Great location and a nice breakfast to start the day. The staff were generally friendly and made us feel welcome. We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Good location and the room size good

Location of this hotel is very closed to many sightseeing spots such as the old town and the opera house.  Rooms in this hotel is very comfortable.  We were super tired from a long flight and we had a very nice sleep iand a nice staying at this hotel.

Professional and friendly staffs We arrived early at 10:30 and the staff were so kind to let us checked in early.

Other than the shower water pressure which is really low. Everything else was superb. Near shopping street & eateries. Will recommend.

Great Location, quite a busy place, and travelers should be aware that sometimes you can not check in earlier than the advertised times.

This isn't a current review. My company held a large event at this hotel in 1981 and I remember it was one of the best hotels I had ever stayed at. It's great to see that 40 years on it's still a special place. I really do need to return.

The moment i stepped foot inside the Hotel i knew i won’t regret my stay. Incredible nice staff, always we’re trying to find a solution instead of excuses. After sleeping in the bed with the amazing bedsheet i couldn’t go back to my normal bedsheets and had to buy high quality and high thread count bedsheets. Nice hotel, the location is 15 min drive from Frankfurt city center, it's nice and quite. The lobby has a cozy vibe to it. I Highly recommended it for quite place next to the city, having a private car is highly recommended to have as well.

We had a really bad stay at Kempinski Gravenbruch. Started already at the reception not finding our reservation till next day being ignored by the staff telling her about the issues we had. The Hotel management excused in writing for the behaviour and the issues we literally had. It is important to let the management know what they should be doing better so they can improve as well. I love this hotel. I've stayed several times over the years even while they were renovating. They are 2nd to none in my opinion. Mufasa (the doorman) was very friendly. A truly international venue with excellent dining options on-site. My favorite place for breakfast in the world.

Still feel good, choose it for the second time. But there is no kettle in the room, every time you want hot water, you have to go to the restaurant on the first floor, which is a bit uncomfortable

Hotel is perfect located and also the room was clean. Bed was good. Things they could make it a 5 star rating is to fix one of the car chargers that didn't work, fix the pancake machine in the restaurant and the card reader in the parking garage to enter the hotel. Low hanging fruit to make it 5 stars in my opinion.

Housekeeping is very poor. The front desk is good.

Me and my husband and two friends stay two rooms for three nights. Safe and S train close by . We will comeback next time Pancakes are delicious

good place, to explore the city

Right beside metro and tram station. They first gave us a room facing the staircase by the metro. What kind of view is that and felt unsafe! Then they changed to a higher floor but gave me accessible room normally meant for handicapped people. As a hilton honors member I was disappointed with that. Overall room size was big and breakfast was good.

The hotel is conveniently located, clean and hygienic, and the front desk service is good. They helped my son and I upgrade to a room with a sofa. The hotel is fully equipped, well-planned, with soft bedding, good lighting and ventilation, and the buffet breakfast is very rich and fresh! Super good, highly recommended!

It‘s a very cute and cozy hotel located not far from an S-Bahn station which makes it easy to travel to. And for the price you pay it’s totally worth it and we really enjoyed the breakfast they serve.

Our room was quiet most of the night although we had a few knocking sounds from main door. We suspected it was due to the air pressure built up from corridor as our room was near the end of corridor. The room carpet was tainted with stains but that didn’t affect us. Hotel was near to subway station and took less than 30mins from main train station.

The house is in the city center, close to Zeil Street, so it is very convenient to buy anything. There are Galeria, LV, Chanel, and two DM stores. In short, it is very convenient to buy anything. The breakfast is OK, just bread and sausage, which is easy to get tired of. The holiday is small, but relatively clean.

The staff was so lovely, and accommodating! Their kindness made me cry. 😊 The room was spacious and clean. Included breakfast, which was hearty and varied. It was ok for one night. To park our car in the hotel parking lot we had to pay an additional 8 euros. The reception didn't speak English, we got the key and didn't need anything else.

The receptionist is really nice. Even though they dont provide tea maker in the room, but you can ask the receptionist for hot tea.

We used this as a night stay while on a car journey. Easy hotel, the room was too cold, but other than that, exactly as expected. Parking is easy (5€), in the backyard of the hotel.

It’s a bit far from city but the rate is cheaper. It’s more a boarding house than hotel. Wi-Fi really bad. Train station needs 10mins walk. Can’t expect too much at this rate and location.

I had one night stay in this hotel. Situated perfectly for all the shops and Malls. The room I had was pretty basic but clean with lovely hot shower and comfortable bed. I will be returning to Frankfurt on a regular basis and will definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.

It is an older hotel, nothing fancy, but clean, functional and comfortable. The staff we encountered were awesome. They were friendly, accommodating and made me feel very welcome. Fair enough to receive 5star for the cost of the accommodation per night. Parking space around the hotel is not an issue during the night. The receptionist(Samira) is also approachable and friendly.

Decent little Hotel. Only downfall in the summer time, the outside seating area is in the courtyard which is surrounded by hotel rooms. Could be an issue for sleeping since Germans don't have air conditioners which means you open the windows. Rented their apartment and really liked it. Service is friendly and very helpful.

Overall is a good accommodation for the tourists. The staff is good and friendly. The room is satisfied for me and everything is normal. However, the WiFi in the room had weak connection.

The view was great, the room was spacious, and it was close to the city so I walked around. It was also nice to take a walk in front. I didn't apply for breakfast, but I couldn't find any stores that opened early in the morning nearby, so if you start your schedule early, you should apply for breakfast. There is also a luggage storage service. I paid the city tax when I checked out.

The room price online does not include breakfast, which needs to be paid extra. It is close to the Main River and has a river view. However, the room on the fifth floor is on the roof, with an angle, and the space is small. The bathroom has a smell, and it is generally average.

I am sorry I have not been inside the hotel but its reachable by walking from the railway station
