I had an amazing time with my family to start 2026! Their brand new spa is amazing, built with super high quality materials and great design. The F&B offering is amazing, you can even treat yourself to a 2* Michelin restaurant. Thank you to the welcoming staff !!

Dinner in quickly was also pleasant and the dishes were cooked quite quickly and very tasty! Breakfast was also fresh and appetizing. 😋
Everyone who loves a comfortable trip and has a sense of taste -I advise to visit this wonderful hotel!💕

So we booked this for my birthday in combination with the Louis restaurant.
I’ll start by saying, the hotel experience was great, the spa is very nice and quiet, clean and organized. The rooms are very nice as well. Highly recommended.
Unfortunately, the second part of our evening/night was not that great… we made a booking before hand so that was not a problem. Service in the restaurant by the Sommelier and the other service girl were really great and nice. So why the 3 stars? This is in combo with the hotel/company reception and what came…
I have to say, food is good, not superb, some dishes were really good and some were just ok… I had higher expectations… then, right before desserts I’ve started feeling really bad, my stomach was all over the place to the point I couldn’t sit there anymore and had to leave my wife there alone… the only weak point of the service was that the only thing they asked my wife is if they should just keep bringing out dishes… sure.
My wife finished the sitting and wanted to pay, but no one was around… again, a weak point.
Our evening turned from bad to worst when my wife got to the room and started feeling bad as well. We both ended up with food poisoning and you know where we spent the night and our morning…
Till now, we somehow got ourselves home and still sharing the same sickness, can’t eat or drink…
Unfortunately we skipped breakfast at the hotel of course, so can’t comment on that. When I called reception, explaining we’re feeling bad and if we can get late check out and water to the room, felt a bit unbothered… and sent sparkling water instead of still water…
When pay time comes, it just felt like we are in her way, as she was in a hurry to eat her lunch and she just wanted us out of there, with a cold reaction to our experience. Of course, zero sentiment or any offer or apology.
Of course, we were far too exhausted to even try and discuss anything or we are not the kind of people who would pull this to not pay our bill. This was just bad taste, literally.
One birthday to remember, and not for the good things.

The hotel is gorgeous in every tiny detail. The design choices are spectacular and every area is well curated including the corridors and the landings. Service was great and breakfast divine. I didn’t get to see the spa that is said to be mind blowing. Parking and electric charge were just perfect

The only reason for not having the maximum rating is because of the menu at restaurant which was just in German and not in English. Pillows too soft for me.

We stayed for one night on a bed and breakfast basis while travelling. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a lovely, relaxing spa area that we really enjoyed. Unfortunately, due to poor weather, we weren’t able to make use of the outdoor pool, which was a bit disappointing.
Dinner in the bistro was enjoyable – the food was good – but the atmosphere was lacking as it was very quiet, with only hotel guests dining on a Saturday night. It felt more like a midweek meal than a weekend experience.
Breakfast the next morning was a highlight – fresh, delicious, and with plenty of choice.
Service throughout our stay was generally good, but we found it a little too formal and not particularly warm or welcoming. It was also a shame that, despite it being my birthday, there was no acknowledgment of the occasion at check-in or during dinner, which made the experience feel less personal.
Overall, while the hotel is undoubtedly beautiful and well-maintained, it didn’t quite meet our expectations for the price, and we wouldn’t choose to return.
