The rooms were clean and the price was fair. Would have been nice if they offered water/coffee is the rooms. The windows also aren’t soundproofed properly so you will hear cars driving by etc.
P.S. Rating scale 1 (🤬wish I could lodge a complaint at some regulator), 2 (👎it sucked), 3 (🤷♂️neutral), 4 (👌I recommend) and 5 (😁 to return).

Everything was fine until we had breakfast. After breakfast we found our room had been cleaned even though our belongings were still in the room and some items were still in the bathroom, but the cleaner arbitrarily opened the room and collected all our belongings like we were being evicted even though we had not checked out and we had not returned the room key. She left our room open while our luggage was still in the room. The cleaner had no manners. Then she came and saw we were in the room, she said please don't dirty the room. without any apology after arbitrarily opening our room without permission she left again. It was still 9 AM. We had just finished breakfast and intended to check out at 10:30 AM but she had already entered the room while we were having breakfast. We would not want to stay here again. The personnel have no manners.

Mold on the walls , and heavy piss smell in the hall, dust everywhere . Lots of stains on the carpet in the hall.We have been in the room for 30 minutes and got out to the other hotel. We paid for three nights and they said that we can’t get a refund. Hotel from the nightmare.

I came to see my brother who lives in this city and kept staying there for a day, so I ended up writing several reviews.
Hotel Notbedham, a little cheaper than other hotels around here and right in front of the station.
However, 80,000 won per night is a little expensive, and it would have been perfect if it was in the 50,000 won range.
Breakfast eggs were delicious.

I've been coming to this hotel for three years because of its good location and reasonable price. The rooms, Wi-Fi, cleanliness, breakfast, and staff are excellent. What I'll never understand is why the hallways have been in such a dirty state for years.

After finishing the process, I asked about the parking fee, but I didn’t know anything about it. The elevator is also out of order.

Convenient transportation, close to the train station. Breakfast is simple, nutritious and healthy, close to the commercial district.

During a DB strike, I wanted to cancel 1 day out of 2 days booking (it was initially non refundable), and their reception in the morning of the day said cancellation has been done and I should request the 1 day from Booking.com. I have forwarded this to Booking.com and customer service told me that the hotel is not agreeing on returning the money although Booking.com offered them free of charge service for that day. I called the reception again, and they said they don't know who said it in the morning but they are not returning anything. How lame this situation can be that a hotel is returning from their promise that is given by their employees. A total shady business..
About the rooms, average clean room, dirty bathroom and no air conditioning. Do your employees a favor and do not book from this hotel.
