Excellent hotel, lovely clean spacious room. Rooms are well equipped and showers are lovely. Only one complaint which was the hotel air conditioning was turned off. When we questioned this, we were told the ambient outside air temperature was 22 degrees, so air con was not required? Otherwise a pleasant stay and would certainly return.

The hotel is well located, well organized. Excellent bed and very spacious room. The shower has little water flow. The spa and pool area have good structure and are clean, but the pool water is quite cold. It could be a little warmer. The service provided by the staff in all areas of the hotel is excellent!!!

The moment we walked in the lobby, we were greeted by welcoming staff. Alex assisted our group with check-in and was wonderful. Came for a business trip and got the best cooperation I can ever ask . You can have business meetings in the conference zone with small and medium rooms and the team was so polite and help with all assistance that was needed . The location and overall service was great. The breakfast service was good too. But the room was not the best honestly,the floors were dusty, it should have been cleaned. Also, since it was a dorm room, I would have preferred having numbered beds. I just had to randomly choose a bad and that becomes chaotic because it's difficult to figure out which beds have already been occupied.

Hotel is perfect located and also the room was clean. Bed was good. Things they could make it a 5 star rating is to fix one of the car chargers that didn't work, fix the pancake machine in the restaurant and the card reader in the parking garage to enter the hotel. Low hanging fruit to make it 5 stars in my opinion.

I had a great stay in this hotel. Location is quite convenient. There is a tram stop right in front of the entrance that takes you directly to the main train station. Check-in was quick. Room was comfortable and clean. I liked the decor of the interior and free mini bar. Value for price ratio is amazing.

Nice and clean hotel. Hotel Wifi is weak (about 7MB) which is definitely not good. Enough for emails I guess. Room entertainment system not what you would expect. Only (or mostly) German TV channels which is not good for international guests. No access to TV input, therefore no way to cast screen if you'd prefer streaming form your laptop. Really a pity. Overall however a good hotel for a fair price

This isn't a current review. My company held a large event at this hotel in 1981 and I remember it was one of the best hotels I had ever stayed at. It's great to see that 40 years on it's still a special place. I really do need to return.

We had a really bad stay at Kempinski Gravenbruch. Started already at the reception not finding our reservation till next day being ignored by the staff telling her about the issues we had. I love this hotel. I've stayed several times over the years even while they were renovating. They are 2nd to none in my opinion. Mufasa (the doorman) was very friendly. A truly international venue with excellent dining options on-site. My favorite place for breakfast in the world.

We as a family here in this Hotel. The tram station is just opposite and we can reach Neustadt and Altstadt within 10 minutes. A bakery and pizza places are just opposite is this. I would recommend anyone to come and try this hotel. The check-in and Check-out are automatic, and they still have one at the front door for help.

Good corporate hotel in (still...) upcoming area of Frankfurt. Small but comfortable rooms. Great breakfast. The "hipster" concept of combining bar and reception is pants, but seems to be an ingrained part of the Moxy concept so we'll have to live with that. Friendly staff but too busy with too many tasks.

The hotel is value for the money. The room was modern, spotless, with all the facilities, just absolutely perfect. The mattress was so comfortable that I had one of the best sleeps. The breakfast had a great variety of delicious salty and sweet choices. The metro and the tram station were exactly outside the entrance of the hotel. I would love to return to this hotel again.

The hotel was fine, but the room that I was in (103) had an external stairway about 3 feet away from the window that seemed to be a popular spot for people to hang out and drink. Kept the curtains closed the entire time, and the windows muted any sound, but still felt uneasy. Should have asked for a different room right away but didn't. Don't make the same mistake if you are assigned that room.

A little out of the way from downtown, but we enjoy walking and seeing the sights. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast buffet was good. The lights in the hallway are on motion sensors, which was a little freaky when you go to the gym in the basement and the elevator opens to pitch black. The gym was well appointed and clean.

I stayed here for a 2-night business trip. The rooms are spacious and sparkling clean and the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from the city center. The hotel is in a quiet residential part of town. A short walk from a U-Bahn station and a large shopping mall (Hessen-Center). If you're in town for one of the huge trade fairs this hotel is an excellent choice as it's on the same line --U4-- as Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof and Messe. I found the hotel staff warm and professional.

We had an unexpected stay in Frankfurt due to a travel mishap - but were so warmly welcomed by the lovely staff at this hotel we immediately forgot the stress of it all. A Good place to stay. Nice view. Tranquill. There are 2 blocks, should check which you are in otherwise you have to go down and up again. Hotel allows to check-in early. We booked rooms with breakfast but when we were in restaurant, staff asked for payment for breakfast and we have to claim with receptionists.
