Amazing hotel for our short stay in Neu-Isenburg, visiting friend who lives nearby and then travelling further down Germany to see my Mum. Location is just perfect, it is not that far from the Frankfurt Airport - you can choose taxi or bus X19 and ticket costs only 4.15 euro per person - the bus stops opposite the hotel. The hotel is located close to Neu-Isenburg train station and it is a perfect place that fits our travelling needs. The room was clean and spacious, with good quality windows. The bed was extremely comfortable with a fabulous mattress to sleep on. The staff was attentive, professional, kind and friendly. They went one mile extra, assisting with our needs.

Hello hello, this hotel is a 10 minute uber or 30 minute bus away from Frankfurt Airport. It's located near a rewe and.. Not much else. The rooms are comfortable and have enough space. I would have liked a fridge or something but it's not important. The big issue I have with the Inn is the fact they charge 20 euros a day for a limited basic breakfast. And they gave my brother the Jason vorhees look when he ordered an egg. Nice hotel but don't get the breakfast. :)

This hotel has a bad cancelation policy. In our case we had to cancel our holidays because my step dad has passed away and we need to stay home to support my mom. We canceled our two rooms 4 weeks in advance (this stay was on the way back from our trip) and it wasn't possible to get a reasonable refund despite the circumstances (they charged 90%). For a hotel I think this is a ridiculous policy. Luckily we have good travel insurance so it doesn't matter for us, but if this were my hotel I would have a more customer friendly policy and/or I would have waived the cancelation fee because there is plenty of time to fill those rooms again. Strange way to make money, we will not be booking with this chain again.
Edit in response to the hotel: I understand that the cancelation policy affects the price but (1) I think that for a hotel the default policy should be way more lenient. You should be able to offer reasonable prices without requiring a 90% cancelation fee when canceling 4 (!) weeks in advance (2) I specifically asked for a waiver of the fee given the circumstances. We have travel insurance so it doesn't matter for us, but it would have been more gracious if you had granted it. All other places on Booking for which I requested this given our circumstances actually granted it. It's strange to act as though you "can't". Of course you can, it's a choice. Anyway, I have more important matters to attend to, I wish you good luck with your business.

Stayed here for the EURO 24.
Rooms were much nicer than expected, the staff is kind and welcoming and the beds were good.
A little far from the citer centre, and the bus doesn't go there directly. Also outside Electric scooter zones etc., so had to use Bolt/Uber to get back and forth.
Reception wasn't always manned, but info regarding door lock was provided.

A great place near the airport. The staff are friendly. Easy access to FRA and not overrun by the Neu-Isenburg tourists. ;-)

-----> The hotel was perfectly clean (and to be honest, l was not expecting the rooms to be this much clean).
-----> Smiley and supportive staff was super friendly (especially, Rasul - > Thank you so much for your support!)
-----> The hotel has also small bar and nice atmosphere to drink something, to eat sweet or cake (Prices are not high). If you don't like variety, you can quickly grab something from the market nearby.
Location might seem tricky since you need to:
- Walk 15-20 minutes from train station.
-If you came to the concert like me, walking 20-25 minutes to the mall and concert hall next to it.
- But, if you like walking and observing new city and the building and its architect, l am sure you will not feel how time passes (except if you have heavy luggage hahaha).
- Also, it is 2-3 minutes away from Rewe, DM and nice Lebanese restaurant.

Very bad. It's worst than an Oyo. The rooms r small. Toilets r terrible. And half of the stuff in the room r broken. Do not ever stay in this hotel.

Booked this hotel for the Beyoncé concert. Right near the venue/stadium, a 6 minute car ride. Across the street from a restaurant and grocery store. They have parking at the hotel which is a fee, but across the street was free. My room was quite spacious for just myself with a king size bed. The rooms are a little dated, but this isn’t a 5 star hotel. There is also no AC. The woman at reception made me a pizza at almost midnight, that alone is 5 star service.
