Very good hotel, clean, big rooms, good breakfast and kindly staff.

My experience at this hotel was very positive. Due to the unprecedented circumstances at the moment, this hotel worked around it and were very hygienic. The rooms were at a very high standard, clean and had very comfortable beds. The breakfast was served in the most hygienic way.

Nice modern Rooms, very good Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Rooms facing to Street a bit noisy. Good Wifi connection.

Clean rooms, polite staff, quick response to requests, delicious and varied breakfasts.

24 h reception. Clean, friendly staff especially when your tired, red eyed and speaking poor German. Rooms are okay. Comfortable beds, simple amenities. Ideal for business trips. Lobby has a reasonable bar. Restaurants nearby. Bit close to a busy road but you can't best it for price and convenience. Has secured parking by prior arrangement or just park across the road no problemo.

Neither air conditioning nor ventilation in the standard package makes it hard to stay in rooms during summer. Can’t really open windows unless you don’t mind other guests looking straight into your whole room (207). Quite noisy outside. Not able to darken the room completely since curtains keep gaps between them. Tiny bathroom. Rooms are built quite inefficiently. House keeping visits you at 8am so...

The bed was good for my taste (quite firm, as I like them). However, there was no air conditioning in the room, and opening the window meant suffering the noise of the street. Also, the hot water in the shower had really low pressure, so the water was just cool most of the time.

Hotel absolutely fit for purpose. Close to motorway as we had an early drive back to Calais and the Channel Tunnel.

Good hotel with lots of facilities. Rooms are basic but more than enough for 1 of 2 nights. Coffee in the room, splendid breakfast and a quality restaurant 'in house'.

Very short stay 8 hours, but clean and comfortable. Good Breakfast.

Fine hotel. Room is good with a tv, airco, fridge. All up to date. Small but adequate desk with decent chair. Sauna is small but with corona 2 is the max. Steam bath dus not work. Fitness looked promising but did not use it. Dinner was fine too, limited choice but enough to make everybody happy. Street side is busy with traffic, sound isolation seems to work well if you keep the windows closed.

Simple business hotel

The carpaccio 'tiroler art' is amazing! One of the best things I've ever eaten.

Not the fanciest, but the accommodations are fine. The breakfast is not as vast as some places, but the quality is good and everything is delicious. The staff really deserve all the credit; they're all very friendly and willing to help.

The breakfast was great. Not a lot for a vegan guest but otherwise everything was covered. The hotel was scrupulously clean - very impressive! Very nice staff - they gave me a kettle and cup for my tea in the room!

I lov d the check in system. The hotel was reasonably priced, comfortable, and in a good location. We used this hotel to begin our journey on the Westweg trail. I will be back.

A bit dissapointed this time round as they didnt have any soap or water. The staff are very nice and helpful.

it is an unforgettable experience that left behind some very pleasant memories. The cleanliness and the careful way in which the rooms are decorated but also the smile with which you are received here makes you to feel like you're in a 10-star hotel. I am very satisfied and every time I will gladly return.

Room was not sufficiently cleaned (hairs on pillows, stains on blanket), bathroom was tiny with a shower with barely any water pressure. They ask €10/night for a dog, but there wasn't anything for him, not even a water bowl. There's a shisha bar in the courtyard, so there was some late-night noise. They also take up parking spaces reserved for hotel guests. Friendly staff though, with a nice breakfast

Nice no-nonsense hotel aimed at company gatherings and meetings, but yet suitable for a stopover stay. Friendly staff, clean and spacious room in a beautiful and quiet green garden setting. Tasteful dinner and breakfast buffets, all in all for reasonable prices.

Just beautiful! It is quite isolated but that's what a resort is all about... A spacious lobby with large sitting spots and a huge breakfast area. I like the simplicity of the architecture with the beautiful wooden-structure octagonal roofs. A relaxing ambience and helpful staff. Good breakfast and neat room interiors.

The rooms have no TV but they are ok and there is no real restaurant. The WiFi connection is good.

Dont get put off with entrance, halls and corridors looking 1 or 2 stars. Staff is 5 star, breakfast is quite nice and rooms also at a 4 star level. Standard rates could be lower however the convenience of location is understandable, while you can find special deals. Also, the ability to cancel until 18h same day is very helpful for last minute change of plans.

Great value for money. Clean, newly refurbished and very cosy room, plenty of hot water, central heating and strong wifi. A decent breakfast and very friendly staff. Location is great - at the heart of the city and just next to the train station. Cannot really ask for more for the price.

Slightly beautifully situated just at the beginning of the "Schwartzwald", very beautiful wooded area in southern Germany near Stuttgart. Hotel staff is very friendly and the rooms are really doable and okay. Neat and old-fashioned yet modern look. Breakfast is also just okay, no points to complain. Very satisfied and I slept well.

It's a friendly pansion, neither bad nor good (in general so and so). The appartment we booked was clean and comfortable, also provided with a kitchen, fridge and anything necessary for cooking and eating.

Place to rejuvenate after long journey

Friendly staff, hotel still feels very new, we had everything we needed. Price for a room was very acceptable, add a good breakfast buffet with plenty of variety and it’s an ideal location! Thank you for the experience, keep up the good work!

Centrally located hotel near Sedanplatz as a good starting point for sightseeing and bars.The Hotel has an underground car park with a moderate fee.

It was a very cozy stay. The location is good, we can easily reach many places in walking distance and enjoy nice city tours. Furthermore, the bed is super, my husband and son all agreed, we haven't sleep so well since long time...😴😊, highly recommended when you have a short stay in the city👍.

Clean room, comfortable bed and tasty breakfast- good hotel to stay for one night. Be aware however that the car park is not finished yet and the spaces a front of the hotel are limited and charged per hour. The hotel offers unsecured parking in the underground public car park 800 yards away and is charging €12 for this service. The room is pretty small with comfy queen size bed and only one chair...
