This is an excellent hotel. The price was very good. The staff and facilities were outstanding. We travel lots worldwide and this is a quality property that I well run. Hats off to the owner/manager and his team.

Room is good, everything is clean 👌 you can make coffee ☕️ in the room so is good for evening to drink coffee and watch TV 📺 😊

the owner offered us a lift (5min )car drive into old town without us asking!!!
he gave short history, recommended good restaurants and was all in all very very friendly111
the breakfast buffett had everything warm and cold juices cafes, fresh fruit salad etc etc. what a very positive experience in this hotel with a very good price!!!!

Thank you Peter for your welcome. We stayed during the heatwave and no air con in our room, so pretty uncomfortable. However, it was clean & we also had parking in the garage. The breakfast was so good, where do you get your bread?!

Peter is a wonderful and friendly owner; personable, and speaks near-sighted English. Breakfast here is absolutely top-notch.
Only been here for business, but Rottweil is beautiful. For business, you really can't go wrong with Hotel Bären.

All staffs are very kind. Provide good food and cleaning services. Only WiFi is really slow.

This is a Very Nice Small German Hotel. The rooms, breakfast and staff are all excellent. As an American, I prefer one large bed to 2 twins, which is more typical in independent European hotels, and I find it odd that the front desk is only staffed from 8:00a-noon and 3:00p-6:00p, but these criticisms are cultural and should not be taken as a criticism of the property. For a small, independent, European property this hotels is Excellent.

This place is really cute. Not fancy, but homey and welcoming. Staff was very friendly, quiet part of town but close to a couple good restaurants. Excellent breakfast.
