Living Hotel Frankfurt

The location is nive, 20 ride by bus to go to the center of Frankfort. The room was clean and modern. I really appreciate the mini bar for free.

Perfect Location, close to city in quite area. This is my go to place for any stay above 1 week in Frankfurt.

The Crew of people working here is the thing that will make the stay the best some of the kindest and most welcoming people I’ve ever met! Super clean rooms and location was great some really good food up the street for coffee and lunches!

This is the perfect place to stay... especially if you don't really want to pay for breakfasts. Adjoining the hotel is an awesome supermarket and the apartment has a very functional kitchenette. The rooms are fantastic with clean furnishings and great bathroom. Just 3 minute walk to the bus stop gets you everywhere you need to go in a good time.

My experience with everything was very seamless, clean, and private. The room looked exactly as it did in the pictures and had all the amenities as claimed. The kitchen utensils were a bit inconvenient due to their size making it difficult to efficiently cook/cut certain things, but you can definitely still cook with them and I still appreciate the utensils being there for use. The bed was big and comfortable, nearly between an American queen and king size. The pillows were fluffy at first and then had a tendency to flatten out but I didn't mind that just something that might be important to mention. The one thing that made it a bit inconvenient was the television. All the channels were in German, granted you are in Germany, but there were only a couple channels that were English so I recommend bringing an HDMI cable to connect to the television so that you can watch what you want on the big screen. There was a balcony door but it was more of a door, rather than a balcony. One thing about the room is that they had A/C but it did not go as cold as I would have preferred it so I had to keep the balcony door open for a cooler room while I slept. Now, the A/C wasn't burning hot but when I slept with my partner it was just a bit hot. They had paid parking that allowed you to select a certain amount of days to pay for parking instead of paying every day. If you don't have a car, you can either walk but I recommend using electric scooters to get around as they are very convenient. They also had laundry services for a price about 3 euros each for a wash and dry as well as an ironing board. One thing that helped a lot was that there was a grocery store directly attached to the hotel so you could go get any groceries or items that you needed very easily. There is also an ATM located in the grocery store when you enter just in case you need to pull out cash. If you need anything, call the lobby and they will be more than happy to help and assist you with anything you want or need. I asked for extra towels and they immediately got it sent to my room. I did phone the lobby for a room cleaning on a Sunday at around 1400 (2PM) and the person seemed a bit taken aback and said that room cleaning was already finished as they start at 0700 and would not be available until the next day. That threw off a little but I'm assuming that was my fault since most things are closed on Sundays in Germany so maybe it applied to this as well. I did not try the breakfast or other foods/drinks they offered so I cannot attest to the quality and such. Everything is pretty much private and hands-off. Once they check you in, you can pretty much operate on your own. Again, I loved my experience here and if I were to come back to Frankfurt again, I would definitely book with them again.

I was there last week for the third time and everything war perfect! The rooms are extremely quiet, service is well done and the staff is nice. Can't wait to come back in august
