Decent stay
Great room with basic cooking facilities in a great location with sipermarkets and olaces to eat.
The only issue was the wifi didnt work meaning i had to use my data.

they renovated the hotel. is more like young’s hotel. but very nice room and clean. a room with bathrooms and mini kitchen. can’t ask for more. free parking.

The problem started with the website, the stated holiday times were not transferred and I accidentally entered the wrong holiday week, then I paid for something without knowing and after I realised that I had made a mistake or that a mistake had been made, I asked to change the holiday period I wanted to a new holiday period, unfortunately this was not granted, which means the money is gone, which I didn't even want back, but rather a rebooking was supposed to be done, very sad

I felt like I was scammed, no internet ( falsely advertised) , no control over climate condition in room, blasting heat from pipes going through room when it’s too hot outside already!!!! No help at all from staff only excuses that are unreasonable to have in a guesthouse. We were advised to leave the hotel next day by ******* for you to resolve the reimbursement which never took place 😡

It is a hotel where most of the guests are construction workers and are primarily accommodation for migrants and asylum seekers. I don't need to write more. I had a room with a small kitchenette, the pan had definitely never been cleaned from underneath, a small coffee machine that should be replaced, everything is no longer OK. It's down to the guests who don't know how to keep things clean. The bathroom is clean but should be renovated, the shower cubicle is too high and therefore a risk of accidents. The breakfast room should be bigger. It's just a prefab building from the 70s. OK for a short trip.

clean, helpful staff , efficient check-in. Supplied map from computer with directions to ferry. However we still missed our turn off and needed to wait for the next ferry.
