A very nice hotel on the outskirts of Frankfurt, the hotel is very pleasant (although it could use some detail work), bedrooms are very nice with a small safe (a laptop would not fit in there) in the room. Parking is free too.

Great hotel. I have stayed here on three different occasions and will stay here again next time I'm in Frankfurt. It's quick to get into town....if you don't mind a good 20 minute brisk walk you can be at the Konstabler Wache downtown in that time. The subway is 2 minutes away to get anywhere in Frankfurt. We stayed only one night here but had a great time overall. Our room had a great view. Nothing really luxurious, yet a good standard of room and facilities; minimalist but also really comfy. Very basic choices for breakfast, but the food was high quality. The people who work at this hotel clearly enjoy their job and care about the customers.

Since I brought my bicycle, the hotel let me park my bicycle in a safe place. I had a good breakfast too. Cheap place and rooms were clean but it was a party place in front of it and in neighbourhood with people being noisy til 5 am....could hardly sleep. Many young adults....for a party in town. The staff tried to.keep it quiet but only works a bit. Staff super friendly.

Enjoyed my stay n will recommend this place for budget accommodation. It would have been better if there was a ceiling fan in the room. The bed was comfortable and room was clean. Very convenient location in Frankfurt. I also enjoyed the ground coffee at the lounge.

Excellent location close to U- and S-Bahn and 10 minutes walk from main shopping street Zeil. However it is cheap hotel and only for travellers with limited budget. For two stars conditions are very good. Clean and quiet. Take rooms for 2 only not single rooms.

A good hotel but a little expensive and no WiFi and breakfast included, you must pay for WiFi 4€ per night and 8€ for the breakfast. but I found out thier is offer when you take more days with WIFI it'll be cheaper for ex: when you take 5 days with WIFI it'll be the price 10€ it's fair.

Travelling as air crew I really appreciated this hotel's concept and design. Rooms are huge, comfortable and silent. I think I've never seen in my life such a smart continuity solution between the bedroom and the bathroom zone. The staff is really courteous and helpful. I would like to thanks Ismael, the night audit. I had missed the dinner time and went down to the lobby to buy a sandwich around 1 am. My international bank card was declined and I tried to call them back home but I was unsuccessful and Ismael found a solution to charge my card. He would not let me go hungry. The hotel is well located, well organized. Excellent bed and very spacious room. The shower has little water flow. The spa and pool area have good structure and are clean, but the pool water is quite cold. It could be a little warmer. The service provided by the staff in all areas of the hotel is excellent!!!

As we traveled with family we took 2-room hotel room. Room was modern, spacious, bright and clean. We arrived before check-in time and were invited to take a late breakfast, then we left luggage and went for a walk. Thank you to the employee who came to my room, said "Wow! It really is too warm," and took me to vacant rooms until we found one where the air conditioning worked. Two stars off because I had to change rooms at midnight, when I realized the room would never cool down and it was too loud to sleep with the window open. Unfortunately, I doubt they did anything to fix this and prevent it from happening...

This isn't a current review. My company held a large event at this hotel in 1981 and I remember it was one of the best hotels I had ever stayed at. It's great to see that 40 years on it's still a special place. I really do need to return.

The moment i stepped foot inside the Hotel i knew i won’t regret my stay. Incredible nice staff, always we’re trying to find a solution instead of excuses. After sleeping in the bed with the amazing bedsheet i couldn’t go back to my normal bedsheets and had to buy high quality and high thread count bedsheets. Nice hotel, the location is 15 min drive from Frankfurt city center, it's nice and quite. The lobby has a cozy vibe to it. I Highly recommended it for quite place next to the city, having a private car is highly recommended to have as well.

We had a really bad stay at Kempinski Gravenbruch. Started already at the reception not finding our reservation till next day being ignored by the staff telling her about the issues we had. The Hotel management excused in writing for the behaviour and the issues we literally had. It is important to let the management know what they should be doing better so they can improve as well. I love this hotel. I've stayed several times over the years even while they were renovating. They are 2nd to none in my opinion. Mufasa (the doorman) was very friendly. A truly international venue with excellent dining options on-site. My favorite place for breakfast in the world.

Regular hotel, nothing out of the ordinary. Rooms do not always have airco, but got a fan as compensation. Colleague's room however was not cleaned properly as the shower had hairs in the drain.

Hotel Avani is wonderful! The decor was modern and elegant, creating a sophisticated and welcoming atmosphere. The rooms were beautiful and impeccably clean, providing great comfort. Nice and clean hotel. Hotel Wifi is weak (about 7MB) which is definitely not good. Enough for emails I guess. Room entertainment system not what you would expect. Came for a business trip and got the best cooperation I can ever ask . You can have business meetings in the conference zone with small and medium rooms and the team was so polite and help with all assistance that was needed . I will come here again both to stay and to have more business meetings .

Staff very courteous and polite. Rooms are good. Would have given four stars had it been on a better location. Grocery stores or DM'S are at least 20-30 min walk. Not a single convenience store nearby. Although its by riverside so one can have a nice walk.

It's one of the best Sheraton i have been to so far. The staff are amazing, the room was very nice, and the breakfast is perfect. However, the fitness centre was a disappointment to me. it's too small and not too many equipment, wifi was not connecting on both fitness centre and the room.

We stayed at this relatively new hotel for 4 nights after landing at FRA and 4 nights prior to departing from FRA during a recent long vacation in Germany. Nice place, though calling it 4 star as claimed would be a bit of stretch. Breakfast was just Ok though with very slow replenish. And the gentleman hardly cared. Lady at reception (I think named Mayra, if i can recall correctly) was really prompt, helpful and understanding.

Hotel was clean, all amenities you'd expect. A good alternative to staying in pricier hotels in Frankfurt. Room size was a tad on the small size. No a/c (unless I just didn't find the thermostat), but then this is possibly normal for Germany, and it didn't pose a problem as the weather was pleasant during our visit.
