Let's say this really wasn't my cup of tea. Normally I'd say I was very disappointed but the sweet lady at the makeshift reception said I couldn't say that, so here goes, not my cup of tea. Didn't like the surroundings, didn't like the fact that reception closes at 15:30 and after that you are left to figure it out on your own, didn't like the fact that there's no lift and especially didn't like the fact that the kitchette is devoid of anything useful, apart from a fridge, no cutlery, no glasses, no plates (you get the drift). Admittedly, over 2 and a half months prior to our stay, they had sent an email about this, but time passed and it slipped my mind. Still, it doesn't make sense to have to rent a kitchen kit for the kitchenette. Why would one rent an appartment with a completely empty kitchen??
The place could do with a good cleaning and a new mattress.
Needless to say, we won't be back.

The steps and hallway leading up to our room were really dirty and gross. The room was mostly fine, but the beds were really tiny and there were a lot of bugs. It was mostly clean but some of the sheets were stained a bit. The location is good but it is right next to a junk yard and it's very loud. The building looks very rundown.

I absolutely in good conscience can not recommend this hotel.

We called multiple times in advance to confirm details of our stay with the staff including the number of beds for 4 adults, and also to request and early check in as our bus was going to arrive early. We were told we absolutely could not arrive early but they did confirm our number of beds.

We were immediately greeted upon check-in with a comment from the front desk attendant wondering why we were late even though we requested early check in (which again, we were told multiple times was not possible).

Then, we arrived to our room and it stank of cigarette smoke (this was heavily advertised as a non-smoking hotel) AND the beds in the room were not correct. We received one bed that was just two twin beds pushed together and one pull out couch bed that was sloped in the middle. When we realized this, we went to request the correct room from the staff. We approached the situation with curiosity and kindness and same woman was immediately defensive and started yelling at us that the room we were given was correct and there was no possibility of moving room. We were also told that it was impossible that the hotel could smell like smoke because they have a strict policy against it. We were shocked that she was being so aggressive as we didn’t speak to her in any sort of rude tone or manner.

When we went outside to collect ourselves from our uncomfortable interaction with the staff, we saw a woman ashing her cigarette out the window of the hotel! We alerted staff so they could see the smoking taking place themselves. They confirmed this was indeed happening in front of their eyes.

We gathered our things and left the hotel and are actively trying to receive a refund for this non-stay, as I’m sure they quickly booked our empty room.

Terrible service, uncomfortable sofa bed advertised as full sized bed, smelled of cigarette smoke. 0/10 can not recommend this at all. Spend a little more money and stay somewhere nicer.

Please do whatever possible to rectify this situation.

The room was pretty basic but it was clean and the bed was quite comfortable.

The big problem with our stay was the walls being so thin. You can hear anyone speaking in the other rooms or outside the hotel as if they were in the room with you. One of the worst places I've stayed just because I got hardly any sleep because of the noise.

Very bad pedi I confirmaransitio disabled and when we arrived there 20escalones bequeath to the apartment and no breakfast as it says in the book the truth v fatal to report on, everything is treatment

Where to start? Room has a kitchenette, but no utensils at all. No elevator, beds were rather uncomfortable, pillows were very flat, no air conditioning, and the shower was awful. There was no water pressure, and the shower would go from warm, to cold, to scalding hot without touching the handle. I would recommend anywhere other than here.
