Use of the hotel system is not smooth. The rooms are equipped with an electric kettle. And there are tea bags. However, the water provided is gas-filled water. So you cannot directly boil water to drink tea. The water service staff is separate from the cleaning staff. But she provides only one bottle of gas-filled water per room. We originally planned to stay here for 10 days and because of family emergencies we've had to extend our stay to 25 days. The staff here have been so helpful, kind, courteous. We love the location. It's been easy for us to use the parking downstairs. The rooms are comfortable. Lots of space downstairs in the cafe or bar to relax.

AC was not working but great room and service. But a heat wave so nice great nice sleep. But after renovations will try again..

My experience at this hotel was very positive. Due to the unprecedented circumstances at the moment, this hotel worked around it and were very hygienic. The rooms were at a very high standard, clean and had very comfortable beds. The breakfast was served in the most hygienic way.

Good price/quality but room had som annoying shortcomings such as inadequate curtains letting a lot of light thru. Double bed transmits every vibration from partner. Very good breakfast for the price.

One of my favorite places to stay when I’m in the area. Rooms are quite small but ok for a couple nights. I think they started remodeling the house but I haven’t been in one of the rooms yet. Breakfast is a must. Very good selection on top of the roof with good sight to the city. Close to the Autobahn is also a plus.

24 h reception. Clean, friendly staff especially when your tired, red eyed and speaking poor German. Rooms are okay. Comfortable beds, simple amenities. Ideal for business trips. Lobby has a reasonable bar. Restaurants nearby. Bit close to a busy road but you can't best it for price and convenience. Has secured parking by prior arrangement or just park across the road no problemo.

Neither air conditioning nor ventilation in the standard package makes it hard to stay in rooms during summer. Can’t really open windows unless you don’t mind other guests looking straight into your whole room (207). Quite noisy outside. The bed was good for my taste (quite firm, as I like them). However, there was no air conditioning in the room, and opening the window meant suffering the noise of the street. Also, the hot water in the shower had really low pressure, so the water was just cool most of the time.

We stayed for an overnight visit en route to Italy. We have stayed several times before. The hotel has an excellent location for motorway access. However, there are major roadworks widening the motorway that has closed the access. This should NOT deter a visit; access is straight forward from the Pforzheim Sud exit with the use of satnav.

Very helpful and friendly staff. The room was nice overall, though the beds were a bit too firm (we are finding that to be the norm in Europe). Breakfast was good. The hotel was accessible to the local highways, so it was a good overnight stay on the way to southern Germany.

Hotel absolutely fit for purpose. Close to motorway as we had an early drive back to Calais and the Channel Tunnel.

Modern, inviting, welcoming, The Best Western Queens Pforzheim is a medium sized hotel. I would assume they focus mainly on business, not so much family or vacation. Rooms are in excellent condition, spacious, clean. Equipped with hardwoods floors, something I appreciate highly. Beds are very comfy, bathrooms are spacious, well equipped and very clean. Only the hairdryers leave something to be desired...

Good hotel with lots of facilities. Rooms are basic but more than enough for 1 of 2 nights. Coffee in the room, splendid breakfast and a quality restaurant 'in house'.

It was cery good. The food was delicious, the Drinks too. The Service was one of the best I've ever experienced.

Nice no-nonsense hotel aimed at company gatherings and meetings, but yet suitable for a stopover stay. Friendly staff, clean and spacious room in a beautiful and quiet green garden setting. Tasteful dinner and breakfast buffets, all in all for reasonable prices.

Just beautiful! It is quite isolated but that's what a resort is all about... A spacious lobby with large sitting spots and a huge breakfast area. I like the simplicity of the architecture with the beautiful wooden-structure octagonal roofs. A relaxing ambience and helpful staff. Good breakfast and neat room interiors.

If you like it quiet, in the Midst of nature, I can only recommend the hohenwart Forum. The staff are very friendly, attentive and competent. A very nice, neat, star-shaped scale Hotel with very friendly and accommodating staff and Manager. In A Quiet Location. Open and relaxing atmosphere of the Indoor and outdoor area. Fine hotel. Room is good with a tv, airco, fridge. All up to date. Small but adequate desk with decent chair. Sauna is small but with corona 2 is the max. Steam bath dus not work. Fitness looked promising but did not use it. Dinner was fine too, limited choice but enough to make everybody happy. Street side is busy with traffic, sound isolation seems to work well if you keep the windows closed.

Excellent service and room quality. The food was absolutely amazing, although maybe I'm not used to the excellent German cuisine! There were many services we didn't use but it seemed very good value for the price we paid.

Today we had a family reunion - baptism - excellent food with professional service. We all felt very Comfortable.

Rooms are well-equipped. One was without air conditioning, however, there are also rooms with air-conditioning(on request). Although these are for the str. directed, but to endure when the window is closed absolutely, since the air conditioning is quiet ;)

Dont get put off with entrance, halls and corridors looking 1 or 2 stars. Staff is 5 star, breakfast is quite nice and rooms also at a 4 star level. Standard rates could be lower however the convenience of location is understandable, while you can find special deals. Also, the ability to cancel until 18h same day is very helpful for last minute change of plans.

Great value for money. Clean, newly refurbished and very cosy room, plenty of hot water, central heating and strong wifi. A decent breakfast and very friendly staff. Location is great - at the heart of the city and just next to the train station. Cannot really ask for more for the price.

I lov d the check in system. The hotel was reasonably priced, comfortable, and in a good location. We used this hotel to begin our journey on the Westweg trail. I will be back.

The ibis Styles Pforzheim offers reasonably priced rooms. Our room was small but very clean and had a large bathroom. It also had air conditioning, which was a big plus. The hotel has a private parking garage and offers a good breakfast buffet.

Great location and value for money! Well kept and clean. Super quiet and comfortable, we’ve really enjoyed our stay. PS: Forgotten to add the staff members greeted us with a smile and were very friendly! :)

Last year we booked this hotel for €83 (breakfast and parking included) this year we paid €123 breakfast included + €15 parking in the same period. So together €138!! In addition, breakfast was more limited compared to last year. Moreover, the sandwiches were not fresh and probably leftovers from the day before. Very unfortunate for a good hotel with a good location. That is why we won't come back...

Friendly staff, hotel still feels very new, we had everything we needed. Price for a room was very acceptable, add a good breakfast buffet with plenty of variety and it’s an ideal location! Thank you for the experience, keep up the good work!

Centrally located hotel near Sedanplatz as a good starting point for sightseeing and bars.The Hotel has an underground car park with a moderate fee.

it is an unforgettable experience that left behind some very pleasant memories. The cleanliness and the careful way in which the rooms are decorated but also the smile with which you are received here makes you to feel like you're in a 10-star hotel. I am very satisfied and every time I will gladly return.

Room was not sufficiently cleaned (hairs on pillows, stains on blanket), bathroom was tiny with a shower with barely any water pressure. They ask €10/night for a dog, but there wasn't anything for him, not even a water bowl. There's a shisha bar in the courtyard, so there was some late-night noise. They also take up parking spaces reserved for hotel guests. Friendly staff though, with a nice breakfast

Basic hotel with basic rooms and basic furnishing. Fairly clean altogether, but old towels that should have been dumped years ago. The breakfast is worth the 6 EUR, but the room itself is a bit pricey. Even though it's in walking distance to the train station it is very quiet.
