Overall experience is average. However, on one of the days (29th April), the housekeeping didn't clean our room at all, and the receptionist guy that night kept saying I don't know.. I don't know, without saying sorry. We even have to get the clean towels by ourselves.

Very good and fast check in process even though we asked for a late check in. The room was clean and neat. Check out was also very easy. The only issue in the room was that there was no airconditioning so it could get hot during the summer months. Otherwise it was a perfect stay :)

We (family) stayed in an apartment in the Hotel Am Hachinger Bach for 3 months. We felt very comfortable. The hotel is on a rural corner (Neubiberg) right on the brook and yet very close to Munich. A positively surprising experience! Despite a very moderate price for a hotel in Munich, it offers quite a good accomodation for the traveller, who is willing to go further away from the city centre. A very convenient self-check-in via an automated key box. The only minus is a bit weary signs here and there - nothing seems to be new.

Great location, next to subway. Right below hotel have grocery store. Hotel lobby is at Level 1, which you need to ring the bell at the entrance for them to open the gate. The hotel is located a 20 minute train ride from Marienplatz in Munich making it very convenient if you don't want to take your car into the city. Stayed here during Scotland's time in Munich at Euro 2024. The hotel was clean and comfortable and staff very friendly. Location is good with the underground nearby and also shops and cafes adjacent. I would certainly return if back in Munich.
