Excellent hotel, lovely clean spacious room. Rooms are well equipped and showers are lovely. Only one complaint which was the hotel air conditioning was turned off. When we questioned this, we were told the ambient outside air temperature was 22 degrees, so air con was not required? Otherwise a pleasant stay and would certainly return.

Forgot my headset in the room. Mailed and called them, the day after received an e-mail that they found my headset. After paying for the delivery and pick-up via DHL, received it back carefully packaged. For the rest stayed there for 1 night. Very nice and clean rooms. Also good breakfast.

Came for a business trip and got the best cooperation I can ever ask . You can have business meetings in the conference zone with small and medium rooms and the team was so polite and help with all assistance that was needed . I will come here again both to stay and to have more business meetings .

Staff very courteous and polite. Rooms are good. Would have given four stars had it been on a better location. Grocery stores or DM'S are at least 20-30 min walk. Not a single convenience store nearby. Although its by riverside so one can have a nice walk.

This isn't a current review. My company held a large event at this hotel in 1981 and I remember it was one of the best hotels I had ever stayed at. It's great to see that 40 years on it's still a special place. I really do need to return.

We had a really bad stay at Kempinski Gravenbruch. Started already at the reception not finding our reservation till next day being ignored by the staff telling her about the issues we had. We as a family here in this Hotel. The tram station is just opposite and we can reach Neustadt and Altstadt within 10 minutes. A bakery and pizza places are just opposite is this. The location and overall service was great. The breakfast service was good too. But the room was not the best honestly,the floors were dusty, it should have been cleaned. Also, since it was a dorm room, I would have preferred having numbered beds. The hotel is value for the money. The room was modern, spotless, with all the facilities, just absolutely perfect. The mattress was so comfortable that I had one of the best sleeps. The hotel was fine, but the room that I was in (103) had an external stairway about 3 feet away from the window that seemed to be a popular spot for people to hang out and drink. Kept the curtains closed the entire time, and the windows muted any sound, but still felt uneasy. Should have asked for a different room right away but didn't. Don't make the same mistake if you are assigned that room.

A little out of the way from downtown, but we enjoy walking and seeing the sights. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast buffet was good. The lights in the hallway are on motion sensors, which was a little freaky when you go to the gym in the basement and the elevator opens to pitch black. The gym was well appointed and clean.

I stayed here for a 2-night business trip. The rooms are spacious and sparkling clean and the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from the city center. The hotel is in a quiet residential part of town. A short walk from a U-Bahn station and a large shopping mall (Hessen-Center). If you're in town for one of the huge trade fairs this hotel is an excellent choice as it's on the same line --U4-- as Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof and Messe. I found the hotel staff warm and professional.

Good breakfast. Rooms are ok for the price. The walls are rather thin, so sometimes a noise could be annoying.

Simpel but fine hotel, helpfull staff and fine breakfast. Fine location, small parking space with room for 3-4 cars behind the hotel and street parking.

Similar price class as e.g. Moxy. For this price range a good hotel. I'd give it 4 stars based on the room, but the staff was so incredibly nice and helpful (every shift no matter if in the middle of the night, in the evening or in the morning) that I have to add a 5th star.

Great hotel, very nice design with very friendly staff. Comfortable beds with tons of pillows and clean bathroom. Wholeheartedly recommended!
