I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Hilton City Center in Frankfurt. The rooms were tidy and very comfortable, and the staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.
A very special thank you goes to Head Chef Zahidul Islam—he truly made our stay unforgettable. Every morning during breakfast, he surprised us with delicious chai and dishes prepared especially for us. His thoughtfulness and warm hospitality added such a personal touch to our experience.
Thanks to the entire team at Hilton, I left with beautiful memories. I’ll definitely be revisiting this hotel whenever I’m in Frankfurt!

Hi everybody! It is was my granddaughter Anna 14 th Birthday! It is was a present for her! I ask do for her the best day in Frankfurt…She was so happy staying in the best hotel in the city! The hotel makes everything for her celebration and happy mood ! Thank You very much!!!! It is our favorite hotel in the Frankfurt now ! Highly recommend!!! Breakfast was so good !!! Thank You !!!!

I'm staying at the Hilton Frankfurt and honestly, the experience was just okay – not terrible, but definitely not great either. A few issues stood out:
• The bathroom wasn’t well-prepared. There were no basic amenities like a shaving kit, toothbrush, or even a glass to place my toothbrush in.
• I called room service three times and no one ever answered. Eventually, I had to contact them through WhatsApp to get what I needed. To be fair, once I reached them, the service itself was fast.
• I also asked for an adapter since my charger didn’t fit the sockets. In most hotels I’ve stayed at, they provide it free of charge, but here they asked me to pay a deposit, which I found unusual and honestly disappointing.
Overall, the hotel isn’t bad, but I expected a much smoother experience from Hilton.

One of the best Hilton experiences I’ve had, with outstanding service and a truly welcoming atmosphere. The reception team is always prompt, helpful, and genuinely warm. A special thanks to Nergiz in the restaurant, who took such great care of us with her beautiful smile. The entire staff is fantastic and clearly well trained — credit to the hotel manager for leading such a successful team.
Rooms are comfortable with high-end finishes, and the location works perfectly for both business and family trips. I was so impressed after my first stay that I’ve already returned twice.

The rooms were stunning, with a shower and tub that felt spa-worthy, and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. The entire property is gorgeous, and the front desk staff were consistently warm, attentive, and ready to help.

Nora, Kim, Ferdenan, and one more gentleman whose name escapes me (but I know he’s been with you for over 24 years!)—they are the absolute definition of hospitality. My opinion is the same as I had during my stay at the same hotel on April 3rd and 4th, 2025, except that this time they gave me a better room and I checked in with a very kind and polite person.

⭐wow, this Hilton redefined Hilton for me. None of the Hiltons I stayed in the U.S. comes anywhere near the level of quality at this Hilton.
⭐Clean, down to the corners of the bathtub sealant.
⭐Quiet, with superb acoustic insulation.
⭐Almost complete light blockage at night, thanks to the curtain box.
⭐Practical lighting with understated chic.
⭐Oh, and the breakfast buffet to a yard of soaring trees. The omelette is great when the master is there. But we understand the necessity of training.
⭐Buffet choice is wide enough. All sorts of bread and spreads, smoothies. A hot bay with sausages, eggs hard boiled, soft boiled and scrambled. Beans. No complaints there.
I particularly like the naming of eggs as “10 minute eggs” and “5 minute eggs”. German directness and precision at its best.
