The hotel is well located, well organized. Excellent bed and very spacious room. The shower has little water flow. The spa and pool area have good structure and are clean, but the pool water is quite cold. It could be a little warmer. The service provided by the staff in all areas of the hotel is excellent!!!

Great Location, quite a busy place, and travelers should be aware that sometimes you can not check in earlier than the advertised times.

This isn't a current review. My company held a large event at this hotel in 1981 and I remember it was one of the best hotels I had ever stayed at. It's great to see that 40 years on it's still a special place. I really do need to return.

The moment i stepped foot inside the Hotel i knew i won’t regret my stay. Incredible nice staff, always we’re trying to find a solution instead of excuses. After sleeping in the bed with the amazing bedsheet i couldn’t go back to my normal bedsheets and had to buy high quality and high thread count bedsheets. We had a really bad stay at Kempinski Gravenbruch. Started already at the reception not finding our reservation till next day being ignored by the staff telling her about the issues we had. The Hotel management excused in writing for the behaviour and the issues we literally had. It is important to let the management know what they should be doing better so they can improve as well. I love this hotel. I've stayed several times over the years even while they were renovating. They are 2nd to none in my opinion. Mufasa (the doorman) was very friendly. A truly international venue with excellent dining options on-site. My favorite place for breakfast in the world.

Hotel is perfect located and also the room was clean. Bed was good. Things they could make it a 5 star rating is to fix one of the car chargers that didn't work, fix the pancake machine in the restaurant and the card reader in the parking garage to enter the hotel. Low hanging fruit to make it 5 stars in my opinion.

I had a great stay in this hotel. Location is quite convenient. There is a tram stop right in front of the entrance that takes you directly to the main train station. Check-in was quick. Room was comfortable and clean. I liked the decor of the interior and free mini bar. Value for price ratio is amazing.

What an amazing hotel, and amazing Frankfurt. The location was perfect, and the room was perfect. I love the Melia Group of Hotels. I've never had an issue. When i was to miss breakfast because of a trip, they made me an awesome packed breakfast! Just great. Can't wait to go back!

Nice and clean hotel. Hotel Wifi is weak (about 7MB) which is definitely not good. Enough for emails I guess. Room entertainment system not what you would expect. Only (or mostly) German TV channels which is not good for international guests. No access to TV input, therefore no way to cast screen if you'd prefer streaming form your laptop. Really a pity. Overall however a good hotel for a fair price

The hotel is value for the money. The room was modern, spotless, with all the facilities, just absolutely perfect. The mattress was so comfortable that I had one of the best sleeps. The breakfast had a great variety of delicious salty and sweet choices. The metro and the tram station were exactly outside the entrance of the hotel. I would love to return to this hotel again.

The hotel was fine, but the room that I was in (103) had an external stairway about 3 feet away from the window that seemed to be a popular spot for people to hang out and drink. Kept the curtains closed the entire time, and the windows muted any sound, but still felt uneasy. Should have asked for a different room right away but didn't. Don't make the same mistake if you are assigned that room.

A little out of the way from downtown, but we enjoy walking and seeing the sights. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast buffet was good. The lights in the hallway are on motion sensors, which was a little freaky when you go to the gym in the basement and the elevator opens to pitch black. The gym was well appointed and clean.

I stayed here for a 2-night business trip. The rooms are spacious and sparkling clean and the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from the city center. I also enjoyed the breakfast, but I would have expected a bit more variety. Also the breakfast serving area is small so it can get very crowded at peak times.

It‘s a very cute and cozy hotel located not far from an S-Bahn station which makes it easy to travel to. And for the price you pay it’s totally worth it and we really enjoyed the breakfast they serve.

The house is in the city center, close to Zeil Street, so it is very convenient to buy anything. There are Galeria, LV, Chanel, and two DM stores. In short, it is very convenient to buy anything. The breakfast is OK, just bread and sausage, which is easy to get tired of. The holiday is small, but relatively clean.

Nice place, though calling it 4 star as claimed would be a bit of stretch. Breakfast was just Ok though with very slow replenish. And the gentleman hardly cared. Lady at reception (I think named Mayra, if i can recall correctly) was really prompt, helpful and understanding.

Hotel was clean, all amenities you'd expect. A good alternative to staying in pricier hotels in Frankfurt. Room size was a tad on the small size. No a/c (unless I just didn't find the thermostat), but then this is possibly normal for Germany, and it didn't pose a problem as the weather was pleasant during our visit.

The hotel reception service is good. The room is clean. I personally feel that the key lock is not convenient to open the door. You need to lock the door when entering and leaving.

We used this as a night stay while on a car journey. Easy hotel, the room was too cold, but other than that, exactly as expected. Parking is easy (5€), in the backyard of the hotel.

Great Hotel for great value! The staff is super friendly and the hotel is right in front of public transport which made it a really good location for when we wanted to go into the city of Offenbach or Frankfurt.

Fair enough to receive 5star for the cost of the accommodation per night. Parking space around the hotel is not an issue during the night. The receptionist(Samira) is also approachable and friendly.

Decent little Hotel. Only downfall in the summer time, the outside seating area is in the courtyard which is surrounded by hotel rooms. Could be an issue for sleeping since Germans don't have air conditioners which means you open the windows. Rented their apartment and really liked it. Service is friendly and very helpful.
