I stayed here for a week and would stay here again. The service facilities are good, the price is right, and the lobby is especially suitable for business meetings and receptions.

My experience at The Residences Boardinghouse in Offenbach has been excellent. The apartments are kept as new, fresh and very clean. They are also well furnished and every detail is taken into account. In addition, the staff is extremely kind, service-oriented and efficient. The area has easy access to public transportation and is served by various supermarkets. I certainly recommend it.

The room I booked at The Residences was very clean and modern. I really felt at home. The staff was very accommodating and all my extra requests were met. Prices are extremely good for what you get at The Residences. We were also in the city center of Frankfurt in just under 13 minutes, which is very well located and close by.

The room was good, the location was great, but I was there in the height of summer, and there was no air conditioning, which was a bit unpleasant in the hot weather. There was a fan, but it was a bit too loud, so I slept with earplugs. But overall, the room was clean and had everything you need.

A really great, cute hotel in a central location. It was clean and comfortable. Be warned that the bar across the street is open until 5 AM.

All the staff were really kind and it was a very nice stay. I was new to Frankfurt and they informed me of the place to visit. Vegan Breakfast was also nice. I want to stay there when I go to Frankfurt again!

It was a very cute hotel. The receptionist was very kind and it was a great memory. There was a laundry room and a kitchen, which I was grateful to be able to use without any trouble! The room was also clean and neat ☺️

We had an unexpected stay in Frankfurt due to a travel mishap - but were so warmly welcomed by the lovely staff at this hotel we immediately forgot the stress of it all. The lobby is charming, the breakfast terrific (really, who knew vegan croissants could be so perfect?) and the location ideal. Thank you for the hospitality!

We stayed here in July for 3 days for a family reunion. This place was exactly as described. A beautiful old home remodeled on the inside with all the modern conveniences. We initially booked 7 rooms and kitchen. Later we added the terrace and kitchen on the second floor. There is also a huge dining room and tv room that can be added. The room was large and very clean. It had its own stove and dishwasher so you could make breakfast. It was cleaned every two days. I think the price is pretty good for a European hotel.

The front desk was welcoming and everything else was good. The only drawback was that the breakfast options were a little limited, and there was no German sausage.

This is river side hotel. We stayed an apartment type room for three nights. The room is clean and spacious. There is also enough equipment. If I have an opportunity to come to Frankfurt again, I would like to stay here.

Everything is perfect. Big spacious room. Interesting design. Good view. Note they dont have microwave only oven. Its clean and neat. Note Room service only after 3 days. Location is walkable to old town.

it has been our fifth year to stay in this hotel during the fair in Jan. everything here is nice, peaceful and quite. it is about 15 minutes walk to the shopping area. it is pity that the hotel has cancelled the supply of breakfast since last Oct. we have to go out for breakfast every morning (especially bad experience in rain).
