We recently spent a few days in the Allgäu in the Kur und Aktivhotel. We really liked it. Nice staff, we had nothing to complain about. Thanks to the cleaning staff who put a smile on our faces for one day with their little hearts. And then I would like to add that I have never seen such a sparkling toilet in a swimming pool area as this one. 👍 may sound strange, but I just noticed that. Keep it up...

Here I was able to enjoy a wonderful stay: cleanliness, great service, good implementation of hygiene measures so that you could feel safe, an excellent small wellness area - it was a great fit for me here! A big thank you to the team !!

Lovingly furnished and clean hotel with nice hosts and friendly staff. The breakfast buffet is delicious and the rooms are cozy and tastefully decorated. The indoor pool as well as the sauna with relaxation room and the gymnastics program rounded off our vacation days. All in all, very recommendable and an all-round great vacation.

We had a very good room with a pleasant balcony and a great view. We also had a very good dinner and breakfast - the beet gnocchi in particular was exceptional! The reason for a 4 rather than a 5 rating is that there is no air conditioning or fan. The room was very hot and at this price point at least a fan should be made available.

This hotel blew me away. The view from my hotel room was something else ( Room 44 ) When the guy opened the door, I thought I'd been put in the King's suite. The room was exceptional, this only cost £53 a night to stay in including breakfast. This is the reason I'd sooner take my motorcycle to Germany, rather than book a hotel in the UK. A perfect hotel for a few days to relax. Unbeatable view and great location. Great to go on great hikes from the hotel. Before the hike, you can fortify yourself with a phenomenal breakfast. The staff are super nice and helpful. The sauna was turned on especially for me, a great way to end the day. It was definitely not my last stay here ❤️

I must admit I was very disappointed with this H+ Hotel. H+ Hotels are usually much better than this and I hope this H+ Hotel is the exception. Very comfortable rooms, enough space, even work was possible. The internet is not the fastest and is not available in some places. The breakfast was plentiful and very great and friendly staff. The hotel is also child-friendly, and there is a garage for bicycles and trailers. You can walk to town in a few minutes and drive immediately. Many Thanks!:)

Very friendly little hotel located right in the center. We would particularly like to mention the friendliness of the staff including the housekeeping. We felt so comfortable that we didn't want to leave. The room was very original with a bathtub and a balcony.

This country inn is committed to cooking with fresh herbs. The service is quick and friendly. The dishes are of good quality and reasonably priced. The horseradish sauce from boiled beef could have tasted a little more intense. We would come again.

This is a traditional gasthof in a nice village surrounded by gentle and beautiful coyntrside. It is obvious that emphasis is placed on the michelin starred restaurant, disregarding the hotel part. Simple details like the fact that there was no soap in the bathroom other than a few free samples (sachets, not even small bottles), or that a socket was broken.

We were greeted by name on arrival and made to feel welcome. Our room had been upgraded to a new (3 week old) deluxe room which was superb with beautiful modern decor with a country theme. Warm, cozy place, great even to spend a weekend at the property with family

The apartments are simply beautiful! Spacious, luxurious, and furnished to a very high standard. The breakfast buffet is absolutely delicious, and the reception staff is simply lovely. The wellness area on the ground floor is very inviting with its two saunas; we also enjoyed two massages with a wonderful therapist. We felt very comfortable and will recommend this hotel to our friends.

Our stay at the Hochgrat from May 16 to 23, 2025, was fantastic. We stayed in the "Bärengrube" with five people and the Classic Chalet "Hohenegg" with two people. The friendly, attentive staff, the delicious breakfast, the cleanliness, and the location are what made this hotel stand out for us. It was an all-around fantastic, pleasant, and eventful vacation. We will definitely be back.

It was a wonderful stay in the Hochgrat and in the chalet. The breakfast was prepared with so much love every morning and you could taste it. The chalet in the mountain was clean, modern and was very well equipped. I didn't miss anything. I'd love to come back.

Amazing hotel with wonderful views, friendly staff, and luxurious rooms. The kitchen in our room was well equiped, the fireplace had plenty of wood, and we were given local cards which granted us access to free use of ski lifts, ice skating, and the town pool. We had no negatives from our stay and hope to visit again in the future. The restaurant on site is definitely worth a visit too!

My two boys and I felt very comfortable in the Starennest. We all liked the warm, familiar and child-friendly atmosphere and it was good for us. The physical well-being was not neglected either! My boys definitely want to go back! Thank you for the nice weekend!

Super great family hotel, ideal for smaller children. Breakfast had a great selection and with half board the 4-course dinner was always very tasty. Service from every employee always friendly and cordial. However, I deduct 1 star because there was no trash can in the entire courtyard and garden area and because I found the drink prices "moderately expensive". But otherwise great hotel. All in all not bad. General premises (dining room, swimming pool) were clean, which cannot be said of our room. We personally missed a small fridge in the room or an attractive bar where you could spend an hour comfortably in the evening. My stay in Hotel Bavaria was my first time in Oberstaufen. The staff was really friendly and gave me some helpful suggestions for sightseeing. The hotel room was clean and modern with enough space. The wellness facilities were up to date, and the food was really good. I will definitely come back one day!

Oberstaufen is worth a visit. Everything at the Kräuteralm is excellent, from the owner to the staff. We've never felt as comfortable as we did here and have already booked again for next year. Rosi and Wolfgang

It was very nice at the Kräuter Alm; the various salt and herb blends are also a delight to enjoy at home. The iced tea served, freshly brewed by the chef, was a delicacy.

My room was great. The breakfast was delicious and the owner was a fantastic guy, always had a joke and was very friendly. I felt very comfortable.

As always, our stay at the Kräuteralm in Oberstaufen was wonderful. The owner, Hans-Jürgen, and his team are simply fantastic and dedicated to the well-being of their guests. A chef who looks after his guests with love. We'd be happy to return again and hopefully soon.

Very nice and spacious holiday apartment. Very well equipped and modern. Very tasty breakfast buffet with the perfect breakfast eggs. Very very friendly service. Dinner in the own restaurant looks delicious. Price performance absolutely ok. We felt very comfortable there. We used the Oberstaufen Card, which was part of the booking, and it is a factor that should not be underestimated.

The friendly owners give all sorts of tips! The apartment is very clean and has a north and a south-facing balcony. The kitchen is down-to-earth, good and tasty.

We have been eating here as a family for several years now. You are always served in a friendly and attentive manner. I would like to rate the price/performance ratio and the warmth of the innkeepers with 6 stars, unfortunately this is not possible here.

Very idyllically situated restaurant/hotel. The service is very friendly and courteous. Children are always welcome, and they are kept in a good mood with the help of gummy bears or smarties.
