Double check before u book cause there is an ongoing major construction happening right in front of the hotel ! only a very few + more costly rooms are facing the opposite side
You won't hear any birds singing but lots of noise, dust and it's spring but good luck enjoying the outdoor terrace ! > Guests should be warned & offered a room not facing this situation - After 2 nights and only after insisting cause we had more of us arriving we were offered a better room. The food, spa & most of the service-team is excellent but all the rest was a real frustrating overall experience.

5-Star class of its own. Amazing staff hospitality, beautiful nature scenery, and luxurious lodging. Grateful to so many kind, generous staff who made our healing getaway unforgettable.

Best and cutest staff ever!! I was there with some friends for a wellness-getaway weekend and we were all in awe of this place, and the staff made all of it happen! No request too high or complicated. (We had one vegetarian and a no-gluten vegan.)

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel for 2 nights in spring. A great environment to relax. First of all, the air in Oberstaufen is extremely refreshing and smells nice. Although the room we stayed in was standard, it was very spacious and consisted of a bedroom, a living room and two bathrooms. The bed was extremely comfortable and clean. Both rooms had large screen TVs. Also the sofa in the living room was so comfortable you almost didn't want to get up. The hotel offers delicious and varied breakfast and dinner. Additionally, hotel's gym, pool and spa services were top class. We had a good time with the pool and the nearby hiking activities. All the staff, especially manager, were extremely attentive, they showed interest like a family business. Thank you for that. I would like to stay again and recommend it to everyone.

Hotel except gewöhlichem charm. Very nice Wellness area with a wide range. Although there was for every guest, almost the same offer (food and stay) and had never the feeling of mass processing. From the staff we were taken care of at any time friendly and very nice. One or the other mistake you forgave. From the food, we were especially impressed. Breakfast buffet was very plentiful and varied. Tea Time was next to the pastries, including a tasty soup to strengthen. Dinner (5 and 7 course menu) was very affectionate and was a daily highlight for the eyes and the palate. Very worth mentioning is also the very cheap drinks prices.

Very friendly and courteous staff. Good Food. Beautiful Room. The Wellness area is sufficient for 1-2 days. After that, probably too small. Spa staff friendly but a bit chaotic. All in all, a nice place for a short holiday.

Very friendly staff. The boss asked every day if everything fits. Super good kitchen. Nice rooms, with everything needed. Small problems were immediately solved. The Wellness area could be bigger, too few Loungers in the relaxation area. Environment invites to Hiking.
