The stay at PETERS Jägersburg was excellent in every way. Delicious food, very nice staff, great wellness area, clean and modern rooms and the location on the lake was just great! I would definitely like to come back!

Very nice hotel with natural materials. Another positive aspect is the really friendly staff. Due to a traffic jam we didn't make it to dinner in time - but we didn't have to go to bed hungry. The very nice Mrs Eichhorn organized a snack platter for us - thank you very much. Claudia S. was also very accommodating on the second evening in the restaurant. Here the guests' wishes are fulfilled. Thank you, we'll be happy to come back.

Beautiful newer hotel and spa at a peaceful location. Seren surroundings at a small lake having a nearby great beer garden and alp style hut restaurant. Food was good service friendly. The hotel is new and has great views. Unfortunatly we couldn't use the spa and swimming pool but if it is anything like the rest it must be great too.

I just can say a really positive abaut this place!! Staff are really friendly and helpfull. All hotel, rooms, spa area are topclean, cant say anything wrong. We stay only for one night after a long drive, and was really good to relax in spa and after have a delicius and good portion of dinner. In the morning have a good swimm in the pool wich was good idea before breakfast and long drive ahead. In the bar lot of choice and again a really friendly man. Deffinetly thinking to go back for a couple of days just to relax and walking araund the lake.

This is such a beautiful hotel. We stayed here for a few nights during our travel through Europe. It was a perfect location for a get away and relaxation during our very busy travel. The views are beautiful, spa is very relaxing, rooms are spacious and very clean and food is wonderful. They were even able to make food accommodations for my daughter that has very strict food restrictions. They also offer a lot of activities, you can either spend your time relaxing as we did or actively riding bikes or going on paddle boats as my kids took advantage of that.
I’m so glad we found this place. I’d love to go back there sometime.

We just showed up to the restaurant 30 minutes before they open. The restaurant was fully reserved but Lino came down from heaven like an Angel to save our life. He gave us a table and told us we have so much time to eat. Then the food was just amazing and the service from the waiters incredible. I never want to go to another restaurant because they will never measure up to the standard they have set. Honestly the best restaurant I have ever been to in Germany. Lino is an amazing waiter too, we love him. He can look at you and know what you need.

Everything was perfect then a blonde, thin waitress at the breakfast ruined the whole experience. We got an early check-in from the reception, the restaurant for dinner was good. Location and parking were perfect for people who come by car. Sauna and pools were in good condition too, everything went well till the morning of check-out. We showed up at breakfast at 6h55 in stead of 7:00. The waitress was clearly annoyed by this, not a tiny smile on her face and she told us that we are early. My wife reluctantly said "sorry, I start work early today" and the waitress answer was "everybody works". We were totally shocked by her attitude in general and this unacceptable response in particular. This goes to show that it doesn't matter how good your hotel is, a person can single-handedly ruin the whole thing. Now, all I remember from this getaway weekend is her rude and unprofessional service.
