We have just had 4 nights at this hotel. Very friendly check in. Welcome Apero. we had a very nice room .Traditional. comfortable bed soft pillows. modern shower. view of park. We went for dinner. restaurant close because of few guests.we were shown to a table facing the bar,and open kitchen door!! this was closed after a while,but constantly opening and closing. This area in my opinion is ok for a lunchtime snack,but unacceptable for dinner in a 4* Hotel. I complained at reception. the lady dealt with my complaint at once. the next day we had a table in a side room,off the bar. The food was good,and very well presented. breakfast service was not a problem.,as you served yourselves. breakfast buffet was very good. The wellness area ,a lovely pool inside with separate whirlpool. Loungers good ,but only 6??. not enough. the outside pool nice and warm. We enjoyed our stay,and would recommend this hotel

We had a great stay! The view from our room was beautiful, the rooms were clean, and my kids loved the pools. The breakfast was good too.

We had a good stay at this hotel, which is located facing a beautifully designed and well-maintained park. The setting is peaceful and charming, with the sound of cow bells adding to the authentic atmosphere. Our room was quite nice and comfortable, though the bathroom was extremely small. That said, everything was clean and functional. We had the half-board option, and both breakfast and dinner were very enjoyable. Breakfast offered a generous selection with plenty of variety to suit different tastes. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming, which really added to the overall positive experience. A great choice for a relaxing stay in a picturesque environment!

We booked this hotel months ago as part of a special family trip. Just two weeks before our stay, we received a message saying the reservation would no longer be honored because the hotel is leaving the Hyatt brand. No help, no apology, no offer to rebook us—just a suggestion to call the hotel and pay the new (and much higher) rate ourselves.
This isn’t just inconvenient—it’s a total failure in basic hospitality. Plans were made, flights were booked, and suddenly we’re left scrambling to rearrange everything.
We expected better from both Hyatt and this property. Travelers deserve better, too. Be careful booking here—confirmed doesn’t seem to mean guaranteed.

I I had a reservation at Lindner Hotel Oberstaufen booked months in advance. Just two weeks before my stay, they canceled it!

Rooms are dated. No AC makes this a complete oven at night - next to impossible to get a good night sleep.
When you leave all windows and balcony open, there’s people having loud chats until ~11pm. When you call the reception, they tell you it’s past 10pm and there should be no noise, but there’s nothing they can do about it. If so I wonder if I should shout at those guests myself or call police 🤷♂️
The food was mediocre. Selection of cocktails very little.
Some staff were nice, others below average.
Good location, breathtaking surroundings.
Definitely not coming back in summer until proper AC is installed - it’s true hell at night!
Overall I felt disappointed as neither the quality of the property nor the offered services are of usual Hyatt standards.

The hotel is in a quiet part of town adjacent to a beautiful park. We had a balcony room and the balcony was one of the biggest we have ever had with a view to the park and hills beyond. The staff was great and made some fantastic dinner recommendations. It was nice having access to the pool and sauna directly from the elevator without having to go through the lobby. Breakfast had a great selection. Would love to return for a longer visit!

Had a very nice holiday here! Clean rooms, good food and a generous breakfast buffet. Very friendly staff. The pool and spa were almost empty when we visited, just great. Even in times of Corona you can feel safe as there is a reliable hygiene concept. Looking forward to my next visit

This is a very nice hotel in a typical rural style. The room was very clean and spacious, although the bathroom was quite small. The spa area was big enough and very clean. Special mention should be made of the kitchen with a very good choice of dishes of excellent quality. Likewise, all the hotel staff were very friendly and polite. You felt really GOOD !!! Due to the coronavirus, the hotel followed the appropriate rules, sufficient disinfectants, safe distance at the tables, mask requirements, sufficient gloves were available during the breakfast buffet, tables were cleaned according to the rules ... Here too you felt SAFE and GOOD !!!! The hotel is highly recommended and we will be happy to come back !
