The hotel is located a bit outside the city center; it's clean and has parking. We had to check in ourselves at the machine; our advance request was ignored. The attentiveness and friendliness could have been better. The room size was okay, but the quality of the beds wasn't great. There's a drinks machine on the ground floor. A breakfast buffet is available in the morning. The hotel didn't impress us; the price/performance ratio wasn't right.

Rooms are clean, new toilet shower cabins. Fitness room doesnt have dumbells weights. Lady that makes breakfast does good job and her cakes are excellent

The hotel is ideal for a stopover while passing through. We arrived at 1 p.m. and were fortunate enough to be able to check into our room right away. The receptionist was friendly and competent, even though the young lady said she had only been at the hotel for two weeks. Free parking is available directly in front of the hotel and in the nearby area. There is also an underground parking garage for a fee. Our room was on the side and not directly facing Rosenheimer Straße. There was no noise disturbance at all. The room itself was surprisingly large with a large double bed, a large TV, and plenty of storage and hanging space for coats, bags, etc. The bathroom (toilet, single sink, shower) is very small, however; the toilet in particular is crammed into a tight corner and is a bit difficult to use. The disadvantage is clearly the distance from Munich city center. There is an S-Bahn station in Ottobrunn, but it is too far from the hotel to walk to. You have to take the bus or car there. Parking is available there, though. We made our trip to Munich by car (to the S-Bahn station) and then took the S6 train into the city center. It was quite pleasant, and we traveled directly to Marienplatz in about 25 minutes without changing trains. After an extended visit to the Hofbräuhaus, we wanted to return around 10 p.m. That was much more difficult. The S6 didn't go to Ottobrunn! So we took the S6 to Ostbahnhof, then changed trains and continued on to Neuperlach Süd, the final stop. From there, a bus continued to the center of Ottobrunn. Not good, because our car was parked at the S-Bahn station in Ottobrunn. So we took another taxi: it cost €20 to the station and our car. The total journey time was an hour. Fortunately, we were able to sleep well in the hotel. We can't comment on the breakfast (€15 per person = buffet) because we absolutely wanted to have a Weißwurst breakfast in the city.

We stayed at the hotel for three nights and have nothing bad to say. The staff was very friendly, the room clean. There was an unidentifiable stain on one of the sheets and the flatscreen TV was covered in fingerprints, but other than that, everything was spotlessly clean, especially the bathroom. The shower cubicle was great (including a rain shower). The furniture and carpet were a bit dated, but that didn't bother us. The beds were very comfortable! Breakfast was very varied, perhaps a bit too expensive at €13. For me, a buffet like this isn't usually worth it because I don't eat much breakfast. The coffee from the vending machine wasn't my cup of tea. All in all, a good buffet. The hotel's location is convenient, and the public transport connections are ideal. Unfortunately, there's a faint smell of the Asian restaurant right next door almost everywhere in the building (thankfully not in our room). All in all, we were satisfied.

The automatic check-in at the night entrance (Sundays at 5:30 p.m.) didn't work. They said I hadn't booked. Help arrived after two phone calls, but it was unfriendly. Overall, the service and breakfast were inadequate. The room was clean, though.

I'm pretty sure I would've loved it if the wifi hadn't gone out for a day. I'm on a leisure trip, but still working remotely occasionally and had to postpone an online mtg bc of it. Besides that, I appreciated the staff's kindness and attempts to speak English when it wasn't always the easiest for them. I called multiple times worried about losing my reservation bc of a delayed flight and they were understanding and flexible. The location is great if you have a car. We drove out to the castles and Salzburg and were on the autobahn in a matter of minutes. Not an abundance of quality food in walking distance, but Kadu stood out and was just a few blocks away. That may be why they try to keep the hotel vending machines on each floor well stocked with candies and beer. The hotel breakfast was pretty good and satisfying too for 10 euro. The parking lot is kinda tight, but free, there aren't enough hooks in the bathroom to put your things, and there are a lot of edges along the floors on the first floor that make wheeling suitcases difficult, but those are small grievances. Things close early, it's not a proper city with late night vibes, you can't even get to a market easily from what I saw, but if you're just looking for an affordable rate and a central point to get out of town, this does the trick.

Everything was good, the breakfast was delicious. The bed was comfortable but the pillow was too flat for my taste. Nothing fancy, but it was a work trip, and for that I was satisfied.

Nice rooms, friendly and accommodating staff. Nice breakfasts. Wide variety of restaurants located within easy walking distance. About 30 to 45 minutes from downtown Munich by S-Bahn and U-Bahn, with a couple of bus lines with stops literally next to 2 sides of the hotel that go directly to 2 different stations. Recommend getting a Munich Card for the length of your stay, which allows one to take any bus, tram or train around the area, plus gives discounts for many attractions.
