This place really deserves the title 'resort'. Excellent accomodations, spa, sauna etc. The restaurant serves excellent Italian food. Breakfast served here leaves you completely satisfied! Couldn't have wished for more.

Rooms are dated. No AC makes this a complete oven at night - next to impossible to get a good night sleep. When you leave all windows and balcony open, there’s people having loud chats until ~11pm. The 11-day Schroth cure at the Kronenhof were just super nice again. I'm already looking forward to my next Schroth cure in 2022 in the Kronenhof. I think it's a shame that the "Oberstaufen Plus Card" is no longer available.

Great hotel that was able to combine tradition and modernity in a good balance. The staff is incredibly nice and accommodating. The location of the hotel is very quiet, the meadow behind the house offers opportunities to relax. Nevertheless, you can walk to town in 10 minutes. The Hotel is very nice, the full service very nice and accommodating. It's all there, indoor swimming pool, a Spa tub, a Sauna, and infrared. The rooms are beautifully furnished with a balcony. The TV could be bigger. Breakfast was very good. I also had a cosmetic treatment, which I really liked. From the Hotel it is baptized a short walk to the centre of the top. I'll definitely be back !

The friendliness, competence and support of all employees deserve the greatest appreciation. We felt very comfortable from the first minute. The cuisine is excellent and the location is close to the center and yet very quiet. If we come back to Oberstaufen, the Concordia will be our first choice!

A basically nice hotel with a nice smaller wellness area. As a young couple, we consciously chose this hotel instead of the large wellness bunkers and were not disappointed. The food was very good and we were treated kindly. Gladly again.

This place has arguably the best Chef in this part of Germany. I stayed for 4 nights with all inclusive. Not a single dish was below par. I am coming here again just for the food and the Spa treatments.

We spent 2 nights here on the occasion of our bike tour through the Allgäu. Nice, sociable owner. I have never experienced such a quiet hotel, I was able to sleep through the whole night with the window open and the fresh Allgäu air!

I spent two night at Hotel Johanneshof in October. It's a family run hotel and all the employees there are very kind and friendly. It's located very close to the center of the village, nearly 15 minutes walking. The good thing is that a sidewalk connects the hotel to the center, so you don't have to walk on busy roads. Excellent family run hotel. We had the "feel-well" package with breakfast, dinner and afternoon cake&coffee. Dinner is excellent, you can tell that the chef (dad of the family) is putting his heart into it. The mom, running everything else, takes excellent care of the guests. The grandma makes amazing cakes for tea-time. Rooms are cute and well maintained.

This is the cutest hotel and nicest staff I have experienced in Germany, the food is especially yummy and the owners of the hotel are the greatest. Everything inside the hotel was perfect and they also made great suggestions of what to visit outside.

Service was nice but could have been more responsive but that's on parr for the area. I had the Maultaschen and it just came with two which seems too small of a portion size. Now I've had a lot of the pre-made frozen Maultaschen, and supposedly these were homemade, but I couldn't see or taste the difference. Other than that it was a typical experience.
