Very nice and attentive staff, secure parking is a plus, good breakfast, very quiet, comfy beds –– all good. If there's anything to criticise it would be the lighting and style in the rooms that feels a bit cold.

Well located in the city center, restaurants and bars all around. Friendly staff and well cleaned rooms. The breakfast is also really good.

Cleaning Service woke us up and bang on door even if we ask for privacy on reception and put on door for privacy.. We booked for different room and get other room, small .. No heating, walls are too thin you can hear everything what other talk...

Good service, some updates needed
Upon arrival, the hotel was closed/ no access except hall on side entrance. Later I found out about access ro the key box which was located in a corner not to visible. Check in later on was super friendly. Hotel and room was very clean, friednly seevice
No elevator, which means ,I had to lug suitcase two steep flights up . Not too pleasant with age 70.

Excellent position in Pforzheim and helpful staff
The absence of a lift in the building surprised me. . . . And I was on the second floor. . . .
