This place really deserves the title 'resort'. Excellent accomodations, spa, sauna etc. The restaurant serves excellent Italian food. Breakfast served here leaves you completely satisfied! Couldn't have wished for more.

Beautiful appartments, nice staff very quiet. The restaurant Di Cicco nice staff and great food.

The amenities(pool, large whirlpool that kids can play in, large sauna, tennis courts, billiards table, small playground, 2 rectangular trampolines, small fitness room) were great

The chocolate croissants were fantastic!!! The Italian restaurant attached to the hotel has authentic Italian cuisine that is very delicious. The area that this hotel is situated is absolutely beautiful

The apartment was satisfactorily aligned. The service at the front Desk was very friendly and helpful. The swimming pool and the Sauna are a dream. Unfortunately, the steam sauna was currently out-of-service

I stayed here for 2 nights in September and had an exceptional experience - the hotel feels luxurious immediately, with exceptional facilities including the pool, spa and gym area which is perhaps the nicest I have used anywhere

Finally the food is great - the breakfast was delicious with high quality local produce and the evening menu provides excellent fine dining options. Can't wait to stay here again, thanks to all the Allgau Sonne team!

A beautiful retreat nestled in the green hills of Austrian Alps with breathtaking views, cozy amenities, a great restaurant, a bar and a lounge with nightly entertainment. Very lovely breakfast experience.

I had a wonderful stay in Hotel Allgäu Sonne. My room was excellent and had everything which you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Staff and service were first class. I highly recommend it.

Elsewhere my room was very pleasant with a unmatched view of the nearby mountains thanks to the location perched just above the town - it is an incredibly picturesque location

The staff were also super helpful and friendy, helping to arrange a mountain biking excursion which was wonderful

The only downside this time was that our room faced the church, and the bells were very loud, ringing every hour. — Also late night and early in the morning. Unfortunately, this did disturb our sleep quite a bit

That said, we still truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend the hotel. For light sleepers, it might be worth requesting a room that does not face the church

The service was warm and attentive, the breakfast was EXZELLENT, and the atmosphere of the hotel is so charming and inviting

The Bayerish Hof hotel itself is great - we really enjoyed the cosy Alpine type rooms, the fantastic breakfast buffet (extremely high quality fresh local produce) and a great spa area (pool/steam/sauna)

Wow, outstanding customer service! During our work vacation in Oberstaufen we faced the issue that wifi as well as Telekom network were not suitable for video conferences in the b&b we stayed in

It is very simple but has a special atmosphere. The staff was always very friendly and attentive. The wellness center is very nice and big. The rooms were very clean and big enough

Out of those, Königshof invited us to use their space and wifi and supported us however possible. The staff was so great, friendly and supportive, we could not believe our luck

We would have had to go home if working is impossible. Luckily the tourist office gave us the hint to contact a few business hotels with conferencing facilities

And this in times, where hotels have enough challenges on their own table. Thank you very much for your support and helping us enjoy a few days in Oberstaufen!

4 star hotel in good condition. Room without renovation, cork. Wellness center is clean and tidy. Basement and kitchen offer good service and choice.

The food was good,and very well presented. breakfast service was not a problem. breakfast buffet was very good. The wellness area ,a lovely pool inside with separate whirlpool. the outside pool nice and warm

One negative point to mention: there is no coffee or tea maker in the room

We have just had 4 nights at this hotel. restaurant close because of few guests. we were shown to a table facing the bar,and open kitchen door!! this was closed after a while,but constantly opening and closing

We had a good stay at this hotel, which is located facing a beautifully designed and well-maintained park. The setting is peaceful and charming, with the sound of cow bells adding to the authentic atmosphere

This area in my opinion is ok for a lunchtime snack,but unacceptable for dinner in a 4* Hotel. the lady dealt with my complaint at once. the next day we had a table in a side room,off the bar

The boss asked every day if everything fits. Nice rooms, with everything needed. Small problems were immediately solved. The Wellness area could be bigger, too few Loungers in the relaxation area

Also the sofa in the living room was so comfortable you almost didn't want to get up. The hotel offers delicious and varied breakfast and dinner. Additionally, hotel's gym, pool and spa services were top class

Although the room we stayed in was standard, it was very spacious and consisted of a bedroom, a living room and two bathrooms. The bed was extremely comfortable and clean. Both rooms had large screen TVs

The staff went above our expectations even if we regretfully dont speak German. From check -in, to sharing information about the area sights and in-house activities. Just get acquainted with German spa etiquette first

What hit us right away, was the amazing views from the bar. Big panoramic windows gäbe us a great view of the 20 meter long panoramic pool and the surrounding mountains

The Wellness facilities were great as well, a decent choice of saunas, the highlight being the two panoramic saunas with views over the valley and mountains. From a culinary perspective, it left little to be desired

We could even see our ski slope, the tickets for which are included in the price. The room was stunning, very comfortable with amazing views. We could see the sun rise above the mountains while lying in bed

The Hotel is very nice, the full service very nice and accommodating. It's all there, indoor swimming pool, a Spa tub, a Sauna, and infrared. The rooms are beautifully furnished with a balcony

The location of the hotel is very quiet, the meadow behind the house offers opportunities to relax. Nevertheless, you can walk to town in 10 minutes. The wellness area is nicely laid out and very well maintained

Nice, small hotel in Oberstaufen, price/performance ratio very good, good location on the outskirts, everything can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. Sauna area completely renovated, not huge, but adequate

The two of them spent two wonderful nights and days here with a prize voucher. Although they had everything "free" and did not have to pay anything, they were treated excellently

For health reasons, we were unable to take our prize draw. A transfer to my daughter and her boyfriend was a matter of course for the hotel, which surprised me very positively

We spent 2 nights here on the occasion of our bike tour through the Allgäu. I have never experienced such a quiet hotel, I was able to sleep through the whole night with the window open and the fresh Allgäu air!

Monday to Sunday: seven outstanding days in a Hotel, which had provided three generations (29, 60 and 85) everything: warm welcome, beautiful clean room, delicious buffet Breakfast and a superb evening menu

Went there a lot, there was great service, food, drinks and atmosphere everytime I went there 10/10 would recommend

We booked for a longer weekend at the Hotel Diana and were very satisfied with the services from A (arrival) - Z (room)! In addition there are the very friendly contacts with the owner family, as well as the really great and extensive breakfast! The whole thing is rounded off by a very central yet quiet location

The hotel offers a lot of services like a Spa, a swimming pool and outdoor activities (like yoga and alime) and everything seems well maintained and clean

I spent two night at Hotel Johanneshof in October. It's a family run hotel and all the employees there are very kind and friendly. It's located very close to the center of the village, nearly 15 minutes walking

The breakfast is well supplied with salty food (like ham and eggs) and sweet snacks (croassant and muffins), nice to note that everything is served in a veranda with a nice view on the countryside

The Hotel has very nice rooms, with great views and is located directly on the Golf course. The house maintains the attention to Detail and the guest may be a guest.

The room i slept in was licated on the second floor and it was very well furnished, with a comfortable double bad, wooden floor and modern furnitures

Every single part of the room, as well as the bathroom, has been recently renovated with a sort of modern-alpine-style

The Oberstaufen Pass provided lift-tickets for the ski areas nearby as well as other benefits which we could not utilize, all at no additional charge! The fresh spring water provided both in our room and in the lobby area was a very nice touch, too

We "found" this wonderful family-run hotel online and what a pleasant surprise upon arrival! It is definitely off the beaten-path, which ensures the quiet location and peaceful atmosphere with mountain views

We had the "feel-well" package with breakfast, dinner and afternoon cake&coffee. Dinner is excellent, you can tell that the chef (dad of the family) is putting his heart into it

The nicest,professional people, with a wonderful kitchen, spa and unbelievable comfortable rooms. The Kirchmanns are the nicest and sweetest people you will ever meet

The mom, running everything else, takes excellent care of the guests. The grandma makes amazing cakes for tea-time. Rooms are cute and well maintained

The best steak that you can eat in the whole Allgäu area. 5 star gurme restaurant at normal prices! Must try for sure!

But well, we didn't go there to watch TV but to explore the great surrounding. It is just a 10 minutes’ walk to the centre with all the pubs and restaurants. However, also Hubertushof's restaurant is highly recommended

What a wonderful hotel with very personal and lovely service! We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed every second. It was my boyfriend's birthday and he received a few lovely surprises

I haven't had such tender and tasty meat for a long time. Additionally I must mention the spa. It is quite a small hotel but has such a spacious and beautiful spa area

Sauna, Jacuzzi and the whole spa area is beautiful and clean. Both times we were alone at the spa and enjoyed the peacefulness. Really a beautiful, special hotel!

Gepflegte Unterkunft für Urlauber, die nicht direkt in Oberstaufen wohnen wollen, sondern nahe an der schönen Allgäuer Bergwelt!

And then I would like to add that I have never seen such a sparkling toilet in a swimming pool area as this one. 👍 may sound strange, but I just noticed that. Keep it up and maybe we'll come back again

The indoor pool as well as the sauna with relaxation room and the gymnastics program rounded off our vacation days. All in all, very recommendable and an all-round great vacation

We recently spent a few days in the Allgäu in the Kur und Aktivhotel. Nice staff, we had nothing to complain about. Thanks to the cleaning staff who put a smile on our faces for one day with their little hearts

The 'crew', from the Receptionist about the Service (always well maintained in beautiful dirndls), the therapists, the cooks, to the always cheerful and plaster lively room girls is just great

The Schrothkur is the perfect 'served', and tourists and travellers feel at home here, always well looked after and very comfortable. Most of the guests are repeat offenders
