The Westin Grand Frankfurt Hotel

Not the best experience. The staff was not nice or friendly. At one point, we asked for a hair dryer. The staff agreed to send one up, an hour passed and one was never sent. We asked the front desk, and they said they don't have them. - but no one ever called to tell us. We were just waiting around like fools.

8 hrs later a man came to our room and showed us a hidden drawer with a hair dryer.

The hotel was very clean and new, and the beds were extremely comfortable.

The Air-conditioning was very good.
The bathrooms were extraordinarily small and cramped. The shower was a half shower ( with half a door) so the water sprays out all over the bathroom floor.

The toilet paper is so uncomfortable, like sandpaper. They don't have a bidet either.
The veiw was not great.

The floors and rooms were very quiet.

The pool is very nice and so is the sauna and gym. - However the woman working at the front wouldn't allow my boyfriend to bring his medical service/ assistance dog with him into the pool. (He is not allowed to go swimming without the assistance dogs help, as per doctor instructions.)

It was truly disappointing.
I wouldn't recommend it.
