Fantastic stay at the Bayerische Hof! My family and I have stayed at this hotel twice now (once in summer and once in winter) and had a wonderful time on both occasions
The hotel is set in the village of Oberstaufen, which is situated in an extremely picturesque valley. The small town of oberstaufen is a pretty place with a good selection of restaurants and a direct train to Munich/Zurich.
The Bayerish Hof hotel itself is great - we really enjoyed the cosy Alpine type rooms, the fantastic breakfast buffet (extremely high quality fresh local produce) and a great spa area (pool/steam/sauna). Also the hotel feels much less touristy than many hotels across region, a really nice authentic feel to it.
In the summer we enjoyed the wonderful hiking in the area (and toboggan run), while in the winter there are a number of smaller ski resorts all within 30 minutes of the hotel.
This hotel is hugely recommend as a base to explore the region, we’ll be back!

Depend who had a shift not all were hospitable and kind.
Breakfasts were good, i am littlebit challenging in scrambled eggs, I ate better. Overall good food with a lot cheese variants

Awesome hotel! Staff was always nice, rooms were perfect. Never heard our neighbors, beds were freakin comfy.
The gym facilities were very good, just as the wellness area - pool, hot tub and sauna. Brilliant for relaxing after a long hiking day. By the way hiking... easy access to a wide variety of hiking trails. Good location in the heart of the city. Everything's nearby. Will come again.

Nature at its best combined with a hotel that fits right in. Great rooms, gorgeous views, fabulous food, a wellness center that feels like an oasis and all this crowned with amazing staff. Worth it every time!

Very pleasant stay! We wanted to have a relaxing weekend with wellness and good food, and it was a perfect choice. Staff is very friendly, both breakfast buffet and dinner were excellent. Great pool and sauna. Mountain view. Highly recommended!

The hotel has AMAZING view. The stuff is friendly and the facilities are great. Awesome pool,Jacuzzi bath and good sauna. The rooms are not super clean-could work a bit more on it, and parking costs money but its not a problem to find parking place around. Good place to relax and chill after a long ski day or even just come specially to enjoy relaxing vecation.
