This Hotel is a landmark on its own. The outside architecture is amazing and it only gets better when you go inside. You're greeted to a lobby like a palace. The rooms are just as luxurious if not more so. Very kind staff and delicious food make this the perfect hotel for a trip to Frankfurt. And it helps how central of the city it is. Museums and landmarks are very easy to reach.

Very nice hotel, clean and large rooms, nice breakfast and atmosphere. Will definitely go back to this or other steigenberger hotels in other locations.
Only small things to improve:
1) the warm drinks which we ordered in the lobby bar space were cold when they were served.
2) at the checkout time the waiting time was very long as only one person was there. So there was a long queue of people waiting at reception desk, while it was after 11:00 in the morning.

Beautiful location, VERY beautiful old building, perfect if you like things like that. Service was great, not every staff spoke perfect english, but I can't complain too much about that. Great experience overall. Germany has always been one of my favorite countries, and I also love rustic and 'old-style' buildings. Perfect.

Really classy hotel, in the center of Frankfurt and just a short walk from the main shops 👍
The hotel is very plush, it has a beautiful design and is well laid out.
The Bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable, with lots of Wardrobe storage and a Desk to work from. The Bathroom includes a Bath as well as a Shower which was good👍. The room has Aircon although it didn't seem great 🫤, but you are able to open the Windows which is great👍
Views from inside Bedrooms are pretty miserable (like looking from a Prison Cell 🫤) if you're staying there, book/ask for an 'outside facing' room
Breakfast is very good with a large mix of options, all well prepared 🙂
The Bar area is good and also included a nice outdoor area which is very nice and chilled 😎
I didn't get a chance to try the Gym/Spa, but colleagues who used them said that they were good 👍

I stayed here for a few nights a couple weeks ago. Unfortunately there were some issues with the room I had originally booked, so the staff upgraded me to a suite which was sweet! I loved the suite. I also ordered flowers in my original booking which they brought quite soon after checking in. The suite was very spacious, with the highlight being the closet and bathroom. There were also two rooms and I loved how massive the windows were. The closet was super spacious for my massive suitcase. I also just liked the way it looked (nice glossy furnishing, real wood). The bathroom was massive with these colorful lights that gradually turn different colors while showering. There was a jacuzzi with a TV which I never ended up using. There was also a large floor to ceiling mirror outside of the bathroom (helpful). The mattress was also very comfortable (I’m a medium firm gal).

It is definitely a high-class, super-class five-star hotel. All the things that you would expect plus more. The sauna is a great place. I wish they had a soaking tub.

Overall great location and decent stay. Nice gym equipment. Rooms sizes are large for other hotels in this day and age. Some stains on sides of beds and chairs so a bit disappointing. Room AC is low power for American standards. Finally highly recommend hotel staff to at least have some infused water in the VIP lounge. For a hotel of this standard claiming to be luxury it’s unheard of to not offer this to tired travelers checking in or waiting. Service from house keeping, reception or concierge was slow or non existing or poor if you call from the room phone.

We loved the hotel. I can't get over the fact that you can set the water temperature in the shower and in the bathtub also! It was awesome! The view was amazing, we got room service and it was fast and delicious!
The crew is super helpful, they even booked train tickets for us so I would give it more stars if I could!

Overall great hotel and the location is very convenient. We found the staff very cheerful and helpful. The breakfast was very tasty and had a pretty good selection.
The last renovation was around 15 years ago and the rooms are starting to show some wear. Also when my wife went to check the menu in the Oscar restaurant in the lobby, she saw a mouse hanging around. We decided not to eat there. :)

I Stayed in this hotel back in early March and while there, I didn't realize what a gem this place was.
Recent travel to Hamburg, Munich (3 different hotels), and Berlin has shown me this is an excellent facility.
I had an initial problem with my room and within 15 minutes staff arrived with a new room assignment and to assist in moving. From there, the entire stay was just about perfect. Lounge and Bar - Excellent. Restaurant & Breakfast, excellent. Lobby, entry, Lifts, etc... Excellent.
Some say hindsight is 20/20 but in this case perspective says it all.
An excellent facility, a well trained and high performance staff, and excellent service. Sometimes, you really do get what you pay for!
