. The breakfast was very tasty and had a pretty good selection. The last renovation was around 15 years ago and the rooms are starting to show some wear. Forgot my headset in the room. Mailed and called them, the day after received an e-mail that they found my headset. After paying for the delivery and pick-up via DHL, received it back carefully packaged. For the rest stayed there for 1 night. Very nice and clean rooms. Also good breakfast.

Came for a business trip and got the best cooperation I can ever ask . You can have business meetings in the conference zone with small and medium rooms and the team was so polite and help with all assistance that was needed . I will come here again both to stay and to have more business meetings .

Staff very courteous and polite. Rooms are good. Would have given four stars had it been on a better location. Grocery stores or DM'S are at least 20-30 min walk. Not a single convenience store nearby. Although its by riverside so one can have a nice walk.
