Small but clean rooms. Perfect location, directly at a railway station, just a few to Marienplatz. Food available from a maschine, but directly at the hotel there is a bakery and big store

Nice and comfortable hotel. We spent here 2 nights. There is a free car park on the street, the room is quite big, clean, comfortable. The staff is quite polite. It's also good to get to the city centre because there is a train who passes by every 20 minutes and it takes 10 minutes to get to the center (the train ticket is the same as the subway, same price)

Best hotel, clean room, super good sound proofing, super convenient location just next to the train station. There is a supermarket just right downstairs. Very peaceful and nice surrounding environment.

Rooms was very nice and clean. The S-bahn station is right in front of it, very convenient but, considering that the S-bahn is not very reliable, it took me more than 40 minutes to the city center..

Clean room with great interiors incl. electric blinds.
Staff overall friendly and able to accommodate english language.
Shower had no curtains but had already read about this, so weren't surprised.
It didn't bother us (couple) but if you put a thick jacket/bag on hook; it blocks the shower view.
The train station is directly outside.
We parked on street parking for free.
Handy shops: grocery stores and bakery underneath.

The hotel staff was very nice and accommodating even though we didn't speak German, the hotel is in a great area, there is a tram right next to the hotel and a supermarket right under it. One complaint I do have is that me and my father found ladybugs in our room and the shower has no curtain or door. The bathroom also has no door so while you are in the shower you are open for everyone to see.

The room was clean and roomy. The hotel is located within a short walking distance of the train station which makes commuting easy. There is a grocery store next to the hotel, which is a convenient place to eat breakfast or lunch. The service at the hotel was great!

Unpleasant experience. Maybe we were just unlucky.
Booked for a 1 week stay and our room was not cleaned at all. They provided 2 “do not disturb” signages, and none about tidying the room. Unapproachable and unfriendly service by reception staff were the reasons we decided not to question. We asked a simple question on the first day and we were made to feel like we were interrupting. They were laughing and chatting, and then gave us a RBF when we approached (no “hello” no “thank you”).
The shower “room” does not come with a door. Besides having to deal with the freezing cold air that hits you when you turn off the tap, the water drainage for our room was also very slow, causing some of the bath water to flow out to the area outside. I lifted the drain cover, only to realize that it hasn’t been cleaned in ages.
Hotel is near to an S-Bahn station but the journey to central Munich can be quite long, at least 15 minutes. S3 has low frequency too; 15-30 minutes wait if you happen to miss one. No dining options in the area, except for the ones in the supermarket.

Great hotel. The only weird thing is that they asked for a credit card as a warranty 🤔.
The design of the rooms is very effective and nice.

Really modern hotel, with great comfortable rooms. Close to a train station that has trains coming every 10 minutes (unless there's a strike) so city center isn't that far away, time wise.
Back to the rooms, I had all the amenities needed, and the room was very very clean. The tvs also have Netflix access, so that was a plus for one who doesn't speak German but wants to relax a bit in the room.
The staff were so helpful, both before check in and after. They responded to my questions in minutes and made sure I had a great stay! Would definitely return here if visiting Munchen again.
