we stayed here for one night stopover during our bike trip. Clean and nice rooms for a good price. The Chinese restaurant in the hotel has excellent food.. Would stay here again.

We have known the new owners of the hotel for a long time. Very friendly and kind people. The hotel has been renovated, staff is friendly, rooms are clean and the food is good. :-)

Clean rooms with comfortable macerates, but very hot during summer - lack of air condition. Furniture probably remember 70th of past century but in usable condition. Hotel staff helpful and vital.

Wonderful experience during the whole weekend! Very friendly staff in the hotel but also at the restaurant and bar. The food was delicious and there is a nice range of available drinks. The surroundings are beautiful. We'll visit anytime again, hopefully soon!

A great place to visit! Good, fair price, local Food! - cool atmosphere with the castel around. Food waiting times can sometimes be a little long.

The service in this hotel is the best service that I have had in years. This hotel group wants to do everything for you and your party to make you comfortable and make sure you have an excellent stay. Cannot fault the intent and food options and quality of rooms.

Nice place, but they seem to have often Wifi issues, which made our off-site workshop less efficient...

we asked for vegan breakfast and they were very friendly! breakfast was perfect! We have a big balcony in the room!

There are definitely no negative points from me, because after my flight was delayed and I arrived in Rheinfelden well after 10 p.m., I was still able to get into my room! Very clean room, very quiet location, very nice and courteous staff. Definitely a pension where I would check in again! I would like to add that the rooms with balconies are ideal for smokers and they also have ashtrays. Perfect

I spent a week here on a business trip to Umicore. Everything is fantastic here. The staff, furnishings, decor, food, history...just book it. I promise you won't be disappointed.

Had the most wonderful dinner here last night! It reminded me of Christmas dinner back in Scotland. Beautifully cooked venison with all the lovely trimmings. The owner was really nice and attentive and helped us choose the right things. Fröhliche Weihnachten!

Absolute incredible Chateaubriand! You must order ahead of time though. The service was exceptional.

Very comfortable hotel in a small village. Very nice staff and fantastic breakfast. In the village reigns an incredible silence and thanks to the fountain everything is very relaxing. Unique is the restaurant, prices out of the ordinary to be in a small village. Grappa 9,5€ is too much.

To reach by car, a beautiful path leads to this Restaurant, When you start in Wyhlen you land here after a ~1 hour hike. I would really love vegan options here, since i think the chef is talented and we should go with the time, and more and more people would like to be able to eat out vegan.

Good place to stay. Clean and spacious room, tasty breakfast, great coffee. Minus is that there was no one at reception desk when we were doing check in. Also when we were leaving there was no one, so we have to wait someone to come.

Nicely placed, parking in front, kind staff, spacious room, good bedding, even has cooking facilities. The breakfast is okay, nothing fancy. The price was fair (around paid around 70 euros). Recommended for travelling through or perhaps expats (seeing the central location).

The Hotel is located a piece from the Restaurant, and actually, should be entered, therefore, two places. Otherwise, the Hotel is very nice and clean with very good Breakfast!!! Unfortunately, with the window open at night loud, due to adjacent industrial and railway track.

On 2.6.2015 we stayed in this modern, pieksauberen Hotel. The clean, well-equipped rooms and the spacious bathroom that convinced the owners place, obviously, value to the fact that the guest feels comfortable. The staff was always very friendly in a pleasant, cordial manner, and language interfered with the existing accent in any way. Our wheels, we were able to bring about a ramp in the Bicycle cellar...

The flavor is super, the price is something I covered find. Staff friendly but a bit slow/dense/hard-of-hearing. Possibly is due to the fact that you understand the different German dialects... And demanded 50cent more than in the map,the fine type not specified! Dear 50m to the Pizzeria Three king!

Pleasant stay at Hotel Schlotzeria. The building is now operated by the Hotel Eckert (200 meters away). Check-in was a little awkward as the key boxes didn't work. The staff of the attached ice cream parlor helped us further (highly recommended). The rooms themselves are modern in style and clean. There was someone to clean every day. A small coffee machine is also available for guests on the floors...

A very stylish hotel! Our room had a lovely view towards a nearby mountain. The bathroom was exceptional. We parked in front of the hotel, on the street, we found it safe to do so, but there are public parking nearby. We only spent a night here. The room was quiet, and very comfortable. Checking in using the code was easy. We did not meet any staff member, due to our rather late arrival and did not...

Nice hotell with excellent, personal service. Clean and modern. Rooms seem recently renovated. Breakfast ok. On the downside the room was a bit cold and the Wi-Fi didn't work, which was annoying. Overall very good for the price.

It was a nice stay, apart from the heating. It was 29 degrees in the room when we came in. The airconditioning works, but because im allergic to dust, i couldnt put it on at night. Which made it way too warm in the room. Even with the windows open. They couldn't put the heating down, even though we've asked twice.

Simply rooms at an affordable price. If you want more you have to go somewhere else and pay a lot more.

2 days here, and it was good.. what i like here is they have "lachs" for breakfast and also fresh scramble egg.

We had a fabulous stay at The Eckert. Our room was fabulous, lovely and clean. We were near to the little pool, which I would have loved to have had time to use as it looked great. Customer service is great, good value for money. Location is ideal as stopover towards Switzerland. Three free of charge EV-charging poles.

Amazing food. Worth a drive. The business lunch is great value. The service lady was a tad cold but we didn't let that spoil our experience. Will be back for sure 😊

The place is perfect. Nice and clean rooms with pool and a gym with basic equipments but would do the job for a few days. The breakfast comes with a large choice. But the best thing there is the restaurant. The 7 plates menu will make you travel Very nice
